I've come here a couple times now and I really enjoy this place! Their pizza is way up there on my list. We have a lot of choices around here, and they consistently make a great Neapolitan style pizza. My favorite is sausage and ricotta, with the Greek salad pizza as a close second. The crust is just perfection. The rosemary wings were amazing, recommended to anyone! I'm not a big fan of steak fries, but these were so addictive. We ordered a chicken Parm sandwich, and it was good, but the steak fries took the cake on that one! We couldn't stop eating them. The service was super kind and friendly. They really try to get to know you. The dining area is casual and clean. Great for a quick lunch. Looking forward to our next visit!

Pizza is amazing. Boneless chicken tenders not so much. Poor quality chicken. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Very reasonable prices.

Came here for best pizza RI and it was so yummy! Their service here was exceptional, the selection rocked my socks off, and the pizza quality was great. I lived in Lincoln for a bit, and I don't know how I didn't have pizza from here until now. They were busy, but all customers seemed like regulars and everyone was in and out quickly. What a nice space, vibe and all around experience.

Outstanding food and service is fantastic. Dine on or carry out, this place is legit. The staff has a great work ethic, lots of hustle that you don't see that often these days. Nice dinning room for sit down meals.

The front of the building is spectacularly inviting.

I normally order a large cheese pizza with mushrooms and ricotta cheese from Pizzeria Romana, which is my personal favorite. Everything about it to me is perfect--the stone fired crust, the amount of sauce and cheese, the seasoning, and the fact that this place is of the few pizzerias that offer ricotta cheese as a topping! The front of the building is spectacular, specially at night with the all the lighting effects and the giant lit sign. The little details of the exterior architecture and landscaping is impressive, as well. Very attractive for outdoor seating in the summertime! The service is not the warmest, but I just ignore it. The parking lot is usually crowded, but there's Additional parking on the side of the restaurant that people tend to miss.

This place came highly recommended. Small space with a couple of booths to sit. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. I do wish for the first time I tried a more simple/classic pizza but instead tried the special - white bbq chicken pizza. Very heavy on the bbq but overall pretty solid. Next time will certainly try a more classic type of pizza. They do also sell by the slice and sell beer and wine. I tried the sangria and it was good and decent size. Take out also available.

Came out of the movies in Lincoln hungry tonight and wasn't in the mood to travel too far but was feeling the urge for pizza. Been trying to expose my son to different pizza joints and figured he'd enjoy theirs. I haven't been in here probably 2-3 years but thankfully their product hasn't changed. An offshoot of the Luciano's (Route 1 Wrentham) restaurant empire... they do, in my opinion, value putting out a consistently above average meal. Asked them to not sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the pizza when it comes out of the oven (they tend to do this) as I'm not a fan of Parmesan. Pepperoni was alright, but the mozzarella is stretchy and filling and I called it quits after just two slices. Nice crispy crust and just enough char on the bottom. Not that crowded either (thankfully!) at 7:00pm on a Saturday night, unlike the adjacent Trattoria which looked completely slammed. Peroni, bottle of soda, large pie $26 and going home with some leftover slices for next day. Didn't have room for dessert but they've got some great stuff in the case at counter

I am a pizza LOVER! Lover of pizza. Have a slight obsession with it. Probably why I workout 6 days a week...I'd be the guy on my half ton life. Seriously. Each pizza place that isn't fast food pizza or serving total trash, has a certain quality that makes them unique and special. That is what makes this establishment so delicious! You can get your standard straightforward pizza pie, or get some gnarly version of a pizza with toppings only a creative, pizza artist would think of! They are in a class all of their own. Not necessarily New York style not necessarily Rhode Island style not necessarily Italian style. I'm talkin the scene from a River Runs Through It, where Brad Pitt breaks out into his own flyfishing rhythm. They have found their rhythm, and it tastes phenomenal! Bon appetite!

The pizza here is ok, mediocre. Definitely my number one go to but if you're local it's a good option to get something quick.

The pizza is fabulous but every time I do a take out order and ask for extra sauce & pepperoni, I never get it, but I'm charged for it.

I love the decor, deli, and the bar. It's a nice addition but I feel as though it does make the restaurant a little cramped. I stopped in last night with my partner and my dad. We had Ryan for a waiter and I think he was spread a little too thin as I had seen him behind the bar the whole night. He was by no means rude and clearly busy but it definitely seemed as though he didn't check in as much as he could have. As for the food itself it's always been nice. Not stellar and by far not my favorite Italian places but serviceable. The prices are borderline reasonable to pricey, with my meal being $25. I would say $25 is a little steep for two pieces of chicken. However, the portions are gracious enough to leave you full but not bursting and the food always does taste fresh. My Chicken Sorrentino was good but I didn't get a lot of prosciutto which was disappointing. I'll keep coming here because it's close but if you want amazing Italian food try Federal Hill in Providence.

The restaurant itself has plenty of parking (and plenty of entrances). We went on a Tuesday night and had no wait for a booth. We were then sat and offered some complimentary bread and oil. I ordered the chicken Rossini and my significant other had the chicken genovese. I really liked the Rossini. The price was fair for the amount of food you were given and the white wine sauce was very flavorful. I'd recommend this dish. What I wouldn't recommend is my partner's genovese. The dish had what looked like a quarter of a cup of oil at the bottom. I know it's pesto but no one realistically wants that much oil. Overall, did La Familia blow me away? No. But id consider giving it another shot at some point down the line.

Absolutely Perfect in all ways…read more It really takes a lot for me to say something is perfect because I've been in the restaurant business for many years. My family owned a well-known restaurant in Providence RI for years called Alfredo's. So we came here last night, Saturday on the recommendation from someone my mother knows. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted at the door by the maitre'd. We felt welcomed. We were then seated at a table in the main dining room. It was clean and classy. We had a wonderful waiter named Velat. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was also very attentive. He gave us world-class service because he cleared plates and made sure that the bread and the water was filled and removed old silverware and replaced them. We had an eggplant appetizer along with stuffed mushrooms. I also had a Caprice mozzarella salad that I shared with a friend of mine. Then came the salads, they were delicious, cold and fresh. I liked that the blue cheese dressing was homemade and you could tell by the taste. I had the chicken parmesan with ziti. The food was excellent. The chicken was very tender. When we were finished with dinner he brought the dessert tray with many of the desserts made in-house. Although we didn't get the dessert because we were going home to a birthday party. It was nice to see that they made an attempt to show us what they had. Upselling is important and expected in the restaurant business. Thank you for the amazing dinner and experience. This is what quality looks like. We will be back!

One day you might find yourself in the Witness Protection Program, and then relocated to a small…read morevillage in Rhode Island called Glendale RI. It's just the kind of place that you might suspect as a place no one would ever think to look for you. The Witness Protection Program notwithstanding you would be lucky to be located in Glendale because in this village basically in the middle of nowhere, there is a restaurant called Bella. At first, you might drive right by this place discounting it as something less than it is. But when you drive around front, you'll see a very nice patio, a main entrance and an entrance to their banquet facility. That's right! I said banquet facility in Glendale RI. So luckily for me I have avoided the witness protection program but in doing so I have also avoided any knowledge of this place until just recently. I can tell you that's a point of great sadness for me because on my first visit there I realized that this little hidden gem is something that I could have been taking advantage of for a fairly long time In terms of ambiance the place is well appointed both inside and out. It's comfortable and boldly says Italian restaurant. The front of the house is staffed with what appears to be experienced and knowledgeable people, from the bussers, to the food runners, to the servers and the floor managers. You can tell that the owners of this establishment have spent some time training this staff in the excellence of customer service. I don't want to name names because I'll leave someone out. I want to say that everyone that we encountered on the entire front-of-house staff work together to make sure that every diner got what they needed or wanted at the exact time they needed or wanted it. The dining room was a ballet of people rushing in and out of the kitchen and regardless of whether they were designated as your server or not, as they passed by you they unhurriedly asked do you have everything you need, how is everything, etcetera It seemed to me that Bella's kitchen is as close to scratch kitchen as you can get. They have a small host of salad dressings all which are made in house. More than half of the desserts are made in house, even the butter for the bread is concocted in house. If you're going to an Italian restaurant, the measurement, in my opinion, of whether they understand their mission is the red sauce that they serve. It should be RED, not maroon. It should be light and a little chunky. Most of all it should complement the pasta, not smother it. I am going to say that the pomodoro sauce (aka Marinara) that was on my dinner ranks amongst the three best red sauces I've ever eaten in a restaurant. I was impressed by the answers when I asked the same 2 questions, I always ask when I'm considering ordering eggplant. First question, I always ask is the skin on the eggplant and the second question is, is the eggplant breaded. I am of the opinion that there should be no skin on an eggplant when it's served and there is no reason to add bread crumbs on eggplant. The server's answer was: there is no skin and yes there is bread crumbs on it. But that doesn't matter, how do you want it. I said well I would like it to be peeled and then dipped in some flour some seasoned egg and pan fried and then stacked into eggplant parm. That's exactly what I got, The most delicious thinly sliced eggplant so lightly battered and fried, it wasn't oily it wasn't heavy, it wasn't a greasy pyramid and unlike many places in Rhode Island you could actually taste the eggplant which was undoubtedly fresh and delicious. It came with enough pasta. I'm sure you're asking what that means. This is my new measurement of serving size. It is enough if I eat half the eggplant and half the pasta was left, then it's enough. If I eat all the eggplant and none of the pasta is left then it wasn't enough if I eat all the eggplant and a ton of pasta was left then it was too much. As far as the bar is concerned, I drink a very simple drink it's vodka, lime and ice in a shaker. Shake the ever-loving daylights out of it pour it in a rocks glass. I'm telling you only one or two out of 10 restaurants get it right and Bella's is one. Here's the rundown. The food is well above average, exceptional even. The bar is right on point. The service is fast, friendly and inviting. The surroundings are nice, clean and exactly what you want in an Italian restaurant. The prices are well below the "downtown" prices in Providence. Bella does not have a web-based reservation ability, just call them any time, leave a message, and someone will get right back to you. I know what you're thinking but it worked really well! Oh, one last thing. When you see him, tell Giuseppi the owner and dining room ambassador, that it's okay that he's Sicilian, we can just pretend that he's Italian. (If you know, you know.) Long story short...you really need to go to Bella tonight (Thur,Fri,Sat,Sun)! Have I ever lied to you!?
