Frans provided a reasonable quote with an extended warranty option that I accepted. He was very responsive and his team came out to do the work quickly. They did a clean and nice-looking installation and explained the functionality of the new water heater to me. Another thing that I really appreciated was Frans' continued and unwavering support when the city inspector identified corrections that he wanted done before approving the permit. I don't have the knowledge to assess whether the corrections were justified, but Frans and his team made sure they were quickly addressed. The team came out and implemented fixes quickly, then came out again for the reinspection to provide their support. We passed the inspection with flying colors. We are in a townhouse with a connected wall so it proved too big of a challenge for the others. Comfort Energy was extremely professional and we've had our AC unit for years without incident. We do have an annual maintenance plan to ensure smooth running. This time, Agustin came out and he provided excellent service. He's actually the first tech to come out and clean our compressor with a detergent! Usually they just spray water. He also noticed we were missing a pollen filter and suggested the best way to find replacements on line. After the visit he sent us photos documenting everything he worked on. In addition to replacing the main valve, Tai also replaced the main water pressure regulator to help maintain the water pressure below 60 PSI instead of the previous 100 PSI. The stronger water pressure could have potentially damaged the pipes and plumbing fixtures inside the house over time, so I truly appreciate his recommendation and expertise.
