This company is a joke don't waste your time. I was assigned by I home warranty company. The first available appointment was 5 days from the original phone call. On the day of service I received a text message stating they contacted me and my service would be on hold until I contact them. They did not contact me once. I called and they said there has been an emergency. This is after my day has been arranged. They rescheduled for 5 days later yet again. Before the service I was text notified of a time change for service call. The day of service after arranging my entire schedule and waiting around. No call no show. This was Monday evening I tried to reach them every day multiple times Tuesday-Friday no answer. I finally called my warranty company to cancel this one and be assigned another. After contacting my warranty company I received a text from this company that my appointment from the previous Monday has been cancelled because "they've been trying to reach me" they put it on the customer as if they've been trying to reach you when in fact they never tried to reach you and you can't even reach them and they don't show up! read more

Beware: plumbers like these guys who work primarily with home warranty companies tend to be less reputable and hungrier for business, which is why they accept drastically reduced negotiated rates from the warranty companies. Plumbers Incorporated seems to make up the shortfall by trying to squeeze $$ out of customers for repairs they do not need. Like everybody else here, I was forced to go with Plumbers Inc because of my home warranty company. It was a true emergency (backed up toilet with renters about to show up). But selecting the "emergency" option on the phone tree on a Sunday morning yielded a voicemail that wasn't returned for a full 24 hours. By then I was frantic. And like everybody else on this page, I had a technician show up for what should have been a simple procedure (toilet unclog). He didn't even TRY to snake it, telling me instead that I would need a $3K "clean-out" line installed on my property (which, of course, the warranty doesn't cover). I called a different plumber on my own dime, who came out right away and had the clog cleared within 30 minutes. But I'm still out the $85 deductable just for having Plumbers Incorporated come to my property and fix nothing. I do hate to leave a poor review. My only hope is that it spares anyone the struggle and frustration I went through with this company. We had them service our plumbing through our warranty company. It was not a good experience. Initially the technician, Miguel, was very nice. He worked quickly which I appreciated at that time. Until I discovered that through the initial fixing of our garbage disposal unit, he created another leak. I appreciate quick work, if you can do a good job. I am fine with things taking longer in order for the job to be done correctly. It was difficult, of coarse, to get Miguel back out here, and when he did make it, he tried to tell me that the leak wasn't because of him. If it wasn't there before, and it's here now, only one conclusion can be drawn. Only after some discussion back and forth, (and after he got the ok from my warranty co.) did Miguel finally say that he would fix it. After this second time of him coming out to fix the disposal, I learned of ANOTHER leak that was caused from his initial work. Turns out he didn't replace all of the parts that he was supposed to replace. I have no idea what I'm looking at, or how things work when it comes to plumbing so I, naively, trusted that he was doing the job correctly. I wouldn't trust having him back again to fix this problem. Not only did I have to set aside a lot of time for him to come out twice, but I also ended up struggling through fixing the problem on my own. Like I said, I am not a plumber, and it's very frustrating when you have to do the job of someone else, especially after already paying for it. Miguel was not nice when he returned the second time. I also don't want to forget to mention the customer service over the phone was equally as poor. I would really try to avoid them if you can. Would not recommend- Plumbers Inc. was assigned through my home warrant company to address a possible leak in the wall. The plumber arrived, looked at the wall, talked to his supervisor on the phone, then recommended we call another company (home restoration) to assess the issue. He did not do a simple routine moisture detection or water pressure test. We called the company he recommended for a "no cost estimate." They did a moisture test on the floor and essentially indicated that we had a serious problem and needed a floor drying mat and work done immediately, which our home owners insurance would cover. After thinking about the matter further and feeling skeptical about both companies assessments, I called the home restoration company the following morning to cancel any plans to move forward and asked that they pick up their floor drying mat (which we did not use). I called another, highly-reviewed plumbing company, who triaged the situation over the phone and then came out for a truly no-cost assessment. This plumber was incredibly helpful, did a pressure test and moisture detection test and found the issue (which was very minor and not at all the urgent issue we were initially led to believe) within 30 minutes. Ultimately, the home restoration company Plumbers Inc. recommended charged us over $1,000 for an "emergency call" and floor drying mat. The entire experience was horrible, and feels both predatory and negligent. read more

Everyone, this is from my own experience and my opinion only. Most of the plumbers are very honest but there are also a few dishonest ones... and I got one from Plumber Inc. If your plumber tells you "there's mold" bs... make sure you get some pieces of advice from friends and move forward. otherwise, they'll come in droves (Packing company, testing company, mold remediation company, contractor...etc) I have never claimed anything in my life so I wasn't sure what the hell I was getting into... A simple pipe leak fix (normal plumbing cost $350) turned into a whopping $15,000 insurance scam. When our water heater decided to stop working, leaking water all over the place, my home warranty set us up with a contractor who couldn't see us until four days later. Due to the emergency of the situation AHS opened the claim to others and Plumbers Inc came the next morning. Steven, the technician, was courteous, helpful, explained the problem and what next steps were and how the process works with the home warranty. They were great with communication and did a great job replacing everything needed to get us up and running again. My home warranty selected Plumbers Inc company to repair my bathtub/shower which was not functioning properly...barely any water was coming out of it. Danny was the plumber assigned. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was experienced, profesional, knowledgeable, considerate, respectful, & friendly. He took the time to explain to me (in easy to understand terminology) what was wrong and then explained how he was going to fix it which he did within a very reasonable amount of time. Totally useless plumbers. No skills I had a guy Allen from their to look into basic issues through home warranty. After the visit there was no response for over 10 days despite over 15 follow up calls. the Guy did know what to do. Does not carry parts for washer plumbing outlets. Could not find parts for 10 days He started refereeing me to his favorite restoration company where there was no active leakage or moisture. That was very unethical. I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending "Miguel" from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. They replaced a shower valve, neglected to measure where it should go and then tried to ground down flange around tub spout to make shower valve flange fit. I am sure this review is not a surprise when you read all other negative reviews of this business. AS many of you said, this company, like many other companies working with home warranty companies try to squeeze dollars out of you to do unnecessary work. Like many of you, this company was assigned to our claim by First American Home Warranty. Once assigned to our claim,I decided to read their reviews by other home owners. Because of so many bad reviews, I decided to call First American and ask them to assign the claim to another plumbing company. The refused and said they do not pay attention to online reviews by their customers. Very bad, right? I told them I was trying to avoid problems with the company. If so many people complained about the company, why should expect to an exception. Well, I failed to get first American to give me another plumbing company. Christ from Plumbers Incorporated came to my house to check the leaky water heater. He did exactly what all other bad reviews are saying they did. He started by saying even with a good home warranty plan, replacing a water heater would cost a home owner $1300 to $1400. I told him am willing to pay only for any required modifications. He said if I were to replace 75 Gal water heater without warranty, it would have costed my $1700. He said he talked with his supervisor and they willing to reduce by cost to only $980. I tried to get him to give a written quote of what he is replacing and he would not. He said he did not have time. Final he send me a text stating the $980 and what items he is replacing. I asked him which one of those were required by code, he said none, but he would still replace them. I had to call First American to complaint about the company and their unethical way of doing business. While I was on the phone with First American, I got a message that Plumbers Incorporated cancelled my service order. They simply realized that they could not get what they want. It is too bad the home warranty companies allow those contractors to take advantage of their customers. My service order now got assigned to another plumbing company that also has vet bad reviews. Our experience with Plumbers Inc was through our home warranty company. Our hot water heater was leaking combustion gases into our garage due to an improper installation. The plumber diagnosed it as a venting issue, which was conveniently not covered by the home warranty, rather than an installation issue which would have been covered. Regardless of the diagnosis and disagreement in root cause, Plumbers Inc failed, after 5 calls, to provide promised quotes for repair options. I also spoke to the plumber shortly after the report to the home warranty company. He agreed to call them and update the diagnosis to reflect the improper installation, but he never did. He also promised to provide the quotes, but did not. I was promised call backs multiple times and never got them. After a few weeks of frustration, we finally contacted another plumber who was able to fix the venting issue in about 30 minutes without the expensive repairs suggested by plumbers inc (hot water heater repair or vent replacement vs just adjusting the vent placement). So to top off all the frustration, the issue ended up being an easy fix that the Plumbers Inc Plumber just didn't see or bother to try. Strongly suggest avoiding this company. Very frustrating experience. read more

They are one of two plumbing contractors for American Home Shield in the area. Both have abysmal reviews and for a good reason. Don't expect them to be very responsive - it took them 5 days to do an initial (required) 3 min long inspection of my broken water heater. All this time we don't have hot water, of course. They contract with ASH for abysmal rates, so they have to make that up by charging you exorbitant prices for uncovered charges (conversion kits, new building code requirements, etc.). These charges are roughly 2-3 times over what reputable plumbers will collect. (And we know and expect reputable contractors make good margins on these items already vs. buying at home depot and DYI). Can't speak to the quality of service they deliver as I went with somebody else that did a stellar job. read more

The technician came out to fix our insinkerator and told me that it was jammed beyond repair and we needed to replace the entire unit. Additionally told me that the outlet it was plugged into wasn't working and we needed to have an electrician fix it first. The electrician came over and the outlet was in perfect working order, nothing wrong. The electrician then used a 1/4 inch Allen wrench and was able to unjam and reset the insinkerator. Insinkerator works great, thanks to the electrician. read more

The plumber said the drain was clear and there'd be no other issues. Two days later I was having stoppage issues again so I called them again.
