Just experienced the worst customer service. I ordered online a few months ago and when I showed up to pick up the order they mentioned the power was out and could not fulfill my order. Which I totally understood. They mentioned I would have to call back the next day to get a refund, so I did. They gave me a run around about it and told me to call back at a later time to speak with a manager. I tried a few times and was not able to get someone to help me. I finally claimed it on my credit card and got my refund. I decided to finally try and order again today but it was not working for me online so I call the store to place my order and they are telling my phone number is blocked. All for an issue that was their fault to begin with. I'm very upset and disappointed with this place. read more

Great service. The staff is friendly, quick, and attentive. the pizza and pasta are good. Prices are alright. $52 for a Garden pizza xLG, small marinara pasta, 8pc Buffalo wings, and 2 ranch cups. But, our ranch was filled only halfway at $.50 per 2oz. And nothing was hot. We ordered pick up and came about 8 minutes early to pick up time and everything was room temp unfortunately. read more

First time at the new Sparks location. I am hype to finally try pizzava right out of the oven because their older location was not dine in. It is true to the deliciousness of the other store! If you are in the area, stop in and try them. It's a casual dining area with tons of tvs that they will change stations on if you ask. All the staff was attentive. Take out order - a couple pizzas and half dozen wings. One pizza - Regular Pepperoni - and it was great! Tasty red sauce - crispy crust. Really good. Second pizza - chicken, bacon - white garlic sauce! It was GREAT! I never got a chance to try the wings, they disappeared before I could get my mitts on them. Came in late after going to some little league games, great food, great service! The manager Maui kept us informed on our times and the facilities were clean and the store smelled great! I'm impressed! On our way home from a concert, about 10pm my husband and I were craving pizza so we went on a hunt to find a pizza joint open near our home, and we found Pizzava was opened until 1am. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Chris, the cashier who had great enthusiasm. We had a great conversation, and he shared that they had just been open for 2 months. They also make all their house sauce, dough, and ranch dressing in-house. We reviewed the menu, which has a good variety of options, including salad, calzones and fries to name a few. We decided to order a medium, half and half pizza. We got the Spicy Hawaiian and Barnyard toppings. We also got drinks and went and sat in the dining area while our pizza baked. There is a wide space for dining. They have some games you can play, and there are also big screen tvs to occupy your time. Once ready, the pizza was brought out to us with a side of ranch for dipping. There are napkins on the table or you can help yourself to a plate from the corner. Anyways, on to the pizza. It was delicious! Unfortunately, they don't do anchovies, but as it was, it was great. The crust perfectly baked with just the right amount of sauce and cheese with the rest of the toppings. Chris checked in on us, made us feel comfortable and made sure we didn't need anything else for our dine-in experience. Stopped at the Sparks site just before the lunch rush. Place was very clean; server was alone but handling everything with a smile and grace. It didn't take long for my medium vege pizza. We were excited to try this new pizza place. It may not be super new to the area, but it was new to us. It is nice and quaint atmosphere. They have board games to play while you wait for your pizza. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had and I would totally recommend this place as well. They have garlic bread as well which was tasty. The pizza sauce is delightful with a nice fresh taste. We have not had a bad pizza at this establishment and I don't think we ever will have a bad pizza. Totally recommend this place. read more

I received a brochure with coupons in the mail from Pizzava and after looking it over, couldn't wait to try it! I ordered online and the process was very easy. The timing was pretty quick which was nice. The restaurant is easy to locate/access. Inside is open and bright, I didn't realize until I rounded the corner that there was seating - and quite a bit of it! Will have to come in for a sit down pizza in the future! The staff were welcoming and all of them had a smile on their face. For food, we opted for the Exotic BBQ, a plain cheese, some garlic parmesan bread, and a chocolate mousse cake. The pizzas were fantastic. Crust was thin but not overly crunchy and the flavors complemented each other well. The garlic parmesan bread was pretty basic as was the chocolate mousse cake, so I probably won't order those again, but they had many other items that I would love to try in their places. I have only dined in at the midtown location, but having a new location in Sparks is awesome as it's quicker to pick up a pizza and enjoy at home. Me and my family came here for dinner for the first time. I have 2 little kids and I'm pregnant and we waited for 45 mins and we didn't know that they gave our order to someone else. My husband were pissed and my kids were so hungry. If we didn't checked and asked the front cashier we will be waiting for nothing. I'm giving this place 5 star because they made it right to the end. The young lady working at that night came to us and offered some salad then just after 15 mins we got our pizza and wings. She is very apologetic and told us that they will refund us for the entire meal. I just wanted to say that the owner of this place trained their employees really well. Despite of the mistake that night they fixed it to the point where we will be coming back here again also the pizza is so dang good! read more
