They're open 24/7 and staffed by great folks who were friendly and thorough across two visits. The nurses we interacted with were especially great about putting my mom at ease. I was really impressed by the speed and range of services available here. We were quickly checked in and triaged within 10 minutes, put in a room, and saw a doctor within 15 minutes. They are able to do MRI, CAT scans, etc on site which was really key to getting quick answers. They do take insurance, waiting to see how billing shakes out given some of the other reviews here. For now I'm just incredibly grateful that they were able to help my mom rather than making us sit in a crowded ER for hours and risk her contracting Covid.

It was honestly the easiest and best experience I've had with a surgery. I was sedated for 99% of the procedure and only remember him telling me when they were moving on to my next tooth. About a week later, I started to have some pain in one area and called the office. Abby was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled for a follow up the next day. Dr. Medley explained everything he would do again and packed my socket with some medicated gauze which took all of 3 minutes and quelled my pain within 15 minutes. Douglas, their planning coordinator, worked quickly and was able to get us booked the same day. He referred me directly to Amanda, the owner, to help me pick which package would best suit our needs in addition to which animals would make for the best experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Bridget was the animal handler for our party and arrived an hour early to setup and make sure the animals were comfortable. She did an awesome job of managing 7 different animals and a bunch of curious children (and adults). She knew so much about each of the animals and made the experience fun and educational for the older kids and adults. I can't recommend Once in a Wild enough. They're extremely professional and made my son's birthday very special. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
