After much research and a recommendation from a neighbor we THOUGHT Plumb365 would be our fairytale success story, sad to say fairytales are make believe. We had landscape area drain lines clogged. Had four other plumbing company's come out. One said save your money need new pipes. One said he could try but great likely hood the hose attachment would get stuck and it would cost over 1,000 to just retrieve the attachment. Another said he flat out couldn't do it. The last one said he could try but with minimum price not worth it. Now neighbors said they had a similar problem and recommended 365 that they had a water tool that does not break the pipes etc. 365 arrives greeted by two friendly mask wearing young men. Thank you for your precautions with COVID! Showed what we needed and our area of concerns. Young man said 225 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours, let you know when we are done. Happy happy joy joy this is a miracle, we don't have to place the pipes !!!! Over 2 hours later check and..... instrument got stuck more costs are shared, oh my heart- what??! Call and spoke with Mike one of the owners, very nice said he wanted to make it right etc. Long story short problem NOT fixed and paid 450. Your asking why would you pay 450 and issue was not resolved, well was NEVER informed prior to start of job this would be an issue !! Not a fairytale ending sadly, save your money. read more

A quick and professional hot water heater replacement. Connected through Home Depot installation 800 number while making the purchase. In minutes I had a firm estimate, and minutes after that I had a hard contract via email, and a commitment to be on site in an hour. When I got home with the unit, I had a text from Joe, Plumb365's technician, saying he was on his way. Joe knew exactly what to do, removing the old unit, and installing the new one. I'm a retired United States Marine suffering from ALS amyotrophic lateral sclerosis disease and I'm completely paralyzed and can't speak coherently. We were using Brinks Services for over 7 years until Mr. Brinks ripped us off for a routine Pentair PSE2000 water filtration/softening system (please see my review of Brinks Services) and failed to properly follow the instructions, for the installation. Our water heater stopped working over the weekend and I noticed there was water in the bottom pan. I started with the plumbing company on the Rheem sticker. They came and quoted me various plans well above $2500-$5000 for a new water heater and varying between the number of years for labor warranty. I'm glad I declined. I went to Home Depot and to get information on how I can get a new water heater which still has 6 years left on the 9 years warranty. They recommended I use their service which got me in touch with Plumb365. They came by on a Sunday to remove the broken water heater and went with me back to Home Depot to return it for a full replacement. I purchased the Home Depot Protection Plan via All-State to insure the new unit for 5 years including parts and labor for only $80. My home had hot water after 3 hours and met the new city code requiring an expansion tank. I only spent $1150 with labor coverage for 5 years which could have cost me $5000 if I went with the company listed on the water heater's sticker. I really can't remember the technician's name. It was Randolf maybe but he was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I'm glad Home Depot and Plumb365 have a partnership that benefits its customers. read more
