Flavorful and moist, it was devoured in no time. It also comes with sweet potato fries and a side of sauce. I don't know if the sauce is for the fries or the burger, but it pairs extremely well with both. Just give your burger a little dip -- SO good. All in all, this burger ranks pretty highly in my list of tasty burgers. We'll definitely be back again to try their other Carribean dishes!

If it's slow, you could park right in front of the trailer. The family that runs this food trailer is born and raised in Guam and their menu features Chamorro cuisine like arrozcaldo, corn soup, etc. It didn't seem like it to me at first because everything was so so familiar to me, but my friend who was raised in Guam reminded me of how it's heavily Filipino influenced and mentioned that the grilled cheese sandwich was her childhood growing-up. We ordered the ribeye steak which they cooked the steak medium (as requested) and came with rice, macaroni salad and vegetables. Additionally, we had the chicken plate as well. Both dishes were great, just on the pricy side and maybe ask for the sauce on the side. Parking can be found on the street or across at the lot.
