Low rating is because employees aren't trained to automatically provide the lowest price to the customer, or even let the customer know that chips can be included for $1.50 less. And, when asked later about the price difference of the special bundle & not sharing that with us, we were not offered a complimentary (which we clearly paid for) bag of chips. Jersey Mike's product seems no better than Subway or other area fast food restaurants, in particular when comparing coupon prices or specials. The interior has a cute vibe & nice employees but it's not sufficient to compel us to return to this store given our personal experience.
