Unbelievable from the moment you make contact with Eli, to the planning options, flexibility and willingness to work in any conditions even when the rental property had the gas shut off or when one of our members brought Eli bluefin tuna to cook. We worked with the chef to add two more couples for an extra charge. He also let me know that a charcuterie board and desert were included. Chef Eli and his team were amazing. I worked with him to create a menu that sounded good to us. And I was impressed with the way everything turned out. I thought we were only getting a chef and his two helpers to prepare the food but John was prepping and cleaning all the dishes while Mikaela prepared a charcuterie board and finished setting the outdoor table that I had started. It was like being in a restaurant in your own home.
