It's a chill gym just the people that are newbies they take up all the machines and do the most random exercises while sitting on the squat press which takes up time and not to much machines so if there are some people at gym you gotta wait for like 5-10 mins depending if they are doing a random exercise other than that good gym just gotta get lucky and hopefully not to much people and people who know what there doing read more

The staff here is young. Having said that, the showers are barely functional. They have barely luke warm, more cold than warm, water in the men's shower. We pay good money for these memberships and to have cold water after a workout is unacceptable. They've had the men's handicapped stall shut down, why, the shower head hose broke. IT'S A 5 MINUTE FIX. Easiest fix in the world yet it's been over a week now. Went in today and they put the OUT OF ORDER sign up. Now they're down to 3 tiny showers that are luke warm at best. I had given the gym a low rating based on their lack of response to my concerns about the decibel level of their sound system. I have increased the rating because even though corporate asked me to contact them, they did not respond. However, the manager of the gym took the initiative and had adjusted the music level appropriately. I will increase the rating after I see if this is going to be consistent, but I am glad to see they were willing to listen to client, even if it's just something that they've decided to do while I'm there. read more

It's no surprise planet fitness gyms have a pretty low rep but this location is awesome! Every single employee has amazing customer service skills. It is always clean and I've never had to wait for equipment. The only down side of planet fitness is the lack of barbell/free weights but it doesn't hinder me from getting an awesome workout. I do wish they were open longer on the weekends since I do prefer to workout late nights, but overall, great gym! read more

There's no way this place has a 4.5 the reviews have to be fake. This is one of the worst ones haha. I feel bad for the ladies who were here because the guys at this location are useless. The floor was spotless thanks to the ladies who were putting maximum effort (more than they had to) but the guy wasn't helpful at all. No toilet paper in the men's room, human feces in the shower, the list goes on. The gentleman (looked like a manager) might need some retraining. read more

David is usually the main person working at the times I go in & he is always cheerful and funny so early in the morning. You guys should consider going back to 24 hours... Or open earlier. BEWARE! They have ghetto, unprofessional staff working here! I called today to get assistance with an account that I didn't even know that I had and was cussed out, told to eff myself and threatened to have my bank info used. When I asked for the guys name he refused to give it to me. He became even more threatening and aggressive. When I called back I spoke to his manager Chris who was rude and sarcastic, she was unhelpful and it was obvious she was probably sitting there the entire time that he was acting like that. These people should be fired for the way they behave and it's clear why they are working at the nasty location they are. Save yourself the headache and go to another gym. All of the sudden there's no hand sanitizer any where by the trash cans except for front desk, they never replace the paper towels when they run out and the biggest annoyance there's a person that comes to this gym that slams the weights on every rep and the crew and trainer just stand there as this guy slams the weights, not once did they use the alarm, the worse part is I can hear this with my headphones on being across the gym. Crew needs work and the manager or director should fix and keep workers in check here, otherwise good gym, keep it that way read more

Exactly right all the PFs are flooded with these kids who have no etiquette whatsoever. And I guess PF just said well "screw the paying customer" that says alot about the company, they clearly don't care about theyre paying members and would rather cater to these kids coming in for free while they're parents drop em off and go get drunk down the street. And how many of these kids are actually going to sign up? What's the estimated percentage management? 10%? 20%? I guess it must be worth it in screwing over your customers. Oh and why is it that the gym rules posted in the locker rooms seem to apply to staff bullying paying couples but these kids can do whatever they want? Not that it matters but I think if enough actual paying members complain and it makes it's way into the public image, only then will things change. Fellow paying members that are sick of this treatment, please stay updated on this post on how to possibly start and mass complaint or petition for the total disregard for customer service and safety of other members who actually know what they're doing and don't run risk or actually hurting other patrons. read more

**beware of this location** I checked in fine & was told to have a good workout. Worked out for over an hour. An employee named Marcos claiming to be a manager at this location, should NOT work with the public. He harassed me about not paying for my drink that I showed proof of approval for on my Apple Pay, showed proof on my bank statement and he threatened to call the police. He then accused me of not being a member since he says HE wasn't there when I walked in. ?????? If that's the case, wouldn't that mean there would be way more people to ask the same thing?! Why was able to workout over an hour if I wasn't a member? ...As I waited for the police that he called... he kept telling me I'm not a member and I needed to go stand near the door. I told him it's not okay to speak to me that way as I am an active member and can stand freely wherever I'd like as long as it doesn't interfere with anyone. (I was in the lobby by the way.) He wasted the cops resources, by having them come out only for them to tell him that I DID check in and I DID successfully pay for my drink!! Do NOT go to this location if u don't want to be accused of not paying for something, discriminated against and harassed about your membership. Do not come here. I was a black card member and they charged me twice for the same month. They refused to reimburse me. Customer Service is nonexistent. The place was amazing with friendly staff. I was greeted like a VIP and staff personnel Went out of their way by being patient and so understanding to answers all my concerns. Gym has gone wayyyy down hill since Julian had taken over as the general manager. I never see him here however I do see Britney. Seems he's abusing taking advantage of her as she's here almost every time i come and i come daily at various times of the day (overnight, afternoon, and morning) Britney is a fantastic assistant manager however since the old manager Annie left and Julian has taken over, there are never any paper towels, spray bottles are always empty, trash cans always overflowing. I hold Julian accountable for this issue. Seems to be no one wants to work for him as I've seen so many new faces on the staff every time I visit. Additionally, they are using the personal trainer as a front desk staff this evening. As a GM he should be the one resolving these issues and taking accountability. When Annie was the GM everything was always fully stocked and issues if any were resolved in a timely manner. Julian is extremely unprofessional and his gym is reflective of this. I am changing my review after learning Julian will no longer be managing this club. The night shift puts forth amazing effort and so does Britany! Definitely recommend this gym. The only downside is that on Mondays at like around 6-7pm it's really packed and like almost all the treadmills and weight stations are full. Other than that, I love coming here. Also it's not that far from my home. Very friendly staff too. Place used to be so much better a year ago. Slowly started to crumble before my eyes. Ever since Julian took over it really seemed to crash. Taking selfie's for their 6 Instagram followers. I would give this 5 stars but they charged me twice and still haven't resolved the issue or given me a refund ! I need to talk to someone about this. I had only $15 in my account. They charged me $20 which I agree I should have seen coming , but instead of taking $15 and leaving me a $5 balance , they charged the full $20 (or $22.07 or something like that which made my bank charge me $30 as an over draft fee. Then when I put money in my account they charged me AGAIN!!! So twice in one month. Then the next month they charged me but the last months dues weren't counted. Other than the extremely SHADY payment plans from pretty much every gym I've ever gone to (24 , LA, UFC, Anytime fitness ) this gym is GOOD/OK. It's PERFECT for the newbie to the gym who is only there to workout on machines and occasionally free weights I I used to be really muscular and In shape. I have been to most of the Planet Fitness locations in the Inland Empire. This one is by far one of the best. Top 2 hands down. The set up is a little weird at first, but you get use to it. The only thing I didn't like were some of the pretentious people working out there, but that's not the gyms fault that some of their patrons suck. Great gym!!! read more

This gym is really clean, employees are friendly and they are open 24/7. For the black card price, the amenities are very nice. These extras include WiFi, water massage beds, stand up tanning booths, and infrared saunas. I wish they had a regular squat rack instead of just Smith machines, and some step ups for doing lunges but it's not a big deal. I like to go late at night when there are less people and the traffic is not as bad. The only negative about this is there are a lot of homeless people hanging out and riding their bikes in the parking lot at night, and there is no security guard. The 24 hour donut shop next door seems to be a destination for them. Sometimes they stand in front of the door to Planet Fitness and ask for change. If it wasn't for that, I would give a solid 5 stars. read more
