One of the most beautiful weed stores I have ever seen . Think Las Vegas Blvd. meets Costco. Unfortunately, there Service is nowhere close to the level of service as many of the other prominent weed stores in Santa Ana. I'm giving them two stars because they don't even pick up the phone at all if you have any questions. For example, this is the only weed store I have ever been to that does not offer any type of first time patient discount and I was unable to call them and ask what the first time patient discount is so I had to go in and learn this information because they do not pick up their phone. I would rather have better prices than all the glitz and glamour of the fancy weed store. Made the experience way too complicated and I don't think the weed store will be around long. Hope this helps because it's valuable insight into the way the business is truly perceived out there. You guys have no incentive at all to make customers like me spend money. I went into Planet 13 when they first opened 7/1/2021 and it is a beautiful place to see. I wanted to get a vibe for what product would cost in the New Mega Dispensary. Prices were a bit high so I made a small purchase and left. Fast forward to Saturday 7/10/2021, all NEW lower prices that are the same or even Better Deals!!!!!!!! I am now SOLD for sure and will make this my regular place as they have everything on hand and are the same prices and better deals! They are not Medical and I think that is good because there are not 2 pricing menus to get confused with. I am also very pleased at "CUSTOMER SERVICE", its isn't some young lady dressed in a skimpy uniform with little to NO knowledge trying to sell Marijuana out of a Pickle Jar and Chopsticks. This place is great to go in and get tree BUT they need to do a better job at hiring people who know what they are talking about and when asked if they have had it. Be truthful instead of saying the usual "oh ya it's good". Last two times I've gone in I asked for farmer and the felon or Pacific stone. Didn't have what I wanted so I got a space looking company brand that the high was nothing. Tree was pop corn nug and now I got one called "life". It's so earthy and dry. Pop corn bug again. The high is super low. Gotta take like 4 bowls before it does anything. And the policy is all purchased items are final ? It's your employee that recommend horrible tree and now I'm stuck with it? Wasting my money for crappy weed When I know what I want and need. Get people who smoke. Not just get High off of anything. I bought some edibles for a total of $57 with debt cards fee but my cashier round the total to be $60 so that she gave me $3 in cash hoping i would tip her. Anyways i didnt because all she does was getting my products. Its like i tip to all the gas cashiers whenever i buy some cigarettes.... Today i looked at the charges on my banking account and it stated a total of $63 then theres another charge of $2.50 for the card fee. Pretty sure shes probably charge the tip for herself. Planet 13 was very clean with an awesome vibe. The entrance into the store is visually appealing and elevates the entire shopping experience. The service is also very personalize and we had someone helping us the entire time. The only downside was that the products were a bit pricy and their was not as many deals here as their was at other stores. read more
