If regularly descaled, the appointment should have taken took 1 hr, but because the house's previous owners did not annually descale, they had it running a bit longer, at about 1.5 hours. Also, Steve noticed an issue with our gas line, so he kindly and complimentarily switched out the screw attachment for us. At the end, we paid a flat fee as agreed upon before the appointment which was lower than other quotes we got, and it was very nice for Steve to replace our gas line attachment for free. Because our water heater's parts were not available in hand, they had to look for the parts in the warehouse. Throughout this process, we were given updates so that we could plan our day.
