Great, honest service! We had another company come out and give us a quote. Ray came and told us that we didn't need to spend money on all of this and explained why. He was able to fix our sinks on the spot and even fixed our toilet while he was here. Plumber XP was amazing! Eddie first came out to fix our shower which the cartridge needed replacing only to find out we needed the whole valve replaced! Eddie was super thorough in his explanation about what steps needed to be done to fix the issue. We then talked with him about sleeving our main line as that was also an issue. I contacted Plumber XP to fix my kitchen drain plumbing which was clogged. They arrived few minutes late because of an emergency, however, once they got to work, they were very professional and efficient. The plumber, Gabriel was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the problem and the solution in detail. They did a very good job in clearing the clogged drain and replacing an old drum fitting under the kitchen sink. Last Friday we woke up to a slab leak in our kitchen. I immediately called a plumber that I have used in the past on several projects. However, he never called me back.
