These guys rock. My usual plumber was out of town and he recommended this company. I'm very glad he did. They came out promptly at the appointment to look at a small leak that I had. The technician diagnosed it and presented the options to also replace the recirculation pump right next to the leak as it was far past its service window....no difference in labor, just the part. In addition to being a competent plumber, Jerold is just a very nice guy. He had the faucet installed and running very quickly. Plumb 365 does not stand behind their work and does not care about their customers. They a famous for band-aid fixes, as other reviewers mentioned, and will not attend to correct anything should the problems arise. Over the last year or so we used Plumb 365 for several different jobs and these jobs were performed either poorly or with pure professional negligence. The most recent and the most shocking experience with Plumb 365 was when we called them to check on a gas leak in the attic. The guy came with the soap bottle and tried to find a leak with the tank off. Okay. I later directed him to a possible spot with a bad plug and he confirmed that it was leaking when I turned the gas on. Charged me $350 to unscrew the plug, put some pipe dope on the thread, and screw it back. Fine. But nothing else was done. A couple of days later the gas company comes to refill the tank, puts the system under pressure, and says there is still a leak in the system. Turned out there was another leak in the same area Plumb 365 was working, which they did not care to look for and which endangered the whole house to just blow up! As a result, due to the professional negligence of Plumb 365, the gas company shut off the gas service to the whole house. But, the owner Mike could not care less about our concerns and said that the leak we called them for was fixed. Wow, not really according to the gas company! The fact that they did not check whether the system was still leaking after their "fix" did not bother him at all as well as the fact that after they completed their "work" the whole house lost the gas service. Another issue we faced with Plumb 365 earlier was when we had an underground water pipe leak outside the house. Plumb 365 technician discovered a compression fitting and just tied it up. We left the site opened and noticed that the fitting started leaking again in a couple of months. Called Plumb 365 again and the field supervisor who came said that to properly fix the leak, the fitting had to be changed to the glue connection. Called the office with our concerns and Mike again said that the leak we initially called them for was fixed and now we have to pay full price for a different type of job. Wow, okay! See the pattern here? The fact that it was not fixed properly the first time did not trouble him at all. Again, a band-aid fix from Plumb 365 and zero care about the customer. Thankfully no gas was involved at that time. Also, the third issue we encountered with them in succession was when Plumb 365 did not properly install the new gas water heater. At the end of the installation Plumb 365 technician stated that he can't turn the heater on, because the gas pressure is too high, which left us without hot water in winter months. When the gas company came to check the system, it turned out that Plumb 365 technician did not change the natural gas flow adapter (orifice) to the propane one in the heater, which is like gas appliance handling 101. We did not have to pay the gas company for switching the orifices, and we did not call Plumb 365 with this, but I am sure the owner Mike would say that the technician did what we paid them for, that is to change the water heater, and if we want to have it working, we will have to pay for a service visit. In sum, three strikes on three different occasions and the company's professional negligence on the most recent gas job when they endangered to blow the whole house and left us without gas service for weeks is truly unbelievable. We did have several trouble-free jobs with them before, but every time there was a problem the company just did not care about us and the issues. We will never use them again. So, if you want to avoid rolling dice with Plumb 365, if you care about your family, and want your house to have uninterrupted utility services, look elsewhere and save yourself a headache, and a house too! read more

I needed my home's water pressure regulator replaced ASAP because I discovered that my water pressure was 125 pounds, which is very hard on the plumbing system. It should have been between 55 and 60 pounds. Mike was able to do the competitive quote just by looking at the pictures that I texted to him. Not only did he have it fixed quickly, he went further and checked my basement clean out to make sure the pipe was clear there because the cast iron pipes are old and terrible and could clog in that spot too...yep, it was in bad shape and he fixed that right then and there too! We had a water leak in our water heater. Homedepot told us to contact plumb365. After installing the new water heater, I noticed a rattling sound from my refrigerator every time I open our kitchen tap water. I told the installer and he said because of the water flush that he made in the water heater(I would call bad flush) there is air inside the pipe of the refrigerator and I need to open the ice maker to let it go away. I did it for a month and we still hear the sound. I called plumb365 and they told me that "there is nothing that we can do about it". Now I need to call an appliance fixer to come and fix my problem. I was looking to remodel my bath and Plumb 365 contacted me immediately to set up an appt to come out and measure. I took the day off to meet with their crewmember Jason, who arrived on time, took the measurements and said he'd have a quote for me in a couple of days. Unfortunately, I never heard from Jason or Plumb 365 again. I waited to write a review, hoping they would follow up but to no avail. This was a complete waste of my time. If they did not want the job, or maybe the job was too small, they only needed to call or send an e-mail. Very unprofessional and if this is how they treat potential customers, it only makes me suspect the quality of work that they would have performed. Time to replace 4 bathroom faucets. Wanted to replace all eight 30 year old angle stops and replace all four P-traps. Had purchased 4 new Delta faucets and began to get bids. Most companies want to come out and charge you a fee to give you a bid. Although they will deduct that from the bill IF you use them for the repair that is an expensive way to get bids. I did have a bid from a firm I trust and had used before and although not outrageous it seemed high. I had a card from a plumber I had used previously Boston Dave of Plumb365. they had been highly recommended by a friend and had done a small job previously. I called told them on the phone exactly what I needed they gave me a fixed price. They sent an email with the detailed bid and we booked the job two days later. Plumb365 just completed a PEX re-piping of the old copper lines above our kitchen, after a leak caused damage around a section of cabinets. Look. No. Further. If honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship are essential to you - give this company a call. My sob story: These guys helped end quite a saga for us. You see, I mistakenly called SDG&E when I smelled a leak. They have the authority to essentially boot your whole house, cutting off gas till it's fixed, but they offer no assistance after that and make minimal effort to get you turned back when the work is done. I say this due to my 8-hour wait for an SDG&E tech to show after calling first thing in the AM. Of course, our home warranty added to the saga by sending multiple plumbers who bid us multi-thousand dollar fixes. By the time I called Plumb 365, I was seriously exasperated. Thankfully, my woes began to subside with each employee from 365.
