Kinda new to the area, needed an alignment. I made the appointment online and showed up early. Got there and they didn't have my appointment on file and the comment was theor system isn't synced so they manually have to accept the appointment... they also failed to decline the appointment... so once we get past that, I try to figure out when they can do the work. There was a car on the alignment lift and they couldn't give me a time to bring the car back. They said they couldnt tell me if my car could be aligned until it got on the stand. It turns out it wasn't a question about being to adjust the alignment, it was whether it could get on the lift. My car has is slightly lowered and if they actually cared, it'd be a simple clearance measurement. Then they finally start going into how they won't touch aftermarket parts so it really came down to they didn't care to do the work. On the bright side, they probably did me a favor because I was going to buy a lifetime alignment and I'd feel obligated to continue to work with them. Tldr. Their appointment system is so archaic that they just ignore online bookings. It sounds like their crew is pretty inexperienced or they just wanted me to go away by lying to me. I'm happy I went down the street because I don't think I'd want to trust these people with my car. read more

This store has been declining since the prior manager retired. Today, my 8:00am appointment to install tires turned into leaving the store with my uninstalled tires at 1:00pm. Two weeks earlier, they said another vehicle had a bad battery which was new at AutoZone. I tested it and was fine- took it to AutoZone and it passed all test. read more

This location is THE Firestone to go to. Prompt, fast, courteous service, with attention to detail. The team is always a pleasure to deal with. Even when you're dealing with the exhausted mechanics, they do their very best to be jovial and accommodating. Highly recommend the Lifetime Alignment. Always best to call ahead and make an appointment, rather than just walking in, as this location is in *very* high demand at all times. Not sure if things have changed since I have not been back since they damaged my vehicle. A few years back, I took my car in to get an oil change. Only to find out that their mechanic ripped the plastic cover right off the engine. Taking this cover off is not necessary to complete an oil change. read more

Tried setting up an online appointment only for it to never be accepted so I figured I'd stop in, that's when I was reminded that their online appointments do not sync to store and I would have to leave vehicle over night for a oil change and tire rotation. Good service. They have been very accommodating w fitting us in when we need service. The repairs have been very good and I do not feel that they gouge customers. We had a recent issue after a tire rotation and a sound in the rear tire. They fixed it up quickly for no additional charge and we were on our way. They stand behind their service. I have been using this Firestone for over 15 years and always happy even when I believe I may have overpaid. But over the past year service has suffered. I have to call to check on my vehicle and always told " I called you and left a message" last week the same story and when we told the manager we never got a call "again" he said he personally called and left a message. We tried to show him our phone to prove no call and no message but he became argumentative. Work was done without our approval because he said he couldn't wait for us to call back any longer. He said he would remove the charges if we didn't want the service, but when we showed up he had charged us anyway. We told him we were going to take our business elsewhere and he said "that will be perfectly fine". Terrible customer service. These guys totally understand good customer service. My daughters car had a tire that had gone flat with two nails in it. I needed to get it fixed for her before I traveled out of town early the next morning. All I needed was someone to repair the tire and remount the tire, and place the factory spare back where it belonged. These guys understood my situation, and worked me in with the rest of their work. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. And the charge was only about 20 bucks. Prior to this, we had been using Dobbs for our tire and other automotive repairs; so naturally, I had stopped there first before coming to this store. Despite the fact that we had spent $1700 with Dobbs on my wife's car the week prior, they told me that they were absolutely too busy to get to my problem this evening. Guess what? If a business can only help me out when I'm shelling out $1700 and not when I'm in a fix, they don't get my business anymore Moving forward, this will be our store of choice. read more

These guys are incredible!! I came in bought new tires had new front brakes installed plus four wheel alignment. Had car 2 day grinding noise coming from brakes waited 1 hour guy came out and said here you go. I said what happened what did you do. He said we replaced everything! I started using this place 9 yrs ago for all my vehicles cause of its customer service and quality of work, now the place had definitely changed. Recently I took my vehicle there for service and the manager got a really bad attitude with me and one of his employees cause I complained about my SUV still having problems. So today Firestone called me to tell me that my daughter, Anna Ballard's Camry had bad tires that were showing dry rot and could delaminate while driving. I actually didn't believe them (thought they wanted to add on the bill) and drove over to see for myself. Well I now trust Tim Graves, manager, and his team at the Ofallon Firestone. The tires were so bad I know I had been putting Anna's life at risk by driving on them. So a huge thanks to Firestone for doing more than an oil change and protecting my families safety!! if i could leave zero stars i would. i made an appointment to get my truck a safety and emissions inspection at 3pm. i showed up early and dropped it off. they told me they would call me when they were done. they never called me so i called and asked if i could pick up 15 minutes after 7 and they said no it's against the law. my girlfriend called them right after me and asked the same question if i could pick up 15 minutes after they close at 7. he said sure no problem to her. then i got a ride and showed up at 7:11 and Ken had an attitude and told me that he shut the computers down and i couldn't pick it up. he said no problem to my girlfriend when she called but once i showed up without her he changed his story real quick. they just lost 2 customers. i highly recommend going somewhere else, this isn't the first time we've had a poor experience. read more

We got a flat tire on a Sunday, 4 hours from our destination and were traveling with two small children. This Firestone was great! They replaced the tires on our vehicle and had us on our way in just a couple hours. Just enough time for us to get food from a near by restaurant and have a picnic by Firestone. While home on leave from the military I needed an inspection in order to renew my tags and my family swore by this place so I took my truck here. Was told by the employees that I would need four replacement parts in order to pass inspection, total cost: somewhere north of $800. I was told without these parts my vehicle would suffer a catastrophic failure resulting in my loss of control of the vehicle while driving and I couldn't pass inspection without them. I consulted a mechanic friend and chose not to get the parts, passed inspection elsewhere, and have never had to replace the parts in question. Never suffered a catastrophic failure and haven't had any subsequent issues. I'm not sure if my experience was unique (my family still claims place has done right by them) but they tried to take advantage of me to the tune of $800 so to sum it up: would not recommend. read more

I really don't like to post negative reviews but this Firestone location tried to take advantage of me and my fleet car company. Here is the story. On April the 10th I took my car in to get a slow leak repaired in my left rear tire. They agreed to do it and I specifically told them that no other service was needed. Later when I picked the car up they couldn't print off a receipt but they assured me that the tire was repaired. The whole thing was just weird. So two days later on a hunch I called the fleet car company and Firestone had billed them for 4 tires, alignment and an oil change. They told the agent that the cords were showing thru and the alignment was out. The oil change was requested by my fleet car agent because the one from Jiffy Lube done just the day before on April 9th hadn't show up in his system yet. So they changed one day old oil? I wonder if they couldn't tell if it was new oil or were they just taking advantage of not having to ask me directly. The invoice didn't show a tire repair charge, and the tires on my car were still the original factory tires that came on it. Thank goodness I called the fleet car company so they didn't pay for these parts or services that weren't provided. I contacted the Firestone location and the corporate office without satisfaction or a decent explanation in either case. Oh did I forget to mention that the flat was not repaired. I had to fix it myself. My dealings with Firestone all occurred at my 45658 mileage mark. Today July 31 at 59976 miles I finally had the original equipment tires replaced. Tread depth on all tires ranged from 3/32 to 2/32 and an alignment was not needed. It is interesting that none of the tires had cords showing thru some 15000 miles after they reported it to be a problem. If you have to do business with this location be careful, I will never trust them again. read more

In response to the post from a year ago...there was 2 locations for Firestone. I am certain the reviewer did not go to this location. I have never had an issue with anyone in this store. The employees ENJOY their jobs and the owner is ALWAYS there.......why ? Because he VALUES his customers. You will never walk into a bussiness and ask for the "owner" and always get them.....why? They are in it for the money. I can say in all the years I have dealt with this store I have NEVER had a repeat issue. Matter of fact, I took my daughter to a parade and my engine was running hot and it concerned me....took it to firestone....the employee walked out lifted my hood and told me "your just empty on coolant" He filled it for me FREE....seriously! That is the kind of customer service you will get when you go to firestone. If you are like me and worry about the health of your car since its your feet when you need to cart your children around then I would HIGHLY recommend this store to you and your family for your car care needs. Be very careful doing business with these folks. Do not trust them. I bought four new tires with them because we are moving across the country and I need a warranty from a national chain. They tried to tell us our rear ball joint was bad and when we took it back to our mechanic they showed us there was nothing wrong with the ball joint but Firestone wanted $350 more to fix the ball joint before they would finish the alignment.
