UPDATE: Following my original review, the company…read more supervisor(or owner) contacted me immediately to express alarm over the situation. To their credit, they dispatched a second technician to my home within 30 minutes to fix the shower at no charge. However, what the second technician uncovered only confirms how predatory the first technician was. When the second tech pulled out the "new" cartridge that the first plumber had just installed, it was the wrong part entirely (see the new attached photo of the blue cartridge). The first plumber had intentionally installed an incompatible Delta model (blue) instead of the standard one my shower required (gray). This guaranteed the shower would keep leaking so he could pressure me into cutting open my bathroom walls for thousands of dollars. The second technician easily found the correct cartridge right in his truck and fixed the leak perfectly in a short amount of time. I am grateful to the company supervisor ( or owner) for handling this so quickly and resolving it for free, but consumers need to be aware of the extreme lengths the first technician went to in order to fabricate a catastrophic plumbing failure. For this reason, I am only adding 1 star to my original review. He also told me he would be "talking to his crew", but in my opinion, any employee who is blatantly commiting criminal consumer fraud should be fired, not just "talked to". There is no telling how many people were lied to and ripped off. Please protect yourselves.

He recommended me installing a clean out and clearing the roots which would require replacing part of the damaged piping. He did not charge for the unsuccessful clear out and came the next morning to fix the issue. Him and his crew spent the day replacing the damaged pipe and installing a clean out in front for future use if it were to back up again. Before they had to go onto the roof to clear it out now it's in the front of my house and also gives me the opportunity to clear it out myself now. They did a awesome job and highly recommend.

They told me they can send someone out for an assessment the same afternoon. The assessment will be free of charge and even if I decide not to go ahead with their services, they will not charge me. Many companies will promise a free assessment but when you decide not to go ahead with the repair, they charge you a fee. That is why I always clarify that first. I got a call a few hours later that the technician has been called for an emergency repair and they can come the next morning. I didn't end up using their services because my husband was able to do the fix that evening. Lucky me! But I so appreciated their timeliness in communication, reliability and politeness. Recommend! Our ducts were damaged by a skunk who had been living under the house several years back. Ron crawled through the entire area and came out with pictures and videos. I thought the quote was reasonable and scheduled him to come back the following week. He and one of his guys arrived on time (9am) and completed the work by 11:15a.
