Came there for an emergency simple ball replacement and come out with $25 gone because they couldn't replace it, So I got a new jewelry. which was unfortunately not the same size (my piercer pierce me with larger gauge who is not from the shop) The piercer (I don't know his name because he didn't even introduce himself) kept asking questions making me uncomfortable. He touched my ear (freshly pierced & still swollen) without gloves and only got gloves to get the jewelry which I felt like wasn't sanitary. don't come here if you want good care for piercings. I overheard they tell their costumers to use hydrogen peroxide for cleaning is not a great option. highly do not recommend hydrogen peroxide for cleaning. *Overall I regretted this whole entire experience. read more

Went here on a whim to get my septum pierced! There was no wait at all, they showed me my options and I was excited to get started. However I was a little surprised by the very casual nature of my experience. I was never asked for my ID ( thankfully I am of age but still!? ) The guy who pierced my septum was very kind and friendly but didn't seem too knowledgeable about this particular piercing. He ended up piercing my septum quite crooked and mentioned it might be how my nose is shaped. Which is understandable but that might have been something to discuss with me before the needle went through my nose.... My nose is actually quite average and I was hoping for a perfect placement. It didn't happen but that's ok! He popped it out and cleaned it and I was good to go. Told me I could come back the next day to try again ( no after care instructions were given )! Ended up going to a different place‍ It was an good experience but I'd rather pay more elsewhere to get a straight piercing ;) read more

One month later and my eyebrow piercing has healed extremely well by simply using saline wound wash on it diligently for the first two weeks or so! Walked in on a Sunday evening at 6:30 (called to make sure Adrian was available before driving over) and was back in my car in 30 minutes, newly pierced. Adrian was great at going slow and explaining everything he was doing, kept reminding me to breathe, and just really nicely talked me through the whole thing, confirming I was ready before every step. I really appreciated him explaining the steps and waiting for confirmation to touch me each time given my piercing was in a sensitive and private place. I came as a walk in with pain on a piercing I got from body jewels 2 months ago. It was infected & needed help. He took time to clean it and put a new bar which was bigger & more comfortable for me. I was happy that I didn't end up just taking out my piercing & risking it to shut. That night the pain stopped and it's been 3 days since and I feel back to normal swelling went away and he taught me the proper care so the infection is gone! I got my tragus pierced here, it was cheap enough ($60) but i definitely got what i paid for. I shouldve seen the warning signs. 1) piercer was purely upselling jewelry the entire time. i like basic metal jewelry, but he kept trying to show me only gem-studded jewelry and was hesitant when i asked for a plain ball. 2) he pierced my tragus with a straight barbell - definitely should have been a flat back labret. I didnt say anything at the time since i was unsure, but upon going to my regular and far more reliable piercer at pierced out, they confirmed for me that the barbell was not only a poor jewelry choice, but also WAY too big, even with swelling in mind. 3) he could barely screw the jewelry in place, i was convinced he was gonna drop the ball into my ear canal where it would never be seen again (yes, the side that screws in was INSIDE my ear) 4) he kept rinsing my FRESH piercing with HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. any reliable piercer (or anyone with any experience with piercings) will know that hydrogen peroxide is a massive no-no on piercings. when i asked him about aftercare, he again told me to use hydrogen peroxide and that it would be fine. he even said saline was not as good as hydrogen peroxide when i asked about doing saline rinses. 5) finally, after over a year of babying this thing and getting the jewelry changed by my normal piercer, i couldnt keep it anyway. it was pierced at a terrible angle and had almost completely rejected by the time i took it out. the only positive thing i have to add is that i got a very quick appointment, it was practically walk-in service. im almost convinced this piercer was an apprentice. the only thing he did right was get a copy of my ID and signature, and successfully get the needle through my ear without having to repierce. biggest waste of $60, and im so sad that i couldnt even keep the piercing. i shouldve just gone to pierced out in the first place and paid twice as much to get it done RIGHT. read more

Somehow, I never got my ears pierced when I was younger. The thought of it always freaked me out, especially since I hate needles. I recently decided to finally pierce my ears. The first time I stopped by, they ran out of the smaller needles. I appreciated that they told me to come back instead of piercing me with the other size needles that they had. I don't understand how this place is so highly reviewed!! Came in to get my husbands ears pierced and the experience was zero stars. Horrible jewelry!!!!! I'm 99% sure the piercer didn't change gloves after cleaning up from the previous client. It didn't register in my mind until after when I didn't see any gloves on top of the wipe he used to clean. He also didn't give my husband any options on jewelry until he asked what they were and it was just two, black square studs or big diamond looking earrings and that was it, nothing from their display. I don't even think the earring were sanitized before they were put in. Also, the black studs ended up digging into his ear lobes and the paint on the earrings CAME OFF after a few days. YIKESSS. He made his marks on my husbands ear lobes and didn't give him a mirror to check and they were off centered. He didn't double checked until I said something about them being off and they're still slightly off centered. I don't recommend this place at all, wait for an appointment at an actually piercing shop!!! I did my Septum piercing here and loved the place and the service, while I waited for my turn, me and my boyfriend played billiards, when it came to my turn Adrian asked me how I preferred my piercing and he explained to me where he was going to pierce and the procedure, it did not hurt at all, it was just a discomfort but that's all. He told me that some tears would come out and he gave me a paper to clean but it was not necessary to use the paper. In the end he explained everything I should do to help my piercing heal.
