I had a severely clogged shower drain in a high-end rental condo and the technician explained all my options from a do it yourself initial cleaning followed by regular use of drain cleaner and a more expensive option which would absolutely guarantee the pipes would be completely and absolutely cleared. I went with the second option and bought the products necessary to apply every three months or so to keep the drains from clogging up again. The technician did not charge me for that initial call since I opted to go with the more expensive treatment the next day. I had no qualms about the price, because they did an amazing job. I'll just close by saying that I dealt with three people at the company during the course of this service call. Everyone was an absolute delight to work with. Absolute professionalism every second I dealt with them.

When we bought our 1979 house in Fountain Hills in 2020 it came with a water softener. Being new to…read moreboth FH and Arizona, one of the local contractors we initially had in to do stuff highly recommended Chris at Aqua Pro to give the unit a once over. Chris was friendly and helpful in explaining our inherited water softener system to us as well as how to use and maintain it. While the unit wasn't brand new, Chris believed it had a few more years of service life in it. Jump forward nearly six years later and this same softener system was now suddenly not working. Chris came back to the house (his first time since that initial visit) and noted the unit was now way past its prime. We had the option to replace with new or to try to extend it's life a little longer before replacing by manually setting the dial to get it to recharge. We decided to try the manual recharge and he showed me the steps to take to do that. We were able to get our old unit to work about 2-3 weeks more, but then realized the manually recharge no longer worked and it was legitimately time to replace the system. There was never any other business for us to consider but Aqua Pro. I made the call, Vickie got us on the schedule and Chris got the new unit installed in about two hours. Early into his installation Chris discovered that our pressure valve was shot and the water pressure was coming out so forcefully, it would burn out the new system if he left didn't replace it. We did have him replace the valve and he got everything installed and working still in the time frame anticipated. Aqua Pro offers great communication, have always been prompt and on-time to our appointments, are trustworthy and knowledgeable and very reasonable and fair in pricing. It's been an absolute pleasure to work with Chris and Vickie at Aqua Pro and we highly recommend them!

Amazingly fast response that solved a significant water flow problem to the whole system. Corey was extremely polite, knowledgable and did a great job in explaining what was happening to the component on the shutoff valve that was causing the failure. I needed a kitchen sink faucet replacement, and potentially a valve replacement. I received an estimate the day before, $349 for a faucet installation if I provide the faucet. Valve for $129. Kitchen faucet plus installation $749 (which I assumed included the potential valve replacement, because why would I want them to supply a $400 faucet instead or ordering my own?) I asked them to let me know if the valve in fact needed replacing and I didn't hear from them until the work was finished. There was no confirmation or photos sent of what faucet would be installed or the cost prior to installation. So they installed the new faucet and tried to charge me $749. I said there must be a mistake and they were like alright we got the faucet on sale we'll knock off $30. I paid $719 for a new kitchen faucet. Granted, it is a nice faucet but it is unnecessarily nice.
