    Just-In Time Moving & Storage

For the past decades I've lived in the Valley we've always used Two Men and A Truck when we move…read moreand they do a perfectly fine job. This month we needed someone to do a crosstown move for our son. Two Men's quote was extremely high so I researched a bit and found the stellar reviews of Just-In Time Moving. Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

Working with Brandon to plan, bid, and execute this move made things incredibly easy for me. Let's begin with what are two of the most important considerations with a long-distance relocation--cost, and protection of your property. I say with confidence that Brandon will give the best available pricing when compared with other interstate movers. He has been in this business for a very long time and his experience equates to efficiency, which in turn equates to cost savings for his customers. When it comes to protection of your property, Brandon's experience again pays off. Each item is treated as he would treat his own property. Boxes are well packed with contents protected with sufficient wrapping. Mattresses are double-bagged and arrive in the same condition as they left. I had a lot of glass and/or fragile items in this move, and nothing at all had any damage, for which I am grateful. I experienced multiple interstate relocations during my career in the U.S. Coast Guard, all of which were contracted to major companies. I also made one interstate move on my own over 25 years ago (for which I still wonder what I was thinking). This move with Parker's Interstate Movers tops all of the previous for cost, efficiency, and ease. Since my move, Brandon has followed up with me to see how I was doing in my new home and to ensure my satisfaction with his services. He truly does care about his customers as people, not simply contracts. With that I give Brandon and Parker's Interstate Movers my full endorsement.

My wife and I were looking to buy a rental property from out of state and Tiffany was prompt in getting back to me (always a great first start), we chatted with a couple agents but Tiff was easy to talk to and had a few strategies we liked out of the gate. And she was an ASU grad so bonus points! We narrowed in on a budget, cities, and showing strategy (we bought sight unseen due to how competitive it is right now so coming to view each property didnt make sense) so virtual tours were key. We put trust in her to look at the house, point out any red flags and give offer advise. She even talked us away from one house we wanted to offer on which is good in my opinion, that's why you hire someone with industry experience, so we really appreciated that it wasn't just ablut closing a deal. We had specific requirements so after looking for about a month, she ended up finding us a beautiful house in Tempe before it hit the market and negotiated with the seller to work out a deal. We 100% would not have got that house if it wasn't for her and may still be looking today. We're very happy, and finally met her in person on inspection day. We've since closed on the house and once we're in the market again she will be my first call. Joe and Lauryn P.s. the rest of her team is great to work with too, we met Tracy and Bridget. Keep up the great work!

Techs came and said the internal drain pan was rusted and leaking and couldn't be replacements because it was welded to the coil. They stated by the time everything was fixed, it just be better to replaced the unit. Water was leaking and staining the ceiling and walls and I had no time to double check what they were claiming. Photos provided were hard to decipher but showed a rusty pan. Then I got a quote for the unit replacement ($15k !) for a brand I never heard of. I should have done more research but told them to proceed. The next day two different techs show up with the unit. I mentioned to them, by the way, it never came up but the condensing unit is right behind our bedroom and if the new one is any louder than the Trane unit, I don't want it. The tech said that this brand is known for being louder than Trane and Carrier. They put me in touch with the sales guy and he said the next unit up that is quieted would be another $2k more. I said fine, proceed. In the mean time, the two techs went up to inspect the AHU. They were up there for awhile and came down and stated that the unit and auxiliary drain pan (not the primary) were pitched in the wrong direction. They adjusted everything and cleaned out the drain line and stated everything was now draining properly. When I asked about the rusted primary drain pan inside the unit, they stated it was plastic and just fine. The coil showed very minor signs of oxidation but nothing to be concerned with. So impossible for a plastic pan to be welded to the coil. I asked if they recommended replacing the unit. They said they saw no reason to. This was 2 weeks ago and all seems to be fine. So, I very nearly spent $17k on an inferior unit I didn't need. Unbelievable. These techs at Rescue One work on commission and upselling. Some have integrity. Others do not.
