We have used them a couple of times so far and we are very happy with the service they provide. We had a leak in our kitchen so we had them come out and take a look. We needed a new facet so he told us what to look for and they would be back to install it. I purchased the facet from home depot and so he came back to install it but Home Depot sold me an open product so we were missing a key piece. He let us know what was missing so we can go deal with Home Depot and get the piece we needed. Greg came out today to fix my shower. He is my go-to plumber from now on. He was able to fit me into his schedule and get my shower fixed. He was super careful about keeping the space clean and pointed out to me what the other plumber did wrong... groan... He even gave us a tip for a good restaurant :) Now that is service!!! Since the shower hardware has a lifetime guarantee, he is calling in the warranty for us and getting a replacement part for us at no extra charge.
