I used to live walking distance and am now in Pasadena but my daughter will not relent, asking to come to "the jumping place". We are welcomed by name to an immaculate and engaging facility. It is obvious this is a labor of love, from the hand painted detail on the walls to the mindful sensory obstacle courses. They offer customized birthday celebrations that are unmatched and free coffee for all of us sleep deprived parents. This place is a hidden gem! We have been searching for a safe environment to bring our toddler during these hot summer days. And WOW, this place has exceeded our wildest dreams! This indoor play ground is not only safe but wildly engaging and surprisingly educational. After the first week we decided we NEEDED to get a monthly membership and now we come every other day. This is the 16th time we came this month and the month isn't even over. Watching my child learn and grow in this environment has been so overwhelmingly incredible. He is also an only child, and we were worried about the lack of interaction he has with children... not anymore! We watched our child blossom from a shy introverted kid to a social butterfly. I booked my son's 5th birthday party, mind you I've never been there before, I took a chance and I'm so glad I did! The staff is amazing! The owners are terrific, sweet, and patient! I was so nervous, I was overwhelmed, I had doubts!! But with every message, call, and even dm (Instagram) I was always met with patience, reassurance, and most of all kindness! The videos and pictures don't do the place justice. It's bigger! There's a separate room just for the little littles, a room for the teens! And the teens and adults can play with their kids! A lot of indoor playgrounds have a height limit, where you can't go in with your toddler but not here, everyone can enjoy it. The playground, the tables, and the bathrooms were spotless. I am most definitely booking again. I had the best experience and most importantly my guests and son had a great time! read more

This was like my second or third time here. The location itself isn't bad. It is sort of hidden at the end of a plaza. Parking is decent. It is a smaller play center and whenever we go it's never crowded so I don't see that being an issue. As far as the service goes, I don't recommend this place. It's supposed to feel like a safe space for your kids to roam around and play. Not here. The lady at the front desk is rude. At least greet your customers with a hi and smile when they walk in. I immediately saw the difference in how she treats her "favorites". When we walked in she had a b face on with an attitude it was pretty awkward, when her "favorites" walked in a bit after us she was allllll smiles and giggles and even talking to their child, when she hasn't even glanced or said a word to my child. Aren't you in a kids business? Word of advice, engage with ALL your customers, both the parents AND the kids. Then she tried to stop us and tell us in a rude way about our socks how they weren't grip socks. That just already put a bad taste in my mouth I was close to getting my money back and leaving, but I stayed because my child really wanted to play. So we go inside and my child goes off to play. I guess they had a separate room for the smaller babies, which they didn't have before the last time we went there. The last time we went that door was closed. So while my child is playing with one of the baby toys that was outside of the room, not once but TWICE, this lady comes after my child snatched the toy from him almost scolding him telling him not to play with the baby toy inside the ball pit, then she comes again and tells him not to play inside the jump area. As any parent, no parent wants to see that nor will take that lightly. Her excuse was that she "didn't want him to get hurt". Well there's a different and better way to approach that instead of scolding and snatching from other parents kids. That just makes HER look bad. THEN CLOSE THE BABY ROOM DOOR OR PUT UP A SIGN NOT TO TAKE THOSE TOYS OUT OR PUT A SIGN OF AGE RESTRICTIONS!!!! That's their responsibility and she literally came after my child two separate times to SCOLD him "don't do that" and "don't play with that there". How are we supposed to know when they don't even have signs anywhere?? At least let the parents aware if she sees that so the parents can redirect their own kids. Get out of here lady!!! Who do you think you are? After the second time I seen that I grabbed my son and walked the f out. That was $20 down the drain for a bad experience and not coming back again. I don't see how ANY parent will sit there and be ok with that type of treatment??? Do better!!! UPDATE- RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS OWNER: No you weren't "kindly" reminding us, you were insisting rudely. And no my child was NOT engaging in "dangerous behavior" like you just said. Oh please. You're full of it. Stop making excuses for your unkind and unprofessional behavior. You came and grabbed the toy away from my child in a mean way and slammed it somewhere else saying to play there. You were MEAN. My child even told me he felt a type of way and he even felt that you were being mean to him. You don't just take away toys from kids and slam it somewhere else and ordering them to do things your way. There's a proper way to go about things and what you did was highly unprofessional and uncalled for. I had to step in and grab my son and leave. You were also standing around chit chatting with your "favorites" and just going after my child, like you have something against him or something? We've been to pretty much all other indoor playgrounds and never once felt violated and mistreated like the way we did when we were at your business. It was YOUR way of how you handled things unprofessionally, don't blame my child, he was not engaging in any type of behavior you claimed. Have a nice day! read more

A hidden gem, as soon as you walk in the doors the space opens up to a huge play area with all new playground equipment. Tons of options from trampolines, slides, ball pits, and cool little obstacle courses. They play Disney song videos which adds the fun kid-ambiance. Very family friendly, super nice staff, and decorated so cute! We will definitely be having a party here at some point. Highly recommend! read more

This is such an amazing place! I have two toddlers and it was our first time here. They had so much fun! From the trampoline, to the slides, the ball pit, and so much more. There was so much to do and each area was really designed with everything kids could possibly play with. Everything was extremely clean and thoughtfully put together. I don't know if my kids had more fun in the play space, or my husband in the arcade room. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming when we came in, and checked in on us several times. They serve complimentary coffee and tea, and there's a nice space for parents to sit while their kids play. We'll definitely be back soon! read more

I have an almost 2 year old and Been looking for a fun Indoor place to climb , run around, and stay warm since it's been cold. My nephew is very active and loves to climb and loves slides. i've tried many indoor playground locations w my daughter and this one is my new go-to. this is a very clean (especially the bathrooms!) playground. daughter agrees so it's decided. the pricing structure here is comprable to others (kids empire / jumpin' jammin') but the difference is this business books in 2 hour segments, whereas others say you can stay and/or come back all day. i think in all the times i've taken my kiddo to an indoor playground, we've only ever come back once and rarely stay longer than two hours. the other locations price gouge every way they can (games/arcade/food) because you're getting "a deal" on the time at the playground. this place instead gives you complimentary coffee, wifi, and a lovely patio to eat your food away from others. plus the air hockey, foosball, and arcade games are free of charge! i like the pricing structure and experience far better here. diana was absolutely lovely and interacted very easily and naturally with the kids, truly a wonderful host. we will be back for a multitude of reasons and recommend this spot for any parent looking to give their kids stimulating physical activity as the dark winter evenings roll in, or for those late mornings where you just want a bit of space and keurig coffee. read more

If i can add more stars I would. We been here 2x and every time we love this place. It's a new establishment. The lady's in the front are always super kind especially Dianna i believe she is one of the owners very attentive all of them honestly. I hope this place stays. It is a hidden gem indeed. We love to come earlier in the day when it's not to busy so my toddler can be able to roam around freely with not many kids in the way. finally went last week to check it out place seemed smaller than expected,my only bad complaint is the floor is SUPER SLIPPERY my daughter is 31/2 and feel 3 times fell on her butt HARD and she wasn't even running she didn't have grip socks but even i slipped twice super dangerous they have a lot of toys candy and drinks at the entrance it's a good and bad thing since my toddler wanted everything of course arcade games are free and the message chair is nice i couldn't enjoy is since i was chasing after my daughter so she wouldn't slip edit to add i've been to at least 7 other indoor play and had never experience slippery floor even for me and my friend we both almost slipped a few times i always bring my daughters grip shoes n this day i had forgotten i understand they sell grip socks but i didn't want to waste money on them since she had already fell twice n less than 10 minutes she was already upset i knew we wouldn't last much longer so maybe instead u should work on safety of the slippery floor instead of suggesting to buy socks read more

This is a nice place to bring small children here, the environment and equipment are very clean. They have two bathrooms in total with changing stations. Sadly, the AC was kept at 84 degrees on both sides of the room. It was very hot in there, I even saw the employees fanning themselves. This issue needs to be addressed. It's over 100 degrees outside, and we want a cool environment. This is why we go to these indoor playgrounds. The lights are also turned off in the game room for older kids, I thought that was a very odd thing to do for a business. read more

Great place to host year end sports parties, like AYSO! The kids ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The ball pit was a crowd favorite along with the game room, trampoline area, and obstacle course. Getting the boys to momentarily stop playing was nearly impossible- they were enjoying it so much! Packages are available at reasonable prices and the customer service is outstanding. Not to mention the decorations! Diana does a lovely job in making the occasion look beautiful. She can make any idea come to life. There's also a lot of activities they host during the week. A favorite is "parents night out," where they watch your kids for a few hours while the parents enjoy some much needed quality time together. It's a great indoor playground for my two-year-old. Very clean. And staff is friendly. Only feedback is maybe have music on without the music videos playing on the TV since little kids can get distracted easily and end up watching the cartoons/music videos on TV instead of playing. My toddler loved it! It was only us so she enjoyed the alone time, but it's well kept and clean!

For the first time, I was able to let my little toddler (1+1/2 yrs) play without the anxiety of the local park. No homeless druggies doing shady stuff, just a clean, happy atmosphere with friendly staff and smiling faces. You can let your guard down a bit when you know that everything is padded for safety. I haven't seen my little girl so excited in a long time! She could climb padded stairs and fall into a sea of colorful balls, all while listening to the songs from her favorite Disney movies, playing in the background! I just want to say thank you to everyone that was involved with putting this place in my neighborhood so that there's a safe haven for playing with my little girl! I brought my 2-year grandson to this indoor playground, and he had a fabulous time. The place was very clean, and the owner was super nice. My grandson had a blast! My only complaint is that the floor is extremely slippery My grandson slipped three times and the third time he slipped he hit his head on the floor and when I jumped up to get him, I slipped and strain my knee. They sell socks there for $3.00, I strongly recommend that you purchase the socks that they sell there. read more

My daughter really liked this indoor playground. It was really clean, friendly staff and kept my child entertained. It is really small but still plenty of room for kids to play. I also liked how there was a designated place for seating. Also there is only one bathroom so if someone is using it you have to wait . I held my daughter's birthday here this past weekend and it was truly amazing! The owners are the sweetest and so attentive. They decorations were adorable and the entire place is just so clean. We opted for the top package and it truly didn't disappoint being able to have the entire place to ourself. My daughter and all of our guests had a blast. We've been to A LOT of indoor playgrounds. This is one of our favorites. It's the cleanest. It feels safe. I feel comfortable letting my 2-year-old (even before she was 2 actually) climb up and slide down most of the playground by herself. I appreciate that they have everyone wear socks with grip for safety. I also like the overall ambiance. It's bright with natural light! Great place. Highly recommend! read more

I had my baby girl for the day and decided to take her to Play and Beyond Fun Zone. It was a great decision. She went nuts when we walked in and was excited to try everything. It was endless fun for her and everything was clean and new. It's a great family run business and the owner's daughter and my girl became friends. She wore my girl out which is more than a parent can ask for . We climbed, we slid into a ball pit, we jumped on a trampoline, spun in circles, twirled in a moving tunnel, played in a doll house, drove around the area, we snacked and watched some princesses singing songs and we explored everything. The worst part was leaving and coming home to a normal house but my baby didn't notice because she fell asleep for 3 hours after! Great place to host a toddler birthday. We were able to reserve the place to ourselves. The owner and her staff were attentive and accommodating. The table and arcade games kept the older kids occupied while the play areas were a blast for the younger kids. LOVE taking my daughter here. She's 2 and it's perfect for my toddler compared to other kids places. I don't have to worry about my daughter getting hurt. It's well thought of so my daughter can run around without tripping over anything. They require to purchase grip socks to run around for safety for both child and parents too. As a pregnant mom I feel so safe walking around with the grip socks. Plenty of snacks and treats to purchase including water and juice!
