Very Cute and cozy vietnamese coffee shop located in Belltown. After had soft opening for months to test all the drinks. They finally have grand open. Now they also sell boba and tea, snacks and finger food too. Service was excellent and friendly too. They were Very patient with me when i tried to ordered drinks from the "soft opening menu" which they are not available at the time that I ordered.(silly me didnt pay attention to the menu) but please if u see this please bring back yuzu matcha latte and more pandan latte pls Anyway people will recommend you to order kettle corn but if you not into coffee try their longan tea. Super vibey and modern decor. Minh was super helpful and patient with our group of 7. He gave us recommendations and we ordered 5 drinks. Of the 5 drinks, I tried 3. Durian ice cream coffee was unique. Durian flavor comes through and melts nicely into the coffee. Kettle corn coffee was sweet, but the kettle corn flavor definitely comes through. Has a nice corn aroma. Sesame cookie was not as sweet as kettle corn but had the caffeine kick I needed! Also has selection of pastries from French toast, kouign amann, and croissants. I tried the Kettle Corn Coffee as I have not seen it elsewhere or around too often. It is similar to your Vietnamese coffee with a slightly sweet corn foam on top. Coffee sweetness could not be adjusted unfortunately, but the coffee is strong enough without being overwhelming or too sweet where you have to wait for ice to melt completely. Love the ambience from the stone, steel, and plants with a variety of table types. Clean with plenty of outlets around. Staff were patient with my many questions. Another new vietnamese cafe! I absolutely love the phin coffee drinks with all the fun foam flavors, so this was a spot I was eager to try. The inside is super spacious so you're sure to be able to find a seat, and they even had fun Lunar New Year decorations when I came. I got the kettle corn latte since it was the most unique and intriguing to me. To be honest I didn't love the flavor of the foam - it is more buttery sweet and salty with a hint of canned corn flavor. I am a little particular about this sort of taste though so it really likely is just me. However, the coffee underneath was perfect. I've seen this place all over TikTok and decided to check it out! Safe to say I was not disappointed. I had gone during their soft launch opening and got the bac xiu and it was 10/10! It had the perfect amount of sweetness while still being able to taste the coffee. The 12oz is the perfect size to get that sweet tooth craving. The place it self has ample amount of seating - great for remote work and/or studying! I will say the location for me wasn't ideal especially if having to walking through 3rd Ave but definitely worth coming to try at least once. The ambiance inside is a minimalist clean aesthetic, but lots of good seating options! I ordered their Plus84 Machiatto as an iced 12 ounce drink and it came out as $7.17 before tip. Pretty standard price (unfortunately ) for a specialty coffee. They're still in their soft opening, but service was quick and friendly! Looking forward to trying their other options, including their kettle corn coffee and sesame latte! I love the coffee and matcha drinks, and ambiance inside. The food could be a little better, but they make a solid sesame cloud latte (it's called sesame cookie latte here but is basically a Viet-like coffee w a thick sesame creamy foam topping) and serve ceremonial matcha, which is an attention to detail and quality most places skip. Things I liked less: the egg coffee was just okay, a little overly sweet and not too flavorful on the egg topping. The ham/egg croissant sandwich was decent, but a little overpriced. I liked the egg part though, it's a thin crepe-like egg which is folded over. And the mini baguette was intriguing but the fillings were lacking balance and a bit dry- a very thin veneer of pate with lots of pork floss, but not much else. Menu looks clean and neat - Kettle corn cafe: my favorite item The kettle corn foam tastes nutty, toasty and creamy. It match pretty well with the coffee. However, I think it kind of pricey for the small cup of coffee. - peach lychee green tea: I love this so muchhh. I tried so many boba and coffee places and this is the first one I feel like they did well in making the balance between sweetness of lychee/peach and a bit of sour of lemon. Sourness enhances the peach and lychee flavor pretty well - Matcha earl grey latte: I like this combination, so plus 84 did pretty well in this balance too. But again, the cup is pretty small compared to the price I will try the oolong boba with the oolong jasmine milk tea next time. Can't wait to try it! read more

We came here on a Saturday, and we ordered the kettle corn coffee and earl gray matcha. We also got the special plus cake which is a sausage cake (sweet and savory). Kettle corn coffee was topped with good corn flavored cream with caramel drizzle and the coffee was tasty. However, historically and per the picture on the menu the drink had kettle corn topping. We ordered this drink specifically for the kettle corn topping. When we asked the server about it, she simply said that the store no longer did that kind of topping for the drink (in the "take it as it is type of way") and did not try to remedy the situation. The earl grey matcha was pleasant, especially when we mixed the two parts together. The plus cake is a sandwich with sausage and cheese. You could say it's their version of a breakfast sandwich that was more sweet and less savory in comparison, which was something I enjoyed. The cake had the right crispiness and softness. There was plenty of seating when we went in, and the cafe itself had a bright, earthy ambiance. Overall, the food and drinks deserved 4 stars but I'm tempted to remove another star because the service left a little sore spot. read more

A super aesthetic and cozy cafe (that's now open late too)! Stopped by with my boyfriend to try out their drinks and I was immediately impressed by the beautiful interior. There was plenty of seating and the vibes were very minimalistic. We got the sesame cookie and taro latte espresso drinks! They give you a buzzer after ordering, so we sat down and our drinks were ready to be picked up soon after. The sesame cookie drink was good and the Vietnamese coffee paired well with the sesame cream on top, I just wish there was an even stronger black sesame flavor because I love that stuff. The taro latte was a little lacking in comparison. We couldn't really distinguish any taro flavor unfortunately, but the texture of the drink was very smooth and creamy. Overall, I think this is a pretty nice Viet cafe and I'd love to come back! Definitely a plus because of the large seating area, cozy interior, and the late hours. The drinks are very solid here. The Bac Xiu, which the owner described as sweet and creamy and lighter on the caffeine was perfectly balanced. I was worried that it would be too sweet but it was just the right amount. Also it was creamy without leaving your stomach in knots! The Berry Berry tea was also well balanced and I think they put really berry purée inside and lemon, making it taste pretty fresh! The service here is very nice. If you are unfamiliar with the drinks, they are happy give a good description. Additionally if you are not happy with the sweetness level, they can adjust for you. Ambiance here is really cool as well. For Christmas and New Years they put up decor that looked like separate art installations. Kind of feels like you are sitting in an art gallery. This would be a cool place to study or work as there is ample seating and the tables are quite large. The chairs are quite comfortable. It is pretty clean and sleek.
