They did…read morefind out the problem after a bit, but didn't want to do any maintenance on the unit because of a bush? I easily cut the bush in 5 minutes, this wasn't a crazy bush. I understand the maintenance wasn't scheduled but I've never had a company turn down additional work while onsite. I also asked for a mini split quote and they didn't look at the attic access at all to see what was possible. It's a tight space but inspectors have been up there. Their solutions just didn't seem like they wanted to do the work. Quote at $15k. I talked to a contractor the following week and he said that the attic space would be sufficient for someone to go in. They did come on time.

During this experience I…read moresensed he may have been slightly surprised by a female with my knowledge level needless to say part of the job was updating a old hack job of plumbing under our sink. 6 months later I found water in my basement, under my washing machine it was coming out from underneath it, I unplugged it Needless to say today I discovered the pipe connected to the drain of my sink was hanging loose. Water all over the one side of my cabinet, down my walls, pooling into my basement. All the dirty dish water!!! I call, he comes over to fix it, blamed me for storing stuff under my sink, and bumping it ...I was shocked, and he attempted to reattach it without replacing the gasket, that clearly was either..not situated right when he tightened the PVC joint, or he didn't tighten it high enough or tight enough.. But not my fault!! People store stuff underneath their sinks!?! I pointed out he probably did and did he have to be on the lookout for his plumbing??? Now I have damage and he has a really bruised ego, because I spared no expense at this absolute insult!! Unbelievable attempt at blame shifting!!!
