He determined that the leak was due to the old faucet malfunctioning. He said he could get the new faucet the next day (Monday), and install it then. Sure enough, Monday afternoon he was back with the perfect replacement faucet. It took him maybe an hour to get the rusty old faucet removed and install the new one, he also added new caulk around the sink area. The leak is gone, the new faucet looks great and works perfectly, and the cost was very reasonable. Ivan is responsive, punctual, and he did a great job for me. I will be calling Morfin Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

To add salt to the wound, called them back out because the toilet was still running after their visit. Received ANOTHER bill for $69 and called and asked why. Their response was that the water running wasn't due to the flapper but because of pulling the chain too hard when flushing. BUT, they spoke with their manager and waived the $169 labor charge that they were going to charge in addition to the $69 service fee for the 2nd visit. For real??? Save yourself the rollercoaster ride of price gouging and find a more reputable plumber with more than 2 stars here on Yelp! (should've checked before, ugh!!!)
