I've been shopping around for estimates and 2nd opinions for my drain. Most people at least spend some time to check it out, look around, at the very least get measurements for the estimate while most offer free camera inspections so they can give their own opinion. Cori showed up to my house 45 minutes late without a call. Came in and I just showed him a video of a camera put through and about 5 seconds through the video he immediately said he knew the problem even though the camera hasn't even gotten to the spot. He suggested something that the other 13 companies never mentioned and when I told him about it, he said it was a mickey mouse job to do it that way. Then when I requested an estimate he said ok and left. He did not take any measurements or even looked at where the other drain cleanout was. It just felt very lazy and has been the worst out of the 13 service calls I have experienced thus far. I normally don't leave reviews but this has really left me feeling like he doesn't give a damn about his customers. He called me after I complained on yelp and offered to do a camera inspection after but it was too late and I lost my trust in him. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife, Jen E, posted a review and Cori is obviously forgetful. I can say 100% of what she said is true. Promises to get money back from insurance were false. I took time off work to make sure they had what they needed and came the first day with no equipment to start. Had to chase Cori down to find out they were not going to start the job. Being told they would show up to work in the morning and not showing up til the afternoon. Again I had to track them down to figure this out. Horrible communication skills. Did not trust them to finish the job properly. Felt like I had to watch them the whole time to make sure work gets done. I lost out on several days of work because of this. And then they reinstalled my sprinklers like they had never seen a sprinkler system before. I had to replace the sprinkler system myself. Calls to figure out if we could recover some costs from insurance never returned. I had talked to my insurance agent and they said theres no way to recover that cost and this company doesn't know what they are talking about. We are hoping to to make this this company our plumbing solution for life and I will write an updated review once the work is complete. We had a leak in our kitchen on a Thursday night and after searching for someone to come help us, we searched for a reputable company that would offer support after hours. Pluming method to the rescue. Cori was amazing, both were super professional and COVID compliant. They diagnosed the leak coming from the toilet directly above the kitchen and after removing the toilet, saw that it had not been set correctly based on the flooring and rings underneath. They also determined that it was not were the leak was coming from and with safety in mind, recoommended that we contact a restoration company to test for lead/asbetos so that we could cut into the wall and determine root cause of the leak. We had also mentioned a problem we were having with out outside pipe that was along the same wall as the leak we were seeing in our kitchen and they confirmed they could repair that small leak for us as well. We started working with Shane who took our calls anytime we had a follow up question about next steps in the work. After the dry wall company capped the leak, they set up dryers in our home for 5 days. I scheduled an appointment with Shane / Cori to come back out and fix the pipe, toilet and backyard leak and they responded quickly with an early appointment the very next day. The work is not completed yet and haven't received pricing at this point but my family is SO grateful that during a super stressful time, we had someone willing to come help us on such quick notice. I am floored to see that this company has any good reviews. From what I know about Yelp and young companies they just have paid people to leave these reviews. My experience with them was this last summer was so horrible, it still makes me upset to even remember it. The company will come across so prepared and ready to do any size project. But they don't have any regular team, they don't even screen or see if the people 'they hire ' do your major project are qualified to do it. They ruined the side of my front door, part of the side of my house when they were breaking up concrete. Instead of asking my very large string husband to move things in the front, they dumped huge amounts of dirt and concrete on plants and irreplaceable objects in my front. They didn't have equipment for two days which caused my husband a loss of income for those two days. to top it off my neighbors thought that they were being this whole job. It looked like they were doing it in peace meal. in the end they thought they were doing me a favor by replacing the sprinkler system and they put a sprinkler system above the ground a sprinkler system above the ground like it's the 1950s. So my kids would break their ankles. I was promised the insurance company would give us money back. I've never received a single dime back from her insurance company. Anthony came out and fixed them - he was friendly, considerate, and capable. After he finished the repairs, he tested the sinks thoroughly for leaks and left the sinks and underneath areas clean. The cost was a little higher than the quote only because, when Anthony fixed the bathroom sink, the drain piece was deteriorated and needed replacement (he showed me the part - it was probably close to 20 years old and did need to be replaced). He then rushed to Home Depot and back to get the part that matched our faucet. A few days later, the bathroom sink's stopper handle came loose. Anthony came back out and fixed it quickly at a convenient time. I would recommend Plumbing Method for plumbing needs. read more

I had a really bad clog that I was fighting all day and I finally had to call a professional. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Plumbing Method and gave them a call. Anita was able to schedule a visit in the late evening within an hour of my call and that responsiveness was a relief. Cori arrived onsite and after a brief description of what I had done (or not done rather) he was able to determine the best route of action and had my main sewer line cleared and ready to go!
