Atrocious customer service. Hosted a party and ordered 5 pizzas and when I called asked how long it would take for delivery. The person answering said 30-45 minutes. 45 minutes later I called asking the status of the pizzas which hadn't been delivered, the individual on the other line (female) said the delivery driver was already on their way. One hour later, I called again, and the manager said the pizza was still in the oven and would be delivered in 15 minutes. I told them if it wasn't there by 15 minutes to cancel order and refund me as everyone was leaving the party. One hour and a half later the pizzas were finally delivered. Everyone had left my house, and I was stuck with a bill over $100 and 5 pizzas with no one to eat them. Not only the female answering the calls was rude but shockingly the manager said there was nothing he could do. I'll never order from here again. If you order delivery, don't hold your breath for the pizza to arrive warm or in a timely manner. read more

The fam decided to try PieZoni's, the new pizza and sub place in Lincoln. Friendly service, well staffed for a Friday evening and the prices are reasonable. The menu has a nice selection of pizzas, subs, salads, calzones and burgers. The dining area is clean and bright, with multiple tables to chose from. Hubs and I went with the Mediterranean pizza and a garden salad. Teen boy chose a bacon and pineapple calzone. Our food came out quick and hot. It was loaded with toppings that were very fresh tasting. Teen boys calzone was very good, so much so that I might get one next time. The salad was fresh and big enough for all of us. We're so glad we tried PieZonis tonight. I have a feeling we will soon be regulars! read more

I live 5 minutes away, so this is my usual takeout spot. But the last few months have been terrible, and I won't be ordering again. Always extremely late and always missing things or mixing up items. Last night: I ordered two salads at 5:40, they arrived two and a half hours later. Management called to apologize and said they would throw in a free pizza. When my food arrived, it consisted of an old, cold, small pizza and salads. The salads were awful, they were missing things I requested, and the "steak tips" were so over cooked, they were inedible. read more

This place is ridiculous! Online it says they close at 9pm but when I called after 8:30 they told me that they wouldn't take my order because they "actually" stop taking orders at 8:30pm!!!!! So disappointed in our order. We ordered 2 extra large pizzas for a family party today. When we called to inquire, we were told that each pizza would serve 8 people. That was a gross overestimate. I was embarrassed to be so short on food for our 7 guests. Additionally, the pizzas were bare. We ordered onions, peppers and roasted peppers on one and each slice was about 1/8 covered in toppings. I called when our party ended, wondering if maybe the wrong size pizza had been delivered. Since the pizzas we received were rectangle- they were definitely the correct order. The associate I spoke to did not seem surprised at the least that the toppings on my pizzas were so sparse, and did not have anything to say that might encourage a return visit. One of my son's friends was coming over for a play date, so we decided to get something quick.. Piezoni's! When I called, the person who answered was friendly and polite.. and most importantly, I could hear what she was saying! When I've called other places to order pizza, the background is so noisy that I can't hear what my total is. ha ha. Anyway, we got the X large pizza .. 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni. I've ordered Piezoni's a couple of times before but didn't write a review. The other time I ordered the veggie pizza, and it was a little soggy - maybe from the veggies. This time the pizza was fine. I also got an order of the teriyaki boneless chicken wings. Those were tasty as well, though I got celery and no blue cheese. Booooo. My friend said her sister gets salads from there, and there is usually a lot of chicken on the salads. I'll have to try that some other time. Anyway, overall great for a quick meal... I come here all the time. #DuchessLife. But seriously some of the reviews on here are way off. I will say, I always come during the week at lunch time as this is near my work. I typically order the grilled chicken salad with peppercorn dressing. Sometimes the grilled chicken salad pizza. It's easy to say I have a favorite and I can't help it. I've ordered online and picked up. I've ordered at the counter to go. And we've ordered delivery in the office. Sometimes with delivery we might be missing a dressing but nothing crazy. I've never had any issues with my single order. The staff is polite. It takes maybe 10 minutes to get the salad. (I wish they sold half size options because it's a lot of salad for one person and it doesn't keep very well since it's, you know, salad). The chicken salad comes literally covered in chopped chicken. It's a really great deal and perfect if you want to split it with a friend! read more

I read some negative reviews on here and was a little skeptical about giving this location a shot. I've had pizza and sandwiches from a few of their other locations and was always satisfied. We shared pizza, a calzone and a greek salad and to have to say that everything was really, really good. I had no issues with the staff. In fact the manager came out and chatted with us for a few minutes to make sure we were pleased with our order. Seems like a real good guy. Have been ordering here about twice a week for like a year now. Tonight I placed a $60 order @ 7:25, received food at 8:10 and called @ 8:15 because my pizza was completely burned and i was missing sauce. At 9:34 no sign of new pizza, call the store and apparently they closed at 9 so they don't answer and never showed up with the corrected pizza. There is always an issue with my order, something is always missing or overcooked and after telling me they would send me a new pizza tonight and just never showing up Im done ordering here. When we walked in there was no line and four people working. We waited about 8 minutes at the counter (hoping) for someone to take our order, but we did not even get any acknowledgement for standing right in front of them. Granted there was one person right behind the counter doing something but she could at least say 'hi! I'll be right with you'. But nope... Exhausted. Starving. Just off 12 hour shift on ambulance, still in uniform. Stumbled in 20 mins before closing. Was told by an employee that the grill was closed but fry and cold stuff was still available. I ordered loaded waffle fries and buffalo chicken tenders (fat kid, party of one?). The fry cook went to turn the fry-o-later on, and Victor (manager?) rang out my order. He noticed my uniform and discounted it and said he appreciated first responders and public safety. Awesome! Victor and I chatted briefly and my food came out in about 6 minutes. As I was thanking them and leaving, Victor gave me a free soda! We've ordered from here multiple times with little issues. I always order online so I never have talked to anyone in the store. Last night we order, and it took an hour for us to receive our pizza. It showed up cold, burnt, and soggy - so were the fries. So as someone who has worked in a pizza place for years, I called to complain because food should never go out to a customer looking the way it did. They claimed they had one driver and lots of deliveries (unacceptable to have one driver on any day of the week..), also that they had to put our pizza back in the oven because we ordered the steak bomb and they cooked the steak after - steak was under the cheese that was also burnt and by experience, the steak gets cooked prior to the pizza going in the oven.. So not only was our food awful, they actually told us they would not bring us another order because they closed in a HALF AN HOUR and would be closed before they could send out new food. Also UNACCEPTABLE. We were told we would receive a credit instead - so we hung up and called Famous Pizza of Smithfield 15 minutes before they closed and they still delivered us food that was NOT burnt or cold and it was DELICIOUS. To extend the issues here, checking my bank account the next morning - I was charged not once for awful food, but TWICE! As my husband called the manager to complain about being charged $60 now for cold, burnt food; the manager said he clearly didn't know how to read his bank statements. Unbelievable. The worst customer service I've received in a while, I will NOT being ordering from this location again. read more

If you don't have a long time to wait for your food or want it made correctly, this place isn't for you. I came here on lunch break and ordered a salad but specifically requested no mushrooms. I had to say my order a few times since the cashier just didn't seem to understand what I was trying to order...it almost seemed like she wasn't paying attention, yet there wasn't much else going on. I made sure to say numerous times I didn't want mushrooms. Then my friend ordered after me, she ordered the same salad. The cashier again didn't understand...she kept asking if she wanted a steak sandwich... We sat down and waited close to 30 minutes for the food to be ready...they brought it to the table and what do you know? My salad had mushrooms in it...I sent it back and had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be remade. They never apologized. The food was good, I have no complaints, but 2 of my coworkers ordered buffalo chicken salads and got very sick from it. A different coworker, who wasn't there this particular time, said she won't go back because she also got very sick after eating there. Luckily i didn't have this problem but now knowing this, I most likely won't return. read more

I have ordered from Piezoni's before and have gotten their specialty Greens pizza. It has been good in the past but this time they did not put the toppings on correctly and the crust was crunchy instead of soft like it should be. My company orders out every Friday, this past Friday we decided to try Piezoni's. We placed an order at 11:45 only to recieve it at almost 2:15 - nearly 2 1/2 hours later!! People were furious and starving and some people were leaving after lunch that day so they never even got to eat. When we called to ask where our order was we were rudely told they were no longer taking orders and tried to hang up, until we screamed WAIT and once we did get them to listen they told us "online orders take 1 1/2 hours" which is funny since our email confirmation said 45 minutes. This place is almost the perfect lunch spot! My only complaint is the dine in service is a little slow. Most people only have 30 to 45 min for lunch so I wish it was a little faster. But they make up for it with the food. I've ate here at least 10 times this summer. The chicken supreme, big bird, pastrami are my favorite. The salads, pizza, and the calzones are also good. The only sandwich I didn't like was the chicken parm. The chicken was so small compared to the bread. But overall I am a big fan read more

Place sucks. I have had a lot of bad experiences here, and gave it multiple chances but I finally decided to write a review. I ordered a chicken madera salad at 11:35am, and told them they could hold off on cooking the chicken for the salad for a little bit if they needed to, as I would not be able to pick it up until 12pm. The reason I call so early is because if I call around 11:45/11:50, I sometimes end up having to wait until 12:30pm for my salad. So what happens? I get there at 12pm, then they tell me my food isn't ready. Yet, my co-worker ordered a chicken parm sub at 11:45/11:50am, he walks in at 12:05 and gets his sub before my salad was even ready??? I finally get my food, and the cashier told me the reason I ended up having to wait was because the chicken got cold. (which is why I told them to wait a little bit before they started my order if they needed to, so that the chicken wouldn't get cold!!!)
