TL;DR Marvin was very helpful in diagnosing the roots in our pipe, providing reasonable options (replacing broken pipe) and then being there the day of to make sure everything was done correctly. I am very happy with the work he and his team did and would go back to them for future plumbing issues. Long story: We have had problems for years with slow draining pipes that needed frequent unclogging. We had no clogs after a hydrojetting 9 months ago but the problem came back. We decided to look for a more permanent solution and found Marvin. While other plumbers were charging $350 just to give an estimate, Marvin came out and did a camera inspection of our pipe free of charge. He even sent me a copy of the video so that I could show it to other plumbers who wanted to charge me. That earned him a lot of good will with me and ultimately, along with his reasonable pricing and friendly demeanor, made it easy to select him as the plumber we wanted to go with. The day of the job, Marvin and his team were there at 9am and they worked hard until the job was complete around 5pm. I had errands to run so I was not home during most of their work, but I received continuous updates from Marvin via text message with photos of their progress.
