We bought a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy from Clay Cooley Hyundai in Terrell, and for the first time ever, the process was actually enjoyable. The whole team was fantastic! Brent was my salesman and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He answered every question I had and made sure everything in my new Santa Fe was set up and personalized before I left the dealership. Daniel, finance manager, was equally amazing. He was transparent, straightforward, and didn't play games or waste time. From beginning to end, he made sure we were 100% comfortable and happy with everything. You can tell these guys care more about building relationships than just making a sale. We were so pleased, we recommended them to my mother in law and she purchased a vehicle from them the very next day!! They treated her like gold! And my Santa Fe? Absolutely perfect. Beautiful, comfortable, loaded with features... and honestly has the greatest cup holders a girl could ask for!! (Sooo important! The vehicle was overpriced compared to market value, and the trade-in offer I received was far below what other dealerships and tools showed. I also waited over 20 minutes for that low offer, even though it was raining, the dealership was quiet, and they had already valued my trade while I was on the test drive. There was no change to the car's price, so the delay felt unnecessary. The salesman came along for the test drive without offering to let me drive alone, which made the experience uncomfortable and rushed. Interestingly, they've since dropped the price of the car -- exactly what I expected from the start. I should have let the previous terrible ratings warn me. After driving that far, I felt my time and effort weren't respected. Do your research and avoid this dealership -- they don't seem to want to sell cars, just keep them. In a market as big and competitive as DFW, let a better place earn your business.

Received no return call, and when I tried to reach out this afternoon, I was told I needed the VIN number for my vehicle, even though I had been there previously, and the last associate was able to pull up all of my information readily enough, including my callback number. Their communicaiton and levels of customer service are miserable. I understand this is a recall issue, and they make no profit on such work, but something as important as a part for the fuel pump should not be so easily brushed off.

    I have given the this place the last chance I can give. Last oil changes my care was leaking oil…read morethey fixed it ok the fine. This time (today) my car is leaking oil once again after an oil change, I guess the are way to busy to returns calls. Not tom mention I got my brakes done by them, but when I look at my brakes, it doesn't look like they've been done and today I I got one of their recommendation that I needed to have my back brakes done, which was at three and I swear earlier this year I had those done so they should be at a 10 honesty they can't be trusted. I have decided I will not buy my next sheet from them. I'm going outside of Terrell, which is quite sad to buy my next car. If I was you, I will go elsewhere because the way they do. Business sucks now I have to go to another dealership get my car looked at. while I'm leaking a map of amount of oil. Don't waste your time.

From the very first phone call, Alex provided an exceptional level of service. He answered all my questions about pricing, gave me a transparent breakdown of the details, and invited me in for a test drive to see if we could come to an agreement. When I arrived at the dealership, Alex immediately impressed me with his deep product knowledge, he knew the Wagoneer S inside and out. Even though the vehicle was in the showroom, he encouraged me to take it out for a test drive. I had already driven a Wagoneer S previously, so I declined, but Alex still went above and beyond to show me features and details I hadn't noticed before. His enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out. I also had the pleasure of reconnecting with Tommy, who had helped me a few years ago on another vehicle. It was great to see him again, now in a well-deserved Sales Manager role. Tommy reviewed my trade and presented both lease and purchase options clearly and fairly. I had a few questions about warranties and GAP coverage, and that's when Hunter in Finance stepped in. He provided all the details I needed, showing very competitive and transparent pricing. Honestly, the entire team made the experience smooth, professional, and pressure-free. The deal they presented was excellent, and I would have gone through with it if the Wagoneer S had been in black. Despite that, Alex continued to follow up in the following days, even offering to bring in a white Wagoneer S and honor the same deal a gesture that speaks volumes about his dedication and customer focus. Although I ultimately decided to hold off because of the color, I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their people. June 2024 looked on line found this 2020 Ram3500 DRW. I was impressed w the whistles n bells. I didn't like the price. Paul met me outside we talked about the veh. It looked good. Description Said it was clear coated, Ranch bumper front. Electric tailgate, bed was scratched and bent ( inside) My trade 2013 F350 SRW. when it got down to NOT paying for the unnecessary "add ons" they were there. I wanted to walk, didn't feel good, ( $$$$) we decided to follow through. To My benefit was Paul agreed to remove my ATTA auxiliary fuel tank, and wiring and gauge. Paul helped me transfer the 45gal fuel to the Rams (31gal) I had to have the auxiliary tank reinstalled, I discovered the tailgate latch was faulty. Locked tight when shut to hard, had to remove the plate to unlock it. ( I have to have it for my 5th wheel.) I tried to fix it because I already took possession. I called Paul, Paul made arrangements to replace the latch, do a front end alignment. It drove with a vibration not felt before. Took it back, Paul got the entire 6 wheels rebalanced. what ever, body Shop did a poor job of fixing things. including the Rt. tail light($700+) lens was cracked allowed water to short out Turn signal ( no replacement because shop failed or hid the problem) * NOTE Paul Bustamante is the new manager, he brought in two salesmen To work with him. The Ram designated guy is Charles, & Michael is the other salesman that helped me. These two folks will answer your questions they do not seem impatient or disinterested. And I can tell you I called often, to hold them to the verbal agreement. Paul was never anxious or upset. They did what they said they would do to make me a happy customer. And they did. ** This truck belonged to a ranch in Terrell, damage to the LRQ, and other parts. ( clear coat? Not everywhere) thin paint, they polished the ( still a ghost) logo from the ranch off the front doors.

Only dealership I had to contact 3 times to get them to email/call me. Once they did, I then got calls from multiple salespeople, which was just as annoying--I just got off the phone with Joe! Took ages to get the paperwork done. Really, an hour and a half and we're not even using your financing? Dealership itself is pretty low-budget. No offers of a coke or water here, just a couple of beat-up chairs in a big, mostly empty room. I was buying a certified pre-owned, and didn't receive any assurance (other than verbal) that it was indeed a CPO vehicle. Happily, it checked out when I drove it a couple states home, but made me nervous. I don't think they've done certified for very long.
