My son recently turned 1 and she made all of the food for his birthday party. Since we are a vegan family, I asked her to make a bunch of finger foods that were vegan. Bonnie comes to my sister's home once a week to prep 3-4 meals. She shops where my sister wants her to shop and buys organic products as requested. Each week she gives the receipts to my sister and leaves all the unused purchased food behind. The kitchen is always left clean and she brings all of her own equipment to use for cooking. She is very open to trying any suggested recipes and like I said- I had her make a bunch of vegan food for my son's birthday. Also, the day before the event (since the number of guests went down), we changed up the menu and she was totally fine with this. She even took some of the purchased groceries and returned them to the grocery store since they wouldn't be used.
