After the young woman, Ally,** adjusted the tire pressure I was so appreciative and despite her initial decline for a tip I insisted she take the $10 tip and get lunch on me. So she accepted as to not hurt my feelings. . So, while pulling out of the "bay" something under my car was caught on curb surrounding the underground work area. I became extremely concerned but the young lady saw what was going on and instructed me to pull forward while she freed up the piece of rain shield that was covering my radiator, which was hanging down significantly enough that the three workers, with my vehicles best interest in mind, asked if I would mind waiting while they finished up another customer so that they could all get a better look and of course I was more than willing to wait. Turned out that the shield hanging off could have actually punctured my radiator and with my permission. They all 3 people (OT, ABBY, and one other younger gentleman)worked to dissembled the shield. that was a surprise to us all, considering it was coming off the car in that way however it was difficult to completely remove. So without them taking it off, no telling how much damage under my car would have been done if it was RIPPED OFF while driving. or said The 3-4 foot long 2ft wide HEAVILY DAMAGED piece of plastic most likely would have punctured the radiator sooner than later. I would not have needed an oil change or repair that would have discovered what JIFFY LUBE mechanics were vigilant and caring enough to identify, suggest I stay there until they investigate, and ultimately resolve a potential hazard to myself, other motorists and an extremely expensive repair had it punctured the radiator or god knows what else! The people and the quality of work, couldn't be ANY BETTER. THEY CHARGED ME NOTHING! I had tears in my eyes because THAT IS NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN FIND OFTEN THESE DAYS. Good people doing quality work and doing it with compassion and honesty. I'll be taking my vehicle here from now on for all routine maintenance. Great job you 3. (Sorry I butchered names) but management, Please acknowledge the three workers on the day I mentioned above. They are examples of what our world needs, and you are lucky to have them in your shop! The front desk ladies are absolute gems, they kept me informed the whole way through. My car is always fixed and back to me in record time. I appreciate them doing a courtesy inspection on my car each time it is in, they never have made me feel pressured to do any additional work unless I wanted it done. I've been here a few times now, including for oil changes. Each visit I know I am in good hands. They even offer a courtesy vehicle and will drive you where you need to go. They might be priced higher than some surrounding shops, but the service you receive is quality.

Ofallon Garage employed a professional credit/ debit fraudster who is still currently working there. They store the credit card information for months then will use it later, long after the time of a purchase made at Ofallon Garage so the unsuspecting victims wouldn't know where the charges came from. The owner is well aware of this is knowingly having the fraudster dealing with your sensitive data. I've heard of multiple people having fraudulent charges occur on their account. I just wanted to give a heads up to my community.

This is the worst shop to bring your vehicle to. I had my girlfriend's Acadia towed to this shop…read morefor starting issue. After the mechanic took a look at it, he couldn't figure out the issue and said I would need to take it to a GM dealer. Turns out the mechanic found some wires he had no idea what they were and cut them out. These wires were part of the after market remote start that was installed by another shop. I brought this concern to the shop manager and he said they wouldn't charge us for "looking at it" but they weren't going to fix anything. We were also told that the mechanic who worked on it doesn't work for him but rather works behind the shop. So not only did I pay to tow it to the shop, I had to pay to tow it to a GM dealer to fix the mess they had made cutting the wire harnesses and then pay another $1000 to install a new remote start system all cause they were incompetent, shady and screw people over. I will give them credit for making it look like they were being nice and not charging us to look at it but really they were making sure they couldn't be held liable cause with no charge, no official service was provided and according to the shop it was taken to the mechanic who worked on it "doesn't work for them". Please do not put yourself in that position to be screwed over or taken advantage of and ripped off by OFALLON GARAGE when there are other reputable shops like AUTOTECH or LENS or LTS or MEYER AUTOMOTIVE in the area. I wish I could leave no stars but I had to put atleast 1 which they definitely do not deserve
