You're looking at a solid 45 minutes to an hour before your pizza makes its grand entrance. While we waited, a staff member walked up and slapped a "sold out" sign on the door. It was 5:45. They close at 9. We then watched the live theater of confused customers being turned away mid-evening. Bold strategy. Now, the pizza. Credit where it's due. The dough is legit. Sourdough crust that actually tastes like something, nicely baked, good sauce, and a thin, almost cracker-like profile. This is not your thick, floppy slice situation.
