This review is based solely on initial customer service and response time. Plumbers Incorporated was assigned to me by my home warranty company. When I called to schedule an appointment, they said that the nearest appointment was 5 days away. I explained that this issue was in my only bathroom and I needed to get someone right away. The customer rep very curtly replied that it was the best they could do, and I needed to take it up with the home warranty company if I had any concerns. I decided to pay on my own to hire a reliable, professional plumber that I had used before for other projects (Tonkin Plumbing in Riverside, CA). Tonkin came out within the hour and fixed the problem in even less time. I was once told by another service technician that some companies place a low priority on home warranty customers because the reimbursement rate is so low. It sure seems like the case here. If not, then they need to hire some people to handle the workload. read more

Horrible company. They were assigned by American Home Shield, my home warranty. They scheduled 10/17 - I called in service request. 10/21 - I was scheduled for 10am - 2pm 10/21 - I got a call that they need to reschedule to 10/23 12-4pm 10/22 - I got a call at 4:50pm they have rescheduled to 8-12 the next morning (when I had a medical procedure and could not be home). I called and texted back immediately and got no response. 10/23 - I called and left messages all morning starting at 8am. Never did anyone answer the phone or call me back still. Timeline of issues: 10/21/25: Work order placed to replace a bathroom sink faucet. Plumbers Inc was assigned to me by First National Home Warranty (FNHW) 10/24/25: Oscar from Plumbers Inc arrived and broke the sink while attempting the repair. The tenant immediately notified me. I contacted First National Home Warranty (FNHW) the same day and provided photos and documentation. 10/27-11/5/25: Multiple follow-ups with FNHW and Plumbers Inc. Plumbers Inc refused responsibility, claiming the sink was already cracked (it was not). They offered to fix what they broke for $450. 11/17/25: After FNHW said they could not help, I had no choice but to pay the $450 out of pocket. 11/20/25: Repair appointment canceled because their truck "broke down." Rescheduled to 12/5/25. 12/5/25: During installation of the new sink, Oscar damaged the countertop tiles. This damage was never communicated to me. 1/20/26: After multiple conversations with Shawn (manager), I was told Plumbers Inc will not fix the countertop and denied responsibility, despite the fact that the technician removed tiles without consent and caused visible damage. So in summary: They broke a sink Forced me to pay to fix their mistake Then damaged the countertop And again refused accountability The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. As a landlord, this caused unnecessary expense, delays, and stress for both me and my tenants. If a company breaks your property and then refuses to stand behind their work, that's a serious red flag. I would not trust Plumbers Inc in any home or rental property. read more

We got them tho rough home warranty to tune up our water heater. Allan came over to service. He went into the kitchen to let the water run from the kitchen faucet to let out the water bubbles. The way he ran the water out was take off the faucet head and let water come out from the pipe, which I'm not sure if that's a standard procedure. After he left, I noticed that our touchless faucet wouldn't completely turn off. So I called him to inquire about it and he denied his involvement in this, refuse to provide any insights, but instead insisted that it was my own wrongdoing. He also insisted that I should open another ticket through home warranty to get him to come check out his own mistake. The situation was handled with little to no work ethics, or professionalism. It is beyond frustrating that a simple water heater tune up could result in something more that needs fixing. The whole thing feels very shady. There're many plumber companies out there. This company has wasted my time on multiple occasions. The first time they came out, the technician spent less than five minutes, found nothing, and left without addressing the issue. This was only after they canceled my original appointment last-minute, claiming a more urgent emergency came up, forcing me to reschedule. When I called the warranty company again to report the issue still wasn't resolved, I made it very clear that I couldn't afford another cancellation. I emphasized that this was an emergency and that I was taking time off work specifically for the appointment. They scheduled me for an 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. window today--then canceled again without a phone call, explanation, or any follow-up. I left a message and received no response. A deeply negligent and profit-driven company. Beware. Plumbers Inc has now been assigned to our home twice through our Home warranty, and both experiences were shockingly negligent and clearly geared toward extracting the highest possible profit rather than actually helping families in urgent situations. First incident: We were dealing with a minor leak. Without doing any real investigation--no drywall removal, no pressure test to see if there was a leak in the system, nothing--they immediately insisted we needed $5,000 of mold and water-damage remediation, much of which would not be covered by the warranty. Their claim of "suspected mold" was based solely on looking at the outside of the wall. We got a second opinion: that company opened the wall, found no mold, and repaired the issue for just a few hundred dollars. Plumbers Inc did absolutely no work and tried to push thousands in unnecessary repair costs to their sister remediation company. Second incident: We were assigned Plumbers Inc again for a main line sewage blockage, which left us with no usable toilets or showers. Desperate and with two small children at home, we gave them another chance because they could come the soonest. This was a mistake. The technician who arrived appeared unfamiliar with main-line blockages. Instead of diagnosing properly, he ran large amounts of water through the system, causing our toilet to overflow sewage into our hallway. He offered no apology for the damage to our home. His only conclusion was that we needed a new ground-level clean-out installed for $3,500 (with the warranty covering only a fraction). Worse, he said they could not do this work for "several days," which would have left our family--including a 1-year-old, a 3-year-old, a dog, and a cat--without functioning plumbing and essentially unable to stay in our home. We requested that they at least attempt to use a camera scope to clear the blockage through our existing above ground clean-out. They reluctantly agreed but said they needed to send another truck. Then they simply stopped answering our calls. For two hours, we tried to reach them. When someone finally answered, they refused to return--despite having agreed to--and insisted it was "unlikely to work." A manager never returned our calls. We finally called another plumbing company. They arrived within one hour, used our existing clean-out, identified the blockage immediately, and cleared it for $100. We had fully functioning plumbing the same day--while Plumbers Inc would have left us without sanitation for days and pushed thousands in unnecessary work. This company is negligent, unprofessional, and appears to prioritize billing opportunities over solving real problems. Their actions caused damage to our home, put our family in a hazardous situation, and wasted valuable time during a stressful emergency. Absolutely awful customer service. They have every excuse in the world for not showing up or respecting their customers time.. I can't speak to the Technical plumbing service because I haven't received it despite three scheduled appointments. I was stood up once with a no-show. On today's appointment they are already 40 minutes late from 4 hour window and they still can't give me an estimate estimated time or any information. They have excuses, but take no responsibility for developing good processes to mitigate when the computer crashes like every other business does . and they don't even bother to apologize even if it's fake. The excuses come out real easy, but never an apology have not heard it despite being stood up a no show again. Again, can't say anything if the plumbers are good since I haven't had their service. Meanwhile, my sink still leaks from the faucet despite three appointments and waiting patiently for over a month . Steven came out today to look at a leak from our second-floor tub. He was polite, respectful, and even put on shoe covers when entering our home -- which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained clearly what was causing the leak, and had the necessary part on his truck to fix it on the spot. AHS sent them to service or diagnose my water heater. They sent Allen and said the water control valve needs to replaced, ordered it and came in a few days. Called their office and it's hard getting thru. Finally got an apt he came and changed it but he said there was another part that needs to be replaced. He wasn't forthcoming what needed. I remind him my husband who was in the hospital will be coming due to a bad motorcycle accident and I needed hot water to dress his wounds. Just casually said oh it will come Tuesday and just make the apt and I will come back. No hot water for few weeks (it's been raining and cold) I called AHS and they told me I had to pay $125 out of pocket for the cost that's not covered. I called Tuesday and this company said I had to pay $660 before they can come out. Called AHS and explained what happened. Called me back and said the Company needed to reroute my pipes for no reason. We hired someone else, he installed it in 30 minutes and said our goodbyes. DO NOT TRUST this company. I was given a morning window (8am-12pm) for service, but the technician never showed up. I called their dispatch office three times to get an idea of when the technician would arrive, but the young lady answering the phone said they had an emergency situation at another resident and would get to me later in the afternoon. My question is: how the hell is that my problem?? YOU gave me a service window and now YOU can't make it and now I have to just sit around and wait for you until God knows when?? Got the bad fortune of dealing with these clowns via my home warranty company First American. My shower was draining slowly. They sent one guy out who's tool "broke" after 5 mins of trying to fix. He was still somehow able to fully block my drain while also pulling up a bunch of black sludge/refuse which he just left. Next guy came A WEEK LATER, gave it a good 10mins before telling me I need to totally rip up my shower bed so they can have "access to the pipe." I ask him if he can clear the black water out and return the work site to its original state (which is what they are required to do per their contract with First American). Guy says he doesn't have any tools to do that, and to contact First American. What plumber doesn't have a wet vac? I spend the next 3 weeks trying to get them to come back out and clean up their mess. They refuse, I have to clean up after them. So in summary, they put forth the bare minimum effort, but still somehow managed to totally block my shower drain which is now unusable and leave a trail of disgusting mess for me to clean up. If your home warranty company connects you with these people, refuse and ask for somebody else. If you are looking to hire a plumber, steer as far away from these dimwits as possible. read more

Let me start by saying Steve is absolutely amazing and a wizard at drain clearings. He came to our house on a Saturday and helped us resolve a main line back up. We had another issue and he came back out right away. This time it was with a toilet. He was knowledgeable and gave his honest opinion on what the best route was for us to take. We will definitely be using plumbers inc again and we will definitely be requesting Steve again. Excellent customer service and job knowledge. Pricing was market fair and reasonable. Their plumbers are not even available in the afternoon, so I had to schedule it only in the morning 6 days later. As a result, I canceled my home warranty too because of this, and I found SO many plumbing companies in my area with at least 4.8 stars to 5 stars with great reviews. I actually got my plumbing issue fixed on the same day I called a different company with excellent service. My home warranty charged me $85 service fee, but only paid $49 to the company I found myself. Home Warranty companies are jokes and all those bad reviews do not lie. This is why its very important to read reviews from others. Find you guys another company to save your mental health from frustrations, save your time and money. TRUST ME. After pointless visits and wrong parts ordered and waiting almost 2 weeks with no hot water. My insurance finally approved the full cost of a new water heater and its installation, this company attempted to charge me an outrageous amount that was more than the water heater and labor combined out of pocket for so-called "modifications." What a scam. They tried to sound like they would do me a favor and offered a minimal 10% reduction -- completely unreasonable. Then when I got a call for my payout the total was ridiculously low balled. Buyer beware: This company will take advantage of you and pile on excessive charges well beyond what's fair. This company immediately picked up our Homewarranty claim through First American. They left the case as "pending scheduled" for the maximum time allowed before action must be taken. They finally left a voicemail with no return number to prolong the process without providing any actual scheduling or work. Mind you, this was for a time sensitive leak. When I was finally able to reach out to them on a phone number I found, they provided a scheduled a service window (between 8am-3pm) 10 days after the initial claim, At this point we were able to repair the leak through another plumber, outside of warranty. 430pm the day of the appointment a plumber arrived and wanted to try to view the repair. Knowing that it was already fixed, I told them there was no way they'd be able to honor the claim/warranty. At this point the administrative department resolved the claim - without visiting the property or viewing the issue. I'm presuming this process is to capitalize on the inefficiencies of the warranty claim process without providing any actual work, and it seems like its working. read more

I knew this was going to be a terrible experience with this company before they even came to my home. I had a claim with my home warranty and was assigned with this company. After I saw the terrible reviews I asked my home warranty company to assign me a different plumbing company. The home warranty representative assured me that they would request a senior technician to come to my home for the service. Jimy was the person they sent to my home. He came in my home barehanded without any tools or equipment. No intentions to do anything from the get go. He looked at the water stain and said they didn't do work that were leaking behind the walls. He said I would need my walls opened by someone else for him to check for leaks. After I asked him what I needed to do for him to check for the leak, then he said he couldn't check because of possibility of mold. There wasn't any sign of mold whatsoever. He just had excuses after excuses to get out of doing any type of repairs. What an incompetent company. Now I know why this company has such bad reviews. Do not settle for this company. This company is absolute trash. I requested and was told that the plumber that I requested would be coming for my plumbing inspection. However, the company decided to send someone else and he wasn't a senior plumber that I requested. I asked him if he was a senior plumber and he didn't know what I was talking about. I asked for and never received an inspection report until I called the company. The inspection report that I received via email was very vague and not detailed enough. This company says one thing and does another. Also, the company isn't on the same page with their departments, whether it's customer service or their plumbers.
