The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is truly the best business in Fairview Heights, Illinois, and it has officially become my go‑to place for all my car needs. While I was there, I overheard another customer complimenting an employee--Cody--on his great work and friendliness, which matched my own experience. Patrick and Michael helped me during my visit, and each of them showed their own unique style of kindness and professionalism. Even the gentleman at the soda machine offered me a drink. It may seem small, but it meant a lot. The staff interacts with customers the entire time, creating a welcoming and genuine atmosphere. Plaza Tire is a real asset to Fairview Heights. Please don't change--at this rate, you'll have the whole city coming to you for their automotive needs. This company is on a path to grow. Until they show me a bad experience. First things first never go to the O'Fallon firestone or pretty much any firestone place ever they like to put 5 quarts of oil in my truck without removing the first 5 quarts that was already in there so I got home and it all leaked on the city street, luckily not my driveway And it's been running fine since so they basically never changed my oil. My fiancé's been going to them for 20 years now they won't even honor the warranty for a lifetime rotation because the tires were passed the warranty. I don't know what Lifetime means apparently your tires die after the 50,000 mile mark, but there was still more than a Lincoln's head of tread left. Remember, don't go to firestone! On a better note go to Plaza tire service north in O'Fallon Missouri, their service manager is the best. Make sure you go and see him. He could've charged us an arm and a leg, but he gave us reasonable tires for a reasonable price. He got us in on a Saturday, which is unheard of Nothing but smiles. Nice people. I'll give these guys 10 stars even though you can give them only five please make sure you look it up Plaza tire O'Fallon North there's one in the south on Mexico, but go to the one on Main Street. Everybody likes to complain on you but I like to compliment. This is the second one today the first one was a restaurant best breakfast I've had in years thank you please visit this company. read more

Every time I go there, they always try to upsell something. I had a screw in the tread. He tried to convince my wifeit was unfixable and she needed 2 tires. BS. Took it to childs tire and they promptly repaired. Not sure if they were tryingto take advantage of her, but she was upset. This is my 4th and last experience with them. I had an incredible experience putting together a wheel and tire combination with Jerry. He took the time to look through multiple web pages and books with me to find the right wheel. He then suggested several options for tires ranging in price. He seemed to enjoy the process as much as I was. The work was done in the estimated amount of time. When I picked up my Jeep, Jerry even threw my old tires and rims in the back of his truck and delivered them to my house! Unbelievable! I took my car in June 23 for new tires and a smart driver package including new windshield wipers.Wipers are fine but too darn bad they couldn't be bothered to put in washer fluid! Took my car in for front brakes & pads. Dropped it off & when I came back 4 hrs later, there was a huge dent (which they tried to say was already there!) called police but they have no camera! A month and half later corporate office finally paid-$1800.00 damage. But not without a lot of phone calls, headaches & hassles. Guess what? They didn't even put brake pads on correctly!! read more

Would not take my vehicle to this plaza tire on Main Street in Ofallon Mo again they should close this place down our replace everyone that work there. Took my vehicle in for rotate tires and alignment and they broke my power window modules on the driver side door now the window will not stay up. Now it's going to cost me 150.00 to 200.00 to replace. Funny thing is it was working before I went in. This is not the only vehicle they screwed me over. I've found them to be courteous, respectful, friendly, professional, efficient, and reasonable. As a very senior citizen, I consider all of these qualities quite important.
