So I guess there is consistency in the fact each one seems to do that... OR imagine the customer walking up, they make eye contact off their phone and ask "how can I help you?". Praise for the NPs or Nurses who suggest trying something new or other areas of focus as the front I have yet to be asked. The front literally is there like a check out kiosk. Wish there were reminding texts messages about shaving the day before. As a busy work mom of 3, I'd save your poor staff time from me forgetting to shave and having to do it there. Lastly, those chairs in the lobby are very awkward and uncomfortable.
