This was, without a doubt, the worst dealership service experience I've ever had. I brought my 2024 Lincoln Navigator in to repair a door seal and a popping noise in the driver's seat. When I got it back, two driver-side pillar trim pieces had been damaged (broken clips and visible cosmetic damage), and the driver's seat had been reinstalled incorrectly, leaving noticeable gaps. When I pointed this out to David Newton, the service manager, his response was simply, "Yeah, looks like the guys didn't install it right." There was no apology or accountability. Only after I pushed the issue did they agree to replace the damaged trim and reinstall the seat correctly. That was three weeks ago. Since then, I've received zero updates. I've called at least 10 times and left three voicemails, and no one has returned a single call. This dealership not only damaged my vehicle on two separate service visits but has also shown a complete lack of communication and customer service. Judging by the many similar reviews from other customers, this appears to be a recurring problem rather than an isolated incident. Serious personnel changes need to be taken. I will never return to this dealership and cannot recommend them to anyone unless you want your car damaged instead of repaired. read more

I purchased my Navigator here approximately 6 years ago and had an amazing experience. Since the purchase, I have always returned to have the vehicle serviced with their service department and never ran into an issue. They've been honest and fair in my opinion. It's been a great vehicle and when i decide to let her go I will be returning to Plaza Lincoln for another Navigator. read more

I bought a certified pre owned Lincoln from this dealer. I am supposed to receive a Carfax report according to their ad. I have been calling the salesman, Alex, as well as texting him and emailing him. He promised to send the report by email 2 weeks ago. I have not received it yet. He has not even called me back to explain the delay. Very dissatisfied. read more

If I could give them no stars I would do so. I did purchase a car from them with some hesitation because I normally purchase either a van or SUV, when I returned home around 9pm with the new vehicle I called the next morning 9 am and told them I was unhappy with the vehicle and what was my options. From there all I got was promises, asking me to come in and they would have some options for me. Basically I drove all the way down there for them to tell me they could do nothing. Why could they not have told me on the phone? They never return phone calls. They lead me on for days that they could do something for me but when I would call they would never return calls or text. One star is giving them way too much credit. I will keep this short. I rude obnoxious GM is the first of SEVERAL issues. I'm still missing the items I inadvertently left in my trade in including my Sun Pass. The GM said he would get back to me. He never did. I could go on. This is a great car dealership. I walked in knowing the exact car I wanted, and was promptly greeted and led to sales, the agent was Scott. After we agreed on a price, we did the paperwork. After that the car was taken to be detailed, and Scott introduced me to the service department. Two and a half hours after walking in, I left with a new MKZ. I took my Ford Escape in today for trunk repair. I was greeted immediately at the service door and told where to go for my appointment. As soon as I got in the door, a desk was there with a gentleman by the name of Rob greeted me. Two minutes of paperwork and they took my car. There is a nice lounge to wait in with the big screen TV, freshly cooked cookies, coffee, water, Orange juice. Two hours later I was out the door. Great service and sent me home with a complimentary car wash. Beats the hell out of Key Scales in Leesburg for service!!! read more

SALES DEPARTMENT: We visited Plaza Lincoln/Leesburg on Jan 7, 2020 carrying our internet printout on a certified 2018 Lincoln MKX Select Plus. The price in the printout was $28,000 (but not shown on the car). After discussion and a test drive we were invited into the showroom to begin negotiations. We then let them take the keys to our trade-in car for evaluation. Somehow the $28,000 price of their 2018 Lincoln MKX had magically increased to $31,500 -- that's $3,500 more! The salesman had some "jumbled" explanation why it was a different price. Of course we wouldn't pay that price; so we tried to seriously negotiate a lower price -- to no avail. As you would expect..... we decided to leave the dealership, but had to beg and plead for the keys to our trade-in car. Bottom line: That's call "Bait and switch"! Arrived for my 8am appointment about 10 mins early and my vehicle was taken right back to the service bay. Very nice customer waiting room with coffee, snacks, TV, and very comfortable chairs. Also has tables and free wifi if you need to get some work done, or do a Yelp review, while you are waiting. I was quoted 1 hour for my 5k mile service, and they competed it right on time, actually about 4 mins early, and that included a complete wash. Glad I picked this dealership to purchase this vehicle as well. It was a pleasant experience about 6 months ago. read more

took my car in on Monday , arrange for them to send the cluster to be repaired by an electronic expect. in the mean time i rented a car for the week at$350. come Friday, I called to check on repair and was told they had not even sent it out, and no one even bothered to call me to say there was a problem. just wasted a week and $350 for the rental. this place is a joke read more

Just finished talking with a lady friend who almost got ripped of by Plaza's Service Department. Her Tire Pressure Warning Lamp came on, so she took car to Plaza for them to put air in tire until she could drive car to her normal Lincoln Dealer in Orlando. Plaza first told her that she had a nail in tire and that she needed (not one, but) two tires. (Just as they did with my wife). Lady friend was not born yesterday, so she told them to install the donut spare. She INSISTED that they put on the donut spare, ignoring all Plaza's dire warnings. Next day, she drove to her normal Lincoln Service Department in Orlando. Surprise surprise surprise. There was nothing wrong with the tire/wheel that was removed. NO NAIL. (Low pressure light probably came on because of the temperature drop here), She (like me) now tells everyone how Plaza's Service Department is a den of thieves. Note that she told me this story before I ever told her how Plaza cheated my wife and me. She, like me will never buy, or service a car at Plaza. I wish I could give them zero stars. Warning - check that parts are actually replaced. They charged me to replace a power steering hose. I discovered that it was never replaced and was not needed. My brakes have made noises since they "fixed" them. I purchased 4 tires and they sold me a lifetime alignment, balance and rotation. They did not want to honor it until I called Ford Customer Relations. The "service manager " didn't return several phone calls until after I contacted Ford Customer Relations. My mother and I came in a while back to have a new radiator put into our truck. It took these people EIGHT HOURS to put in a radiator! We kept asking "How much longer is this going to take" the guy inside kept replying "Oh,they're working on it now,you should be done soon"....YEAH,RIGHT! Had the old radiator been left in that whole time,I would have just gone somewhere else! I will NEVER come back here and be treated like this. read more

I am recommending that you not shop here! Once your vehicle is purchased all help and consideration goes out the window. Forget going higher up the ladder as it will only get you treated worse than you were at the bottom. I only needed paperwork that I should have legally been given copies of and it was as if I were asking for something that would have taken hundreds of man hours. I was spoke to inappropriately by one of the General Managers who was supposed to be there to help me. I will be looking into the BBB to see what else can be done. My experience buying a 2015 Lincoln was Great! I did my homework before arriving, both on the car and extras I desired, plus my trade in. Even reviewed there recent sale activity, and area competitive ratings. There is no excuse, now a days, for not getting a fair market price. New car saleman, Greg is not your car hustler of by gone days. We arrived, talked about the model car I was interested in. Of course we drove around in the car, talked car talk, and just enjoyed the 2015 MKC, and all the remarkable things computers and modern tech provide you. It was as if we were just friends taking a ride, on a nice day! I sort of was waiting for the sales pitch to start, it never did! Returning to the dealership, Greg asked if l was interested in discussing cost today, or maybe returning another day? What let the Customer go! He didn't have any info on me, other than I saw an add and wanted to see this new vehicle for myself. I informed Greg I did my homework and was ready! At that Greg said "let's approach this a different way." I'll give you our price, with extras you want, and have the Shop give you a quote on your trade-in. Sounds to easy, but that is it! Figures were provide, I had my homework information and expected out the door cost. Everything was correct, and my cost was below the area average. No hassel, and financing at 1.79% All the Sales staff were as nice as Greg. Polite, friendly, suggesting ideas, and considerate of our request and desires. I will report on my experience with maintenence when the time comes. I only hope, it is as good as the sales dept. And the new friends we have! read more

My parents purchase a new lincoln from the dealership a year ago. They were charged an excessively high interest rate. My brother and i tried to discuss with the generla manager - but he refuses to even discuss the issue. We are now going to report to the State Attorney General's office for abuse against seniors. I do not think the dealership are bad people - but please understand their initial interest rates are excessive and their standard contract is very pro-dealer. read more

Mel and David Stone tell customer what they want to hear and then forget about you soon as you walk out the door. Three times promise me they found car and then over the weekend it's gone. Hate their policy of getting car from other dealership, they now email to ask for car and have to wait for other dealership to answer email,which they can say never got email. Plaza should pick up phone speak directly to other dealership. After I complained and said I would go else where Plaza response was "you gotta do what you gotta do". Buyer beware!!! This dealership is a shady underhanded business. I went with a friend of mine to a tent sell which I found out later they were sponsoring, well they got him to bite on a 2010 Chevy Colbolt with 46k miles on it. So they ran his credit and came back and stated his credit was not good and if he could get some one to co-sign for him? I stated I would so then they ran my credit and came back all excited. So we signed the paper work and he drove away with the car well the next morning my friend called me and told me that the car he bought was put down on the paperwork that I was the buyer and he was the co-buyer. So I called them thinking that they made a mistake well they stated they didnt make a mistake and that it is perfectly legal? Reason being they sold a car to an individual who doesnt even have a drivers license!!! Another thing they sold him the car for 18k and kelly blue book only lists it at the most at 11k. As we were signing the paper work they keep stating that I was the co-signer and I didnt have my glasses with me so I trusted the finance officer, plus I thought you couldnt sell a car to some one with out a drivers lincense, so now when my credit report comes up it will show that Im buying a car thats not even in my drive way!!!! So then I called the finance company they use SANTANDER and they more or less told me sorry about your luck. So take my word dont even walk on to their property because they take you for what ever they can. Go to CAR MAX I co-signed for another friend there and they were proffessional and forth coming on all questions and honest on price and history on the vehicle. read more
