I came to this place with my family, it was a very hot day to eat outside. We ordered a pizza and drinks from here , but we had food from other place left and decided to keep eating there. The lady that work there kicked us out saying we were not allowed to eat there since i had panda express, i felt discriminated due to the fact that my parents didn't speak English and felt embarrassed and they were looking at us weird in top of that. Tried this place for the first time. Upon walking in the place seemed pretty busy. The order took a little longer because their register credit card reader stopped working. I ordered Chicken Shawarma platter and a pizza. For my order I saw the staff used precooked meat for the chicken shawarma dish and warmed it up in the pan. After trying it, I wasn't too impressed. For the sides I got Hummus, Baba ghanoush, and tzatziki. I didn't like that they placed all these sides all together, they got all mixed up and I wasn't able to try and enjoy the flavors separately. So I was at Sam's club getting gas and I was really hungry so I decided to try to find some mediterranean food Nearby. This space is actually in the same parking lot as the Sam's club here in Chino and OMG it is absolutely delicious. The chicken Shawarma is good but could maybe use a little more flavor compared to what I'm used to, but it's still really good. the beef Shawarma though is out of this world. I took the garlic dressing from the salad and put it on the chicken and that made it super delicious too. And there's the homemade Pita bread!!!! So freaking good. So about a month ago I went to Pizzita to get food and went in without a mask because i cannot wear one. I wasn't hassled and i got my food with a friend and sat outside and ate their wonderful food. We decided it was so good that we'd go the following week. When i got in I ordered again without a mask. I might add I cannot wear one and have a badge that I show when challenged. Usually there is no problem because the business knows it is illegal to hassle someone with medical issues. When i went to the counter to pick out my parts of my dinner i was confronted by the person behind the counter serving food. When i told her ( the short woman in her early 30s with her hair in a ponytail) that I couldn't wear one because of my medical condition. She then became very rude and told me to stand outside while waiting and she'd call me when my food was ready. Wow so not only was she rude but being illegal by discriminating a person with a medical condition. So I said ah... ok and looked at my friend who had a mask on. She said she would get my food. I decided right then and there this would be my last meal here no matter how great it is. One week i don't have to and following week rudely treated, wasn't ok. So you can make your own mind . When you see someone sitting at a table eating indoors, you think it's ok to do the same, so long as you're wearing a mask and social distancing... right? Wrong. It's one rule for employees and another for the rest of us. After waiting 15 mins for my food to be cooked, and having only sat down as I saw someone else sitting down eating at the table, Rasheed waited until I just got my food, and opened it up, grabbed a fork full and then told me, I was not allowed to eat inside and had to go outside. When I pointed out that she was eating inside, and that I only sat down to eat as I saw her eating, she told me that the table in the public area of the restaurant was a "break table. " It wasn't signed. It wasn't in private. It was inside the restaurant. It seems the health laws only apply to customers not to staff - wrong! When I asked her why she waited so long to tell me I needed to eat outside, she gave no reason, no apology, and turned her back to me. When I told her to not be so rude and walk off, she talked back at me. Needless to say, the food was not worth the insults or rudeness. I don't recommend this place, and, despite having been here before, my husband and I will not be returning. Appalling customer service. Ordinary, over-priced food. Then you pick 3 other sides which consist of regular jalapeño or spicy hummus . Along with their parsley salad and garlic spread . Which is super garlicky and will leave you with garlic breath the next day but it's quite great with the chicken screwers. You also get to choose your pita. I got the jalapeño. My choice was the jalapeño hummus. It also comes with rice. Had leftovers for the next day. My son has the cheese pizza. Our first visit to The Pizzita Circle scored a solid 3.5 on my deliciousness scale. Upon entering, you might notice a large LCD monitor advertising their specials and a Yelp check in offer. Upon checking in on Yelp, a special offer did not reveal itself. The owner indicated it was not working, but that was okay...it happens. You then place your order at the counter and find a seat. Depending on what you order, you might have an opportunity to be called back to select the fixings you want on or within your entree. In our case, we had the Chicken Platter and Beef Pita; both of which qualified for extra customer participation. The employee was extremely helpful and pleasant and asked what we wanted (lettuce, greek dressing, olives, etc.). It was a pretty nice touch. Our orders arrived, and the presentation was what one would expect for a fast food style Mediterranean establishment. There was just enough chicken included in the Chicken Platter and the same with the Beef Pita. The taste was above average; especially the sauces. While eating our food, I noticed an advertisement in a small acrylic display that indicated to text "PIZZITA" to 33733 for special offers. I immediately received a text response indicating, "Sorry, there is no keyword named PIZZITA." Regardless of the social networking shortcomings, the food was good, and the price was right. My family and I still try to order from this location at least once a week, despite Covid-19, if not every other week. Thankfully, the owners and their staff have done all they can to keep the store a safe location at these current, unprecedented times. We had Pizzita cater an event for us on 4-15-2023. The entire experience from the initial quote (which was very reasonable) to follow ups with us to the delivery and of course the food was fantastic and easy. The food showed up on time, was fresh and hot and again amazing. We ordered for 30 people and had plenty of leftovers. We also got numerous compliments from our guests on how good the food tasted. They gave me the full portions of the sides so I'm guessing that if they have it as a topping item they could charge a bit less and use less product on the pizza.
