What can I say? I had a pipe leak and when I shut the water off , discovered a gas leak as well. I called Plumbing Buddies and Mike came out to evaluate the issues. We have been having some minor issues with slow draining toilets, sinks, and showers for awhile now. I called Plumbing Buddy's late in the afternoon on a Thursday (I believe). The owner Jeremy answered and was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. He told me he would be available to come by first thing the next morning at 8am. His partner and him showed up Friday morning right on time! After locating the trap at the back of the house, he ran a camera down our sewer line and found our pipes to be in great shape but, had a significant dip where water was backing up. Unfortunately, our only option would be to break the ground out in our 1 year old daughters room in order to install level pipe. We understandably chose not to go that route at this time. Jeremy told us he'd be happy to do it if we decided later on down the line. I asked him how much I owed him for showing up and finding the issue? Jeremy replied "Absolutely nothing. My gas was shut off due to fumigation and a SoCal Gas technician who came back to turn on my gas discovered a gas leak in my house. This is when I made several calls to local plumbers and fortunately Jeremy was able to come first thing early morning the next day as he knew my situation was an emergency. Jeremy and Mike was able to locate 3 leaks in the attic with the gas shut off. They were able to immediately start on the repairs on the same day. After a SoCal Gas technician turned my gas services back on, Mike came back after his business hours to turn on my gas appliances. He was at a grocery store at the time and he made his way back for me! A few days later I had a plumbing stoppage. I knew I had to call Plumbing Buddies again! My existing house only had a one way clean out to the main sewer line and for some reason the snake was not able to go through for the clean out. I recently bought my house and did not know of these plumbing issues. I had a job that was needed, and they did not disappoint. The job was not too common, and all the plumbers I knew had no experience with filtration systems to accommodate a large multi-residential property. The site in question gets water from a well. With the water shortage there started to be a lot of "sand" in the water. This started to destroy our sprinklers, appliances and water heaters.
