Deliciousness! Uruguayan style pizza and classic dishes. All great and served by friendly staff! If you've never tried, do yourself a favor and go. If you don't want pizza then go for the pasta dishes, as good or better than your typical Italian joint. This review posted during COVID pandemic and yes there is plenty of outdoor dining!

Milanesa a la Napolitana!!!!! So freaking good, I've tried the beef and chicken one. Both are 5/5

The service here is like no other. You feel at home, every time. The food is always made fresh and with much flavor. My parents and I have been coming to this place since I was 10 years old, I'm 20 now I can say it is my absolute favorite place to eat. The Milanesa is my favorite! Definitely come here

Although the interior leaves much to be desired, this is a Uruguayan pizzeria through and through. I would most likely skip many of their offerings other than their pastas or their pizza, though as that is where they shine the most. Uruguayan pizza is defined by it being served by the meter, with a light layer of cheese, on fresh dough. Offered are a variety of toppings, and often ordered with Faina (chickpea bread) to put on top of the pizza. Pizzeria Montevideo is arguably the best Uruguayan style pizza in town. Excellent prices, pizza taste and portions.

    The Uruguay food

Don't go there..!!! The food is disgusting. But the most disgusting thing is the people who work there. The service is terrible. We ordered a parillada for $25. And we wouldn't even pay $2 for the food. Its was terrible. Its not worth it.

Came here with friends. Interesting. Not your typical pizzeria but still good. Uruguay style. I'll be back for sure.

Went to Michelinos for an early dinner on a Saturday. I was thinking it would be a beat up old…read moreschool pizzeria, but it was actually a really nice restaurant. Our waiter took our drink orders, and brought us a complimentary basket of freshly made bread. It was really good. For appetizers, we got the hot antipasto for 2 as well as an order of calamari. My favorites from the hot antipasto were the eggplant rollatini and clams oreganata, but everything tasted great. For my entree, i got the Sicilian short rib, which was served with a wild mushroom risotto. The short rib was a huge portion for the price, an entire short rib. It was tender, well seasoned, and delicious. The mushroom risotto was very savory and rich. I would definitely order this again. I'd definitely return to this spot.

My boyfriend had never been here before and was like why haven't you haven't you taken me here before. LOL. We started with the sausage crostini which was practically a meal in itself and sooo good. I asked our server for his recommendation of the pork osso bucco or the scallops and he suggested the pork. My boyfriend had the stuffed sole and he loved it. My sangria was just as I remembered it, the best I ever had. Jerry, the owner who I haven't seen in years came around to make his rounds. It was so good to see him after all these years. Like I said, everything was great and the prices are nice. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back soon.

Let's start with the only real challenge of the night: parking. Between regular White Plains parking adventures and the winter snow situation, it took a little patience. But once we got inside, the night immediately got better. The vibe is college-bar casual, but without the trashiness that sometimes comes with that territory. It's lively but still comfortable enough to actually enjoy a conversation. One thing I loved right away, there are games by the front entrance that you can grab and bring to your table. Drinks + games = instant girls' night upgrade. We were seated in the center near the kitchen, which actually gave us a great view of the whole place. Our drinks were really good, though if the bartender's hand had slipped just a tiny bit more on the pour, I wouldn't have complained. Still solid, still enjoyable. Now the food. Holy moly. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. And the portions? I'm not sure if they thought we were feeding an entire soccer team, but honestly... I support the ambition. I don't think I've ever seen mozzarella sticks that size before. I love leftovers and this place clearly believes in sending you home with some. Another thing I appreciated was seeing a whole section of vegan options on the menu. I didn't try them this time, but I love when a restaurant makes it easy for different diets to find something without turning ordering into a complicated group project. Between the fun atmosphere, great food, and generous portions, this was a great first experience. Next time I come back, I'll just plan ahead for parking... and maybe bring an even bigger appetite.
