Great service. The staff is friendly, quick, and attentive. the pizza and pasta are good. Prices are alright. $52 for a Garden pizza xLG, small marinara pasta, 8pc Buffalo wings, and 2 ranch cups. But, our ranch was filled only halfway at $.50 per 2oz. And nothing was hot. We ordered pick up and came about 8 minutes early to pick up time and everything was room temp unfortunately. read more

Food: Good. I like the unique pizza options that they have like the BBQ chicken and the ones with alfredo. The garlic parm wings are some of the best I've had. They are really flavorful and saucy. Second pizza - chicken, bacon - white garlic sauce! It was GREAT! I never got a chance to try the wings, they disappeared before I could get my mitts on them. The family and I just landed in Reno for the sister's UNR graduation and the toddler was wanting pizza. We were driving by and saw the sign for Pizzava and a sign it was! The pizza was delicious and hit the spot after a plane ride. The customer service was great as they were patient with us and even changed the tv for us and put on Ms. Rachel for our toddler! Came in late after going to some little league games, great food, great service! The manager Maui kept us informed on our times and the facilities were clean and the store smelled great! I'm impressed! On our way home from a concert, about 10pm my husband and I were craving pizza so we went on a hunt to find a pizza joint open near our home, and we found Pizzava was opened until 1am. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Chris, the cashier who had great enthusiasm. We had a great conversation, and he shared that they had just been open for 2 months. They also make all their house sauce, dough, and ranch dressing in-house. We reviewed the menu, which has a good variety of options, including salad, calzones and fries to name a few. We decided to order a medium, half and half pizza. We got the Spicy Hawaiian and Barnyard toppings. We also got drinks and went and sat in the dining area while our pizza baked. There is a wide space for dining. They have some games you can play, and there are also big screen tvs to occupy your time. Once ready, the pizza was brought out to us with a side of ranch for dipping. There are napkins on the table or you can help yourself to a plate from the corner. Anyways, on to the pizza. It was delicious! Unfortunately, they don't do anchovies, but as it was, it was great. The crust perfectly baked with just the right amount of sauce and cheese with the rest of the toppings. Chris checked in on us, made us feel comfortable and made sure we didn't need anything else for our dine-in experience. Stopped at the Sparks site just before the lunch rush. Place was very clean; server was alone but handling everything with a smile and grace. It didn't take long for my medium vege pizza. We were excited to try this new pizza place. It may not be super new to the area, but it was new to us. It is nice and quaint atmosphere. They have board games to play while you wait for your pizza. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had and I would totally recommend this place as well. They have garlic bread as well which was tasty. The pizza sauce is delightful with a nice fresh taste. We have not had a bad pizza at this establishment and I don't think we ever will have a bad pizza. Totally recommend this place. read more

I received a brochure with coupons in the mail from Pizzava and after looking it over, couldn't wait to try it! I ordered online and the process was very easy. The timing was pretty quick which was nice. The restaurant is easy to locate/access. Inside is open and bright, I didn't realize until I rounded the corner that there was seating - and quite a bit of it! Will have to come in for a sit down pizza in the future! The staff were welcoming and all of them had a smile on their face. For food, we opted for the Exotic BBQ, a plain cheese, some garlic parmesan bread, and a chocolate mousse cake. The pizzas were fantastic. Crust was thin but not overly crunchy and the flavors complemented each other well. The garlic parmesan bread was pretty basic as was the chocolate mousse cake, so I probably won't order those again, but they had many other items that I would love to try in their places. I have only dined in at the midtown location, but having a new location in Sparks is awesome as it's quicker to pick up a pizza and enjoy at home. Pizza are good. Just a little pricey for a medium size.. the service are ok, you know they get busy, so I only order to go. The ambience is okay, just a regular pizza joint but at least they have dining room and tv. I'll give it a three stars for now! read more

I think it's about time to make your fountain drink machine customer facing. Just stood at the counter for 10 minutes watching an employee fill 3 parties worth of drinks before even acknowledging me to pick up an online order. With 3 doordashers next to me, and 2 customers all waiting for their orders, I don't think you can afford to pay someone to fill drinks when you're this behind. Pizza was 25 minutes past ETA ready. **Update- got home and one of my pizza boxes was completely empty. Changing my 3* review to a 1*. Talked to the Manager, she offered to remake both pizzas and granted a refund request. Still more waiting though. read more

This was my first visit to the new Sparks location. I ordered a salad and Buffalo chicken wings. That salad was great, but would have liked Thousand Island dressing. I was disappointed with the wings. They were drenched in the Garlic Sauce and not much of the Buffalo sauce that I have come to expect. Why is it so difficult to get regular Buffalo wings in Reno/Sparks. They had all of the other flavors that did not interest me. Although the reviews I read were quite good, I found the pizza to be mediocre and ordinary. Same with the (Teriyaki) chicken wings. On the pizza, there was little sauce, little cheese, and the green peppers were sliced paper thin and sparse. In other words, like so many pizza places, they skimped on the ingredients. The crust was good. The restaurant itself is plain but comfortable and the patrons there were enjoying themselves. The staff is very nice, the location and parking are both convenient, and the prices are average. All in all, it was not worth the trip for me as pizza places that are closer are comparable. I'm still looking for a pizza that has ample cheese, sauce and spices which would put it a cut above the myriad everyday, average pizza joints in the Sparks/Spanish Springs area.
