Be aware they are emergency plumbers and charge a fortune. My jobs were not emergencies but they did not tell me, just charge their call out fee and leave. I have no idea what is a going rate for work I am 64 so although their hourly rate was high I needed some jobs fixed that had been going on for a couple of months. The two lads were nice enough but did not inform me they were emergency and my jobs were not. They charged for a whole length of copper pipe, used six inches of it and took the rest with them. The work was ok but not sure how secure three joints coming off a main pipe will be for a hose attachment. I will be very worried, one pull and it could cause a leak from any of the multiple joints. I would rather have said do away with that tap, save the hourly cost I paid for it if he had told me it was a problem in that small space. Again, he did not tell me. Anyway, the cost cleared out my account and I feel their morals and honesty need to be wuestioned. Its all about money. I have no idea anout work or tradesmen....I am gutted and have been left with my confidence battered. read more

These are Outstanding Plumbers & Professionals. My building was using another Company(Emergency Rooter & Plumbing), but they were inconsistent to say the least. Every time they completed a job something was worse than before they started or they'd misdiagnose the problem & then you'd have to fix what they broke Plus the original problem. Plumbing Geeks are such a pleasure to work with. Our Condo has some shared plumbing & one of these lines burst, this meant that 3 of our Units had the same issue. Our management company tried to minimize the work that was being done, kind of like putting a bandaid on an open wound. However Plumbing Geeks made sure they understood the severity of replacing the entire shared line, especially since it's us owners money being spent & not our employees whom is the management company. Greg's team came in & first repaired the issue temporarily so that we weren't completely shut down. Then they came back a few days later & replaced all 3 Units lines including down into the garage on one of the hottest days of the year. They made sure they completed the entire job in one day so that nobody would be without our AC Units during the heat streak. Plumbing Geeks were so efficient with their work, they even cleaned up so well that after they left you wouldn't know they were here. Their communication with each other throughout the day as well as their communication with all 3 owners was especially appreciated because nobody was surprised when they came into their homes or wondering whether they were going to finish or not. We (my husband and I) were having two issues in our bathroom, so we called Plumbing Geeks on Saturday morning. Our bathroom sink was clogged and the tub faucet was dripping pretty badly. After my husband called them, the plumbers arrived within an hour. They got right to work snaking the drain and replaced the stems and cartridges in the tub faucet to fix the leak. I had a mainline stoppage over the weekend. So I hopped on Yelp and found Plumbing geeks was less than 5 miles away from my house. I gave a call based off of their good reviews and the owner Greg answered the phone. He noticed that I was panicking because the sewage water was overflowing onto our tile floors and instantly started to help me over the phone guided and found the clean out. He told me he could show up within an hour and did! (BTW!! Very professional van with company logo) Greg started doing his work with a very nice big rooter machine. Not kidding you guys he had cleared my mainline stoppage within probably 20-30 mins with the set up. Impressed. Greg was kind enough to include a free camera inspection which I'm glad he did. His snake had poked a hole through one root clog but the main problem I had was my pipe was dislocated and on the verge of collapsing. We were having trouble finding a plumber that would replace a drain pan on short notice for a new washing machine we were about to have delivered.
