Really good veggie spring rolls.. hot and crispy. Loved the fresh shrimp salad rolls. I got it to go so didn't have a chance to check out the interior. Food was ready in 10 minutes and the waitstaff was nice. Only down was the peanut sauce. It was heavy on the coconut milk. I prefer mine with hoisin and more sugar.

I was surprised to eat pretty good Thai food when visiting my BIL. We ordered a bunch of stuff for our family/party of 8 and shared everything family style. Appetizers: fried calamari, chicken satay, fresh veggie rolls, papaya salad - were all delicious and perfect balance between fried apps and fresh veg. We ordered a bunch of classics: crab fried rice, pad see ew which were all spot on. And for something special we got the Chu Chee Jumbo Prawn ($17). Kinda pricy for the serving size but the flavor of the chu chee curry was kicking, and the prawns were huge. Unfortunately, we had no room for dessert after that feast.

Came here since this restaurant serves Halal meat, which was great for me and my in-laws. All of the food we ordered tasted so great! We also liked the Thai iced teas too, it wasn't too sweet so we could taste the spices in the tea. Plus it was at a great price ($3)! I'm a sucker for thin noodles, so I typically like to order glass noodle dishes at Thai restaurants. I ordered the Pad Woon Sen, it was a good portion but wasn't sure why it came with rice. The flavor was great though, perfectly savory which complimented my tea. I would love to come back when I'm in the area!

The only halal thai restaurant in portland metro. A lot of choices. Foods are good. Very spacious for big party group.

Stopped by here for some lunch and I ordered the pad eggplant with chicken which also came with a side of rice. In addition to eggplant, the dish came with onions, bell peppers, Thai basil, with a sweet chili sauce. You can pick your choice of protein as well, I choose the chicken. This dish was the perfect accompaniment with rice where you can put the sauce on top of the rice and place it with some chicken and the veggies from the dish. They have the classic thai dishes and they have a sign that also tells you of any specials they are offering. Also from Monday through Friday from 11am-3pm, they also offer lunch specials that range from curries and noodles to fried rice and rice dishes.

Delicious curry puffs and super nice Thai staff. Very welcoming atmosphere even when we came very late in the evening. Food had different levels of spiciness you can adjust, and this season they have mango and sticky rice available. Tom yum soup is leans towards the sour flavor profile. I had the salmon with panang curry and the fish was grilled to perfection: soft and delicious! Pad see ew was the spiciest thing we ordered.

This is an update. This local family owned Thai restaurant is in my neighborhood and continues to be a regular weekly option for my family. The food is consistently delicious and the prices are fair and compare to other Thai places nearby. They are open for dine in and take out. We usually do take out. Give them a try if your looking for a new Thai restaurant - they won't disappoint.

Delicious and fresh! Be gentle with the waitstaff as they are clearly new. The food is so good it's worth being patient.

Drinks: I cannot handle day drinking anymore, but I couldn't resist... - Acid test: bourbon based - Separation anxiety: rum based, tiki; I was hesitant about the lychee (not a fan), but it was very well balanced. This was my preferred cocktail Food: family style - Sweet and sour chicken: even the small was a big portion. Flavor was great on this, and it had a crisp, crunchy batter - Wok fried yu choy: great wok char - Smoked pork krapao: crispy pork belly pieces, a fried poached egg (literally deep fried). Break up the yolk to dip with the pork. The cucumbers and green beans are a nice clean accompaniment; spicy fish sauce was great - White curry with brisket burnt ends: I've never had a white curry, but the white curry and cauliflower was a great match for the super rich brisket pieces. I love the interesting combination! Note: pretty much everything has some spice to it, so for kids, the jasmine rice and yu choy are the main items, though my older daughter did ok with the fried chicken and brisket! Music was great, and all of the food flavors were bold. Though flavor combinations were unique, everything was cohesive. They were packed on a Wednesday for lunch, so I'm glad we got here before noon to snag a table. I wish the Bay Area had more interesting fusion done right like this (I feel like fusion is a bad word in the food world...)

It is not an in-house, concocted drink. Our favorite entree was the roasted mushroom fried rice. It has that complex charred aroma which is achieved by stir-frying over extreme heat with the wok. Our next favorite item is the sweet and sour fried chicken. A small order was plenty for us to share. It is sticky, sweet, and tangy with just the right touch of spice.

You can watch them frying the roti in front of you, they have a great flavor (they're a bit on the thick side), and the curry is absolutely sublime, with an incredible depth of spices without being hot. I also really enjoyed the freshness and textural blend of the "rice salad," with great cucumbers and herbs, although it was too spicy for my dining companions. I admit I didn't think the fried chicken was anything special--the chicken was moist (even the white meat), but the outside could have been crunchier. But I'm not the biggest expert in fried chicken, nor in pad thai, and both were certainly competent even if not as exceptional. Sticky rice was also cooked perfectly.

Fried Chicken Roti Combo - holy fried chicken crispy, combo comes with 1x leg and 1x thigh cut into two pieces. Curry was delicious and balance, excellent when dipped with the crispy roti or fried chicken. Pickled veggies were a great pairing and sweet and sour added another dimension. 2. Pad Thai - glistening noodles served inside an egg omelet. Very solid pad thai - sweet, sour, salty. Don't forget to add the fresh shrimp, these were cooked perfectly and plump. I recommend the restaurant should take the shrimp tail shell off for us. 3. Thai Basil Lemonade - solid lemonade, NEED more basil flavor. Overall, I'd come here again to eat and try other items as well. I'll give it a 5 star for now but more 4.5.
