I requested my assistant to find a vendor for a sewer lateral inspection at one of our properties. The vendor promptly responded to our inquiry, which we appreciated. We spoke with him on the 18th and scheduled the inspection for the 20th; he even mentioned that if he couldn't complete the inspection for any reason, it would be free of charge, which we found appealing. However, HE ULTIMATELY DID NOT SHOW UP. On the day of the inspection, we attempted to reach out via email, text messages, and phone calls, but sadly, we received no response. It would have been courteous for him to inform us if he couldn't make it, rather than leaving us in the dark. This caused a delay in getting the inspection completed. We had our kitchen sink back up yesterday after dinner and after trying to snake it 3 times (with a 25 ft snake) and troubleshoot it ourselves we were looking for plumber recs as we started having leak. Our toilet was clogged along with our sink and shower and I panicked because this is the first time I experienced plumbing issues. We called All Pro Plumbing, we were provided an estimated time of arrival within one hour. Ifran was professional he explained in-depth the work prior to performing it and I love that he provided an estimated quote to ensure we were clear on what it would cost us prior to any work starting. What I didn't know is the issue he claimed to fix would re occur four months later. He did not only omit to fix the original plumbing issue we had but due to his careless and lack of knowledge he cause a bigger issue with the main sewage line. I called Bell plumbing who not only provided photos of the problem but advised I get a contractor to come fix the issue he created I called and texted but no reply back. We needed emergency plumbing service on a Thursday night for water running out onto the street with a loud alarm. Ifron came out at 8:30 PM and diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a solenoid valve on our irrigation system frozen in the open position. Ifron shut if off and didn't charge us anything for this after-hours visit. We had Ifron come back a few weeks later to do a video inspection of a 13 foot drain that had been installed 20 years old and had never been serviced. Ifron found that the drain was not clogged, the pipes were intact and everything looked great. His price for this was very reasonable. I requested service Thursday and was scheduled Friday. This was my second time to call for help from Plumbing Specislist Youvi-- because he had done such excellent work before. The exterior faucet had been leaking onto the exterior siding and I was concerned it would affect building framing and cause dry rot Frost free faucet replacement is more complicated repair --which might have caused a need to go under the house into the crawl space. Youvi was able to complete the work--- connecting up to the interior copper pipe located 7 inches into the framing wall--without needing to go into the crawl space! Upon removal of old exterior faucet (installed only 4 years ago by another company during COVID) Youvi found the solder joint connection of brass pipe wall extension to exterior faucet had failed! It's been a long Thanksgiving weekend. Guests, dinners, lots of food down kitchen sink, all bathrooms and showers at full capacity. You could tell he was busy but he understood the emergency and said he would be out within 2 hours. He showed up within 1-hr. Irfan was polite and wore a mask the entire time. He also wore protective booties when he came into the house. He was able to lift a toilet, snake out the tree roots and get us up and "flowing" again. Ifran's price: $285. Bargain. Irfan did such a good job I showed him some additional plumbing areas that needed. He gave me a prompt estimate that was clear. He then came out 2-days later to perform the work. After me calling him over 20 times and sending numerous texts, leaving voicemails, and months of chasing him down, I am finally giving up and writing this review. This is no way to run a business.
