I'm so glad we found this place! The atmosphere is cool and fresh, good music, and super clean. Our server was attentive and sweet! She always made sure our drinks were full and that we enjoyed the food. We were never in need of anything or looking around for service, but not in an overbearing way. The food! SO good! Crab puffs had a ton of filling and weren't overcooked. Spring rolls had great seasoning on the inside you didnt even need to dip them into sauce. Mango curry with tofu was just the right amount of heat with being too much and definitely not sweet. Pad thai with beef was savory and delicious And the tom yum noodle soup special was AWESOME! Perfect for a cold night. Portions and prices are great. My new thai spot in beaverton for sure!

good yummy food. quick and friendly service! massaman curry was rich and pad thai was delicious. sauce was balanced and the rice noodles were still chewy. I got medium hot but didn't feel like it was spicy at all so I will up it up next time!

A very nice Thai restaurant. The inside is modern and clean with a few tables. Menu is also decently sized with unique and classics dishes. We all loved the Nam Khao Tod. Perfectly seasoned and citrusy with crispy rice and tender sausage. This one is a must. The Duck Curry was also good. The duck was nice and crispy. Although the curry itself was a bit watery and sweet. The Eggplant and Pad See Ew were not bad just too sweet for me. The meats in there were also dry and tough. Overall, not a bad spot at all. Great for group dining so you can try a bunch of things.

This was our first time in trying Rama. The place was packed when we arrived with a couple tables just finishing up. We were greeted and seated with only a few minutes wait. They promptly took our drink and appetizer order. The sweet potato curry puffs were good and the salad rolls with shrimp were super fresh. They were served with warm peanut sauce. The table ordered snow crab fried rice, panang curry and pork belly bao buns. Overall great meal and we will come back again to try different things. The pork belly in the bao bun was not soft or easy to bite and it was $3 for an extra peanut sauce which I felt was a bit steep for the little tiny cup. The Thai iced tea was delicious. They also have a few specialty cocktails.

Such a cute hidden gem! The service was excelling, I got seated right away and helped so quick. The food was also delicious. My favorites were the pad kee mao and green curry. The crispy fish were good with the sauces to dip on but there could've been more flavor. Thai tea was sweet, perfect for my liking!

I went on a dinner date with my friends and we picked this spot and wow the interior is stunning! The owner clearly paid attention to detail in the decor. Our server was friendly and recommend to pick the spice level accordingly since they use Thai level spice. We ordered: *Crispy chicken basil- we all really like the breading that they use to fry this chicken with, super crunchy but a bit too salty for my liking I ended up only taking 2 bites of this. *Tofu spicy eggplant- must order don't underestimate eggplant! They seasoned this so well it was both savory and spicy and slightly sweet and I love that there were tons of veggies in this dish. *Pad see ew- the dish itself is sweet and salty and has a slightly charred taste and the wide noodle had a good chew to it as well. *Sea food tom yum- also another perfect dish to eat with hot white rice, the soup has a good combo of spicy, sour, and sweet. There was a good amount of sea food in here too. *Som tum Thai- I wished we asked the staff to make this papaya salad little spicier but I definitely will be ordering this again next time! My favorite was the tofu spicy eggplant; it was perfectly seasoned and paired so well with the hot white rice. The seafood tom yum was spicy and sour with seafood was also delicious. With reasonable pricing, we all had a good time and would definitely return- it's a perfect place for a date night or catching up with friends.

We tried this place for dinner on a Friday evening and it was amazing. They really mean it when they talk about their spice levels. Food & Drinks: We tried their fresh rolls, pad thai, traditional fried rice for food. We had a tamarind and rum mixed cocktail. I can't seem to find their drink menu online but they have some cocktail drinks and wine. The service is really good. The ambience is very modern, chic and vibrant. A definite visit if you are a thai food lover and this place is amazing among all three features: food, service and ambiance.

I've been wanting to try here after seeing all the pretty food pictures and great reviews and I really enjoyed my dining experience here! We came right at opening on a Saturday at 12pm and had our choice of seating. It's not a big place but it's bright and clean and welcoming. The parking lot is small (and the spaces are small too!) but there is free street parking on the side too. We were greeted and seated right away with a highchair. I took my toddler to the fun animal jungle wallpaper decorated bathroom and came back to water and a closed-lid cup for my toddler! I can't tell you how much I appreciate that gesture without asking - that is next level service. The food lived up to all the pictures and the reviews for sure! I would definitely recommend the sweet potato curry puff to share as the appetizer - this worked out well for my vegetarian friend. It came with a refreshing vinegar sauce with cucumber on the side. I got the Khao Soy with chicken it was flavorful and creamy, even with level 1 spice you can still taste the spice a little bit (don't judge it was so I can share with my toddler) my friend got the spicy eggplant and it came with jasmine rice with level 3 spice and it was that sneaky spice that is also flavorful. Now the star of the show is the mango sticky rice. It looked so pretty with the purple rice topped with condensed milk and half of a perfectly ripe mango. Coming get your Thai food fix here and go home with a happy belly and lots of leftovers!

I used to visit Rama Thai quite often with my coworkers, but when COVID hit we lost that tradition. When I passed by recently, I noticed it had been completely remodeled, so we decided to pay it a visit. The newly renovated restaurant looks very different from its previous iteration. It's now modern, cute and whimsical, with updated furniture and a splash of teal at the bar area. It used to be a very dark space, but the refresh made everything bright and airy. The service was good and the food came out quickly. We ordered the salad rolls, the Lao-style chicken skewers and the pork drunken noodles. Everything was hot, fresh and tasted delicious. Overall, we liked the food and the refreshed atmosphere and will return again.

Finally found my new favorite Thai place! The pad se ew is saucy and flavorful. The yellow curry is packed with seasoning. Generous serving sizes and affordable prices. I've been here a few times and there is never a wait. The parking lot is small and it can be hard to find a spot but the food is great! The interior is well decorated and the staff are kind. They recognized me the 2nd or 3rd time I visited. One thing I noticed is that when I went with a group our dishes came out sporadically so some of us had to wait quite some time before eating. Besides the timing, my overall experiences were enjoyable.

I recently came here with my family and although I've known about this place for quite some time, this was our very first dining experience. I wasn't expecting to walk into a modern space, but apparently it is now under new ownership and now has a new vibe after undergoing renovations. We ordered a few dishes and they all did not disappoint. Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, and Crispy Chicken Basil, which was everyone's favorite. It still held its crisp texture under all the sweet and savory sauce. We were asked our preference of spice level which for me was mild, but if you like it spicy, you can adjust it to your liking. Portions were just right for a party of 3. Service and staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. We chatted with our server who also suggested trying their Laos offerings, which we I look forward to when we return. Overall, impressed and will definitely come back!

Then a few years ago, they stopped offering a lunch menu and everything was the dinner menu pricing and portions. It was too expensive for lunch and since we are on foot with our dog, we didn't want to carry leftovers. So we stopped going. Today I happen to be in the area and I asked them if they have a lunch menu and I was so surprised -- they now do have a lunch menu! You pick one appetizer and an entree dish for $17.00. It was delicious. My husband and I both loved what we ordered. I ordered the spicy chicken basil stir-fry, and for my appetizer I ordered the cup of Tom Yum soup which was Yum yummy. My husband also loved the soup and he ordered the mixed veggie stir-fry with tofu. This also includes a big scoop of steamed rice. It was all presented beautifully on a big plate. The service was great. Our waitress was so friendly. We will definitely go back as we love to eat lunch out and we love a lunch menu portion and price.

Amazing Thai Food, and service. Highly recommended…read more This place has been a regular go-to for at least once a month for my boyfriend and I. We like to order takeout from this place mostly, but on occasions we choose to dine in to further enjoy the scenery of the place. I am Thai myself so this place does a pretty decent job at making me feel like I'm at home again every time I order their food from here or if I show up to eat at the place. The most recent time I ate from them was February 8th, actually, at 3:00pm a little bit after a rush hour or when it was about to end, so I feel like maybe I ordered at a good time. Still, I had a good experience and a nostalgic feeling with every bite that went down. Their menu is pretty well designed, easy to read, well-laid out and self explanatory. The people always greet you kindly and make you feel welcomed which I think is pretty cool too. The pricing is very much debatable. When I say that, I mean that the price number may shock you while you're reading the menu, but that is until you start eating your dish that you ordered and thought it was "expensive" you realize you almost always need to loosen up your pants after we're done eating like my boyfriend, or you need to bother the waitress for a big to go box after already eating the best you could. Almost every single time, that has happened to us and we laugh about it every single time. We usually order the Sweet Sausage Fried Rice and Pad See Ew with chicken. My boyfriend is a big fan of the sweet sausage fried rice, he is a big fried rice lover already and has had sweet sausage before but never together in fried rice so this menu intrigued him the first time he read the menu and saw it as an option. After he tried it, he never stopped going back for more. I, on the other hand like their Pad See Ew much more because I grew up with homemade fried rice a lot so making it myself wasn't a big deal, but stir fried noodles that was something my family would always go out of their way to dine at or order take out from and they would try to top one another which restaurant they thought was better and why (e.g. more meat, more noodles, looks prettier, worth the money more, it's an award-winning, michelin star winning, franchised by this celebrity from this movie, etc.. you name it) so finding good stir fried flat rice noodles was a hit and miss for my family so eating really good stir fried noodles that I found in the US near the comfort of my home really made me feel good. Their service was exceptional, really. Online and in store, really good. When we were dining in at one point, my boyfriend who is a picky eater due to sensory issues, wanted no onions, tomatoes, and some other things in his fried rice I can't remember too sure. But, I tried speaking Thai to the waitress since her appearance seems to be Thai as well, and sure enough she was Thai too and she was really sweet and helped accommodate me and my boyfriend to suit our preferences the entire time. We also tried ordering Pink Milk too which is a childhood refreshing summer drink of mine which really just consists of Ice, Milk, and Hale Blue Boy Red Syrup but it tastes sweet and smells like strawberry and hits the spot really well on a hot day, and that's exactly what it tasted like. We both loved the drink, we almost wanted to order another one, actually. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to try new foods, is interested in asian, southeast asian cuisine, or even just seafood and other food combinations with it. No need for studying the culture or menu, the people are very welcome to people who don't know anything about Thailand or Thai food at all. I recommend showing up at happy hours too, if you can. They have good deals and discounts on food and all kinds of beverages. Definitely worth the money, can seem like a little bit up there if it's your first time or you just don't eat there too often. Very flexible with accommodations in person and especially, also upfront about additional charges for additions to your menu item. An experience worth paying for from time to time, in my opinion.
