We hired Prime Pipe for a main sewer line replacement and a carbon + TAC/MAC water filtration and conditioning system. They primarily do commercial work, and it shows in their no-nonsense, high-standard approach. Their pricing wasn't the lowest, but it was very fair, especially for the quality of work and professionalism they delivered. They had no hesitation pulling permits for all their work and didn't treat it as a costly add-on like some other companies. It's clear their standard of work already exceeds permit requirements, so there was no need to inflate costs just to meet code. We ran into two unexpected scope changes that couldn't have been known ahead of time. Prime Pipe handled both transparently and fairly, without price gouging or surprise markups. They also suggested a couple of optional upgrades, like running a gas line for the BBQ while the trench was open. There was no pressure at all, and the pricing was more than reasonable. We're glad we said yes. Their attention to detail was phenomenal: clean and level pipe runs, matching hose bibs, a perfectly aligned gas meter, .... You can tell James takes real pride in his work. We'd absolutely hire them again. P.S. The TAC/MAC system has been performing far beyond our expectations in terms of scale reduction. We're happy we didn't go with a high-maintenance salt-based (ion exchange) water softener. read more

We had a main sewer line collapse on us on Sunday and Rocky and his team are absolutely incredible; they called us immediately, came out and got our situation fixed within 24 hours! They also did some additional due diligence and found an additional place where the sewer line is just about to go (tons of cracks and partial collapse) and they fixed that right away as well! In addition, they fixed another problem in my kitchen's drain while they were finishing up the main sewer line and gave us a discount for it! They even re-did the landscaping after doing all the digging and made things even better than they found it! Very fair pricing, incredible service and skill - I would highly recommend them for whatever plumbing needs you have! First I'd like to point out communication was above satisfaction because not only did they respond quick through yelp messages but they went a step above and gave me a phone call. Throughout the phone call Rocky was very patient explaining options when it came to cost, labor and such. Both of our toilets clogged the same night. In contrast to other plumbers who might immediately conclude that BOTH toilets needed to be removed to snake the line, Rocky asked the right questions, went down into the crawl space to view our drain pipe structure, and concluded that only ONE toilet needed to be removed to snake our drain line. I'm the type of person who likes to know the full details of why certain methods/options are chosen over other methods/options and the reasoning behind the procedures that people plan to take. Rocky explained with hand gestures that the structure of my drain system was such that there was no need to worry about the snake jumping across and up to damage the 2nd toilet from the 1st toilet. Throughout the entire process, Rocky explained everything that was happening in great detail (e.g. the pros and cons of different tips, which tips cut roots, which tips are less likely to get blocked by different angles in my drain pipes, etc.) If you're a detail-oriented person like me, you'll like working with a fellow detailed-oriented person like Rocky. read more
