He not only overcharged me (an unethical amount) but he lied about the quality of hot water heater that he was installing. He promised me top of the line when he actually gave me bottom tier scratch and dent. Had issues with it months later only to find out that it was used and had rust on the back and the inside. Less than a year later, I'm having to get a new replacement. Karma.... Is all I have to say.

He was transparent about what he knew the warranty would normally cover and the code items the warranty normally would not cover. He gave us an estimated out of pocket cost that was spot on. He had to come out an additional visit to do the work that he assessed would need to be done during his first visit. He was respectful of our home, checked to make sure everything worked properly, showed us how to use and shut off water to our newly installed water heater, and gave us details on how to sign up for the warranty for our new water heater. I had never used Arnett Environmental, and they have been the best by far. Head and shoulders above the others. Our septic pump had stopped working over the weekend and the pump 'barrel' was full. I had just had the actual septic tank pumped out in 8 months ago. Monday morning, I called some companies I had used in the past. They said that they would need to pump out the septic tank again and install a new pump. I had never used Arnett, but I noticed they had good reviews. I spoke with Brandon on the phone about the problem. He said pumping might not be necessary, and that the current pump may still be usable. He discussed multiple options and the cost of each option. He also was very honest about services that would NOT be necessary. Brandon was able to send a crew that same day. The crew was Luke and Michael. They are very knowledgeable, their work was high quality, and they had the patience to answer my questions. While I watched, they tried multiple ways to get the current pump working. They were able to get the current pump to work, but it did not have enough power to discharge the waste at an acceptable pace. They took the time to show all of this to me. They replaced the pump with a new pump, tested and exercised the system to ensure it was fully functional. No additional tank pumping or other service was needed, and the cost estimate was exactly as Brandon had discussed. No surprises and no additional fees. The honesty and integrity displayed by Brandon, Luke and Michael made this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them and i will definitely use their business in the future.
