Delicious quick and casual meal! The food truck has cover outdoor "patio seating" so you can enjoy the food fresh. It's decorated with faux grass with options of low top, high top or couches. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The build your own bowl was a great portion for the price. All the veggies were fresh, garlic hummus was creamy and tzatziki was flavorful. The gyro was on the smaller side but the pita was warm and delicious.

Having tried the North Charleston Platia location, I was surprised that this one was merely a takeout with a few outdoor seats. The pickup experience was not particularly smooth, with some inconsistent information between the various online options and their in-person signage leaving me wondering if anyone was actually there at all. Eventually, someone else got their attention, and a person who spoke very little English managed to get me my food. I wasn't thrilled with my decision to order a salad; one wants to eat healthy of course, but it had so many cucumbers and olives and so little lettuce that it wasn't really what I was hoping for. I ended up using the pita I got from my pita and dips appetizer a lot to eat the falafel and limited salad, which makes me think I should have just gotten a wrap anyway. The fries on the side were lightly breaded and dusted with oregano, which is a distinctive and delicious way to eat fries. On a nice day and with a different order, I could perhaps do better. The food is good, but I preferred their other location.

First of all, the guy who works here is one of the sweetest, kindest people I have ever met. He was manning the register and the entire restaurant, being so helpful to everyone. I would come back just for his customer service! Second of all, the food was delicious. I got the gyro wrap with lamb patties, vegan tzatziki, falafel, and baklava! Highly recommend coming here.

Went here tonight after placing an online order- the menu is very misleading/ price $ & description for the food is bad. I ordered the Classic Gyro and it stated that it had the toppings below but The fries were inside the gyro instead of the side. So if u order know that the fries will be INSIDE the gyro bc they are too lazy to put it on the side. See photo below.

Used to order from here and then stopped. Tonight I remembered why - the assembly and packaging of delivery orders is absolutely terrible. Tonight we ordered a plate, two salads, a side of falafel and a side of pita and over 50% was packaged poorly. Despite the fact our delivery was relatively quick in under 30 minutes, our food was soggy, overdressed and nearly inedible. I ordered the Greek Cesar salad and asked for a side of Greek vinaigrette ( which I did not get) and the salad arrived pre dressed and completely swimming in dressing. I'm not sure why you would pre dress a shredded lettuce salad. The platter was advertised with an image of two separate dips but mine arrived with barely half of one total dip. It also came in a paper box that was falling apart and half of the meat ended up in the bottom of the delivery box. Additionally the Greek salad and the platter came with pita but it was placed in the containers, making it completely soggy by the time it arrived. It's sad bc the food has good flavor but the delivery is just terrible.

This is a cute place tucked away near behind a community center near Avondale. It is a very laid back place with some of the best gyros in town. They also have fun lemonade drinks and some canned alcohol. The service is typically fast and the employees are helpful. You order at the window and they will bring the food to the table. Great place to walk or bike to if you live nearby.

Wonderful crisp and filling Gyro! I absolutely loved the quick service. The smiling face that served me, and the clean atmosphere. The table fan was truly a help in the outdoor patio attached to the truck! This is a great choice for quick, authentic food.

My wife have been meaning to check this place out. Have heard so many good things about this food truck set-up and the reviews are great so today was our first visit. Go to the back of the building as it's hidden. Wow bloody wow.... Talk about a treat. We ordered a bit of everything and what an experience. The food is so authentic. I'll let the photos do the talking but you know a place is good when you leave with a circus in your mouth. Very inexpensive also and the service is top notch. 3 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars from us. You won't be disappointed

I was referred by a friend of mine to try out Platia. I love Mediterranean and Greek food, so this was truly Up my alley. I came to the new location off of Dorchester Rd and Montague. I ordered the Gyro Wrap , added hummus, tzatziki, onions, feta and yummy veggies for a fresh taste ! Everything was 10/10. The chicken had some much flavor. And I also got the peach lemonade 10/10

Shit was delicious! Uber eats the other day while literally dying of hangover and couchlocked. Cured my hangover after one bite of the gyro.

A good gyro, but pricey for what you get. I like the addition of the french fries on the pita. I'll be back if I'm in the area.

This is the best place for late night food downtown on the weekends. The falafel is amazing!

Best. Gyros. Ever! The feta fries are equally as amazing. I can't wait until the store opens up so I can get a gyro everyday.

Azur Burger was terrible very dry. no flavor. The beef burgundy was no good…read more The waiters had a terrible attitude from jump Street. The owner and whoever he was stayed on his phone the entire time and spoke to none of the clients. Possibly the manager. We've been traveling around here for four days, This was the bottom of the barrel. Furthermore, I believe most of these reviews came from family and friends not honest customers..

We had the pleasure of dining here 2 separate times over an extended weekend trip…read more Host very welcoming and nurturing. Finds your table, if you arrive early for a reservation we had luck with them seating us and he says a kind goodbye as we left each time. Nice list of 3 mocktails so even if not consuming alcohol one can look to play the part at the table and enjoy the flavor notes of a well made cocktail. The first meal we had was a bit of a work/get together meal. We ordered an assortment of items off of the menu and created a more tapas menu. The charcuterie board we picked the cheeses for and it was lovely. All as expected and quite surprised to find a cheddar I enjoyed. Came with some grapes, figs, nuts, honey and I think mustard. Glazed carrots were phenomenal. Heartily enjoyed the beet salad and thought the presentation was quite pretty. Lamb lettuce wraps are alright. Not my favorite of all the dishes served but delivered as promised, nicely cooked and presented. Spouse really liked the lamb wraps and were a stand out dish to them. Meatballs are excellent truly great texture and flavor. Escargot was a fun take on a classic dish. Finished with a unique strudel in its presentation it was quite pleasant. Spouse liked the peanut butter chocolate dessert. For brunch, I had the carrot ginger soup. Which I must say was a total delight. The soup had the hallmark texture and base flavor of the carrot ginger but it had a beautiful breath of savory and some heat seasoning wise to it. It was quite an elevated soup and heartily enjoyed! I followed the carrot soup with a French toast. I am all for softly scrambled eggs but the French toast was a touch undercooked. (I did not let the restaurant know or give them the chance to make right. I regularly eat soft boiled eggs and soft scrambled so I felt comfortable with consuming them.) Strawberries were ripe and tasty. The whipped cream was gorgeous in thickness and flavor. One in law had the caesar salad with croutons and grilled chicken. Their bowl was left clean so while they are not the talkative of sorts they did seem to enjoy it. Ordered a baguette with butter. Unfortunately the butter never made it to the table but the baguette was enjoyed. Spouse had the Azur burger with the side of tapas style potatoes. All was cooked properly to temperature and texture. Flavor and taste as promised. Wasn't their favorite dish at Azur as we had tried so many lovely dishes a few evenings before. But it did deliver on what was represented in the menu. Other in law had the quiche and a side salad. They liked the quiche and would order it again.
