When I returned to speak to the manager, she claimed there was no phone number left. I said I wrote it myself, and then I said, ok hypothetically speaking, my phone number is in the system, you could have looked it up and called me, her reply was "I've been too busy." First issue - the HydroMassage beds are messed up! - Bed #1 has all the buttons pushed in so that you can't use your fingers to start the machine - someone from the front desk has to come in and use a pencil or other small tool to get it started. - Bed #2 - only the highest massage level is working (#10) - I can't use that high of a level on many parts of my body due to medical issues. - Closed Captioning has been turned off on all of the tv's - I am deaf and not able to use a headset - Someone has been smoking weed in the men's room - I am sure this can be smelt by the front desk or has been complained about by other members - not an easy issue to deal with but it definitely needs to be addressed When I first joined this gym I was so impressed but it is going downhill rapidly - I guess the old saying of you get what you paid for is true - I do have the means to pay for other gyms but would really like to continue at PF as they have so much to offer at a reasonable price. read more

Had wanted to file a complaint due to rude treatment by another member who gave me an attitude for trying to hold door open for them.. when went to report the issue to request a refund for member dues & manager screamed at me "to get out" in a rude way and then called the police on me . Spotless. Spacious. Chock full of cardio and equipment. I'm getting back on the fitness train and joined this gym as a black card member. What does that mean? I get the use of the gym and all the fancy extras like the massage chair, hydro massage bed and tanning... and I could take a guest. I love that I can come at any time and never have to wait for my cardio of choice. The free weights and machines get a little congested but I'm not there yet. I will say that the sheer size of this place might be intimidating for someone new to a gym environment but it is always well staffed. They employees are friendly and helpful. I asked for a tour which game me a lay of the land and I found out that they will give you support guiding you on your journey. The app is great. I know how to use a majority of the equipment but there's a QR code on all the machines that you can scan for a brief tutorial. I have tried the hydro massage thinking I would not be impressed, but it's now a part of my workout wrap up. I've hopped in for a couple brief sessions of tanning and the beds were clean and the bulbs were hot. Locker rooms smell great!! Maybe a funny observation but just another indication that this place keeps it clean and tidy. I don't love going to the gym ... yet... but I actually enjoy coming here. Are there fitness fanatics? I've been to several Planet Fitness locations in the state, and the Warwick location is by far the most spacious and cleanliness. Granted it is still a Planet Fitness, but hit has what I need for my current workout plan. For those not in the know, there is plenty of cardio equipment, circuit machines, cable machine, and limited free weights. Additionally, there is a suite of tanning beds massage chairs, and hydrojet massage tables (For black card members), if you are into that sort of thing. Again the biggest attraction at this Warwick location is the size. I like the higher ceilings as it provides better air circulation throughout the space. The locker rooms and shower layout is well designed, compared to other Planet Fitness locations. I really like this location. The front desk staff always greet me upon checkin and sometimes follow up with a "have a good workout". The gym is very spacious and well laid out. There's plenty of cardio machines with lots of TVs showing just about anything, so you'll be able to watch something you're interested in. There are plenty of weights, machines, and mats, so I rarely struggle to find what I need to get my workout in. I often see staff on the floor cleaning the machines or sweeping up keeping things tidy. The women's locker room always seems to be in good shape, but I only go in there if I need to use the restroom. I do love that the bathrooms have hand dryers instead of using paper towels (with a lovely sign explaining how detrimental paper towels are to trees), however, they have tons of paper towels on the gym floor to wipe down the machines. I know this isn't specific to this location as I've been to Planet Fitness locations in Washington, Colorado, and New York seeing the same thing, but it would be nice to have reusable towels like other gyms have. Going back to the staff, they often wish me a good day/evening as I'm leaving, which makes me smile. All-in-all, I really recommend this gym for the decent cost and all its amenities. read more

This is my home gym and I really enjoy going here. The staff is great always smiling greeting you as you walk in. This location has many cardio machines and a good mix of weight machines and free weights along with the circuit room and the jungle gym I call it. Great location. read more

False advertising of what they offer. The 30 minute workout room isn't monitored at all. Do not sign up for Planet Fitness if you think you'll be able to use that section the way it's intended. Place is not that clean compared to the other Warwick location. Recently moved near this area and have been coming here for the past month. Loved the Warwick Ave location, they set standards that this location doesn't stand up to (cleanliness & friendliness). Last night 2/11 @1:30am -200am I was looking for an employee to use the hydro massage, couldn't find them. Guess where they were? Outside sitting in a black car smoking weed. The minute you walk out the door, there's a whoosh of marijuana smell right in your face. Not sure why they're smoking right in front during working hours. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of them to not care what they were doing right in the front parking or how the can care less of who's around. Maybe they have medical reasons to smoke? But come on, not right in the front where anyone going in or out can smell it. I DO NOT want to smell that as I'm walking outside. Was trying to take a pic of who they were, but since it was raining couldn't get a clear pic. Not sure if both of them are employees or just one of them. read more

The staff is never on the "floor". The machines squeak and some won't work properly (they're stuck so you can't lift the seat). The staff stays behind the desk and chats while the trash bins are overflowing, the spray bottles are almost empty and all the Purell dispensers are empty. Worst costumer service EVER!! I joined online in Nov 2017 to go back after the holiday's. I had no idea they were going to move into the mall and that is just not convenient to me so I went in to cancel my membership and was treated by two very nasty women who were condescending to me because I was cancelling. I said I wanted a refund because they changed me $39 for an annual fee and I'm canceling dur to them breaking the contract not me!! Today I get a letter via email saying they are charging me $58 for cancelling!!! As I was walking out the door I turned around to say something to the women and they didn't see me and were laughing and talking about me! Very professional! I paid for this membership for many many years canceled it last year due to an injury and wanted to go back, now I'm so disgusted by this company and I will make sure I tell everyone possible! read more
