I'm really disappointed with the service we've gotten from River City Pizza recently. When we called to let them know, we were told they would add a $20 credit to our account to make up for the delay and the mix-up. Wanting to give them another chance, we tried ordering again--but when we called about the credit, they said no credit had been added at all. As repeat customers, this was extremely frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing. The customer service we received after these mistakes was nowhere near what we expected. Unfortunately, we won't be returning after this experience.
