Food was as you'd expect from a quickie pizza place but where this place goes down hill is when you come in to eat. From the front host area who don't listen to what you're ordering to the dirty soda machine its clear that the people here don't care. They forget items that you pay for when they bring your food, even after you ask they just ignore it until you go confront them about it. Quirky place, quirky pizza, and even quirkier pizza box. First thing we noticed was the little funny pac man mascot wearing a hat while holding a pizza - how quirky. Never heard of Pizza Man Dan's before so my friends and I decided to give it a try. Ordered the Philly Pie Specialty Pizza and it tasted pretty good with all the toppings evenly distributed. But this bad boy came out to be around $10 so it is a little bit pricey. read more

I rarely leave bad reviews on here but this needed to be stated. Never been so disappointed with a pizza place. Just spent the last 15 minutes on the toilet throwing up. Something obviously not right with their pizza. Not to mention the atmosphere the tables were completely dirty. We had to wipe down our own table. Also the loud kereoke going on made it virtually impossible to have a conversation and enjoy dinner. I had just got back into town after a few days away and was just looking to have a quick easy dinner. Hope their happy as they have lost my business and won't be back again. This place looked nice, lots of TVs and music. The pizza was good, but there was a lot of kids running around inside and outside, screaming and playing tag. None of the employees said anything, even after 2 kids were wrestling on the floor near the salad bar. Speaking of which, the salad bar was awful. The lettuce was brown and wilted and most of the toppings were almost empty. I asked the cashier if they could refill the salad bar and was told that they probably won't refill the toppings until the next day because it was almost closing time. (It was 8:30-ish and they close at 11pm!!) When we got back to our hotel, my husband said he was not given a receipt , but paid about $86 dollars for 2 large one topping pizza's, 1 salad and 4 fountain drinks. After checking the menu online, we should've only been charged maybe $60-something. They're closed now and we will be traveling back home by the time they re-open at 11am, so basically we got ripped off! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been here many times with no problem. But today my mom and Tia went to the bar to get a tower and the bartender asked "how many mugs" my mom and Tia said "we didn't hear you what happened" and she mistaken them for being drunk or rude and threw something across the bar towards them and screamed "how many cups?!" SUPER MAD for no reason. I guess they said she's new. Even the security guard shook his head when he seen what happened... they talked to the manager but he said he would handle it. My mom was bothered so I spoke to the manager myself respectfully and the whole time he giggled and laughed in my face saying "I told your mom I will handle it"... I'm a bartender myself as well as my sister and I would never treat anyone with such disrespect and disrespect my place of work like she did. Been to this location twice, both times I received very raw dough in both the pizza and calzone.

DONT GO HERE- especially with family. My mom just had something thrown at her by a bartender for no reason !! Literally because the bartender cannot handle a fast paced environment. And when you speak to the owner/manager, he will just laugh in your face! What a disgrace to the service industry. All my years of bartending I have never been so upset FOR NO REASON that I would just throw something at a customer. The city needs to make sure all members are up to date with their RBS training immediately. & maybe you should get rid of your liabilities. read more

I've always liked the pan pizza at Pizza Man Dans. This last pizza that I ordered was the 3rd time that the dough was raw!! The first time I let it go and reheated in the oven. Tables were not cleaned properly and had ash smeared all over them in the patio area. We had ordered the BBQ chicken calzone ... but they forgot to actually add the BBQ sauce in it. Pretty unprofessional and subpar service at best. Although, the beer towers are a nice asset. read more

I wanted to informed the owner/manger an incident that took place at the South Victoria Avenue location. I came into the location with a large party and we order multiple pizza, salads and drinks. The salad bar had no ranch dressing, croutons and other items. There was no ice in the soda machine, we had to ask the bartender for ice. The bartender had mentioned that they were under staffed but would notify them about the ice and the salad bar. When we received our pizza, my daughters cheese pizza was overcook(Burned). I took the pizza to the front and ask the attendant if they can remake it. She came by about 30min later and gave me a new pizza as she giggled. I didn't think anything of it at first, but when I open up the pizza it was undercooked (raw). The pizza wasn't even cook all the way the crust look like dough still. I asked to speak with the manager and Pedro said he was the supervisor in charge. I explained to him the situation, I told him I don't even want the pizza, just please refund me my money. He said "I'm not going to do anything" with attitude. I told him, you don't need to give me attitude. He said you gave me attitude first. I told him, I didn't raise my voice at you, you don't need to raise your voice at me. I'm speaking to you correctly and I expected the same from you. I asked him if he can please give me the number to his supervisor. I also asked him how long he cook the the first pizza for he said 10min and the second for 6min. I told him I wanted that information to asked if that was the correct length of time to cook the pizza. He provided me with the number and said I can call them. I did call and file a complaint. I told the representative, That Pedro was very disrespectful and rude. I understand he is very young, but he should be able to communicate with his customers without coming off disrespectful and rude. After ordering online and paying with a card, I was told I must pay cash when I got to the store. This is not too big of a deal until I found that they put a hold on my card for the total amount which was over a hundred dollars and I it would not be released for five days. So, this location wanted me to tie up double the cost of the transaction because "That's how they do things." After speaking with "corporate" which is just there ordering number, I was told there should have been a note displayed in red after the transaction to call them. Even if this notice displayed, it is after the transaction and they still put the hold on your account. Needless to say, I will never go back to any of their locations. Called in an order for one of their special deals. The order was a large Cheese pizza for pick up and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I went to go pick up the pizza I was told it wasn't ready so I waited. After 20 more minutes I went to the cashier for an update and let me know it wasn't ready and that it would be another 5-10 minutes. From the initial phone call to leaving the restaurant it took about an hour for one large cheese pizza... I will be taking my business to the Channel Islands location instead. read more

wehad a Graduation Party, June 19, 2021 From 4-7pm. servers worked very hard and everyone had a great time! We had spent $600 plus and had a GREAT TIME!! After the party at 7 PM a small group of family members went to a table near the bar area to have drinks to celebrate the graduation. About 7:15 after things were wrapping up, we were advised by the Manager and several security people that each of us would have to pay $10 to stay the building because a DJ was going to be playing at 9 o'clock. The manager and several security guards were acting very condescending and now the Manager comes off with a lot of nasty attitude. She pretty much said she didn't care, She literally doesn't listen to anything I try to explain to her as she literally didn't want to listen to anything I said! The thing is, she didn't go to any other tables to tell anyone else this info. We felt we were being picked on !! There were many other parents with their kids in there and she didn't go to any other tables to tell them they had to pay they had to pay $10. We had just spent another $60 on beer for my family and friends. I pretty much told them, we weren't going anywhere until we finished. We were NOT loud or disrespectful Or bothering anyone else! We just wanted a few drinks with family and friends! As soon as the last drink was taken 5 security guards, main the guards name is Armando and the manager took everything away from us and kicked us out! Embarrassed you bet!! Not bothering a soul totally ruined the vibe of our graduation! Just ruined our party!
