I am not familiar with anything Plumming especially in my residence that is why I call professionals to guide me through the repairs needed. I don't expect to have to research a piece of equipment to see if I think it would work for what was recommended to address the problem. I rely on the professional to explain this to me and then allow me to make the decisions based on their input and experience. The owner did the right thing and replaced the parts and offered to remove the part that I was not fully pleased with. There was originally a breakdown in communication with the original installer and a frustrating series of events after.
