Came here and got dip, which I always get dip. It was the worst dip manicure I've ever gotten. They do not have the tools to preform the service they are offering. Nails are uneven because they don't have tips, at the cuticle it wasn't filed down because they don't have the electric tool, my nails were ruined after 1 hour. They don't automatically put a gel/no chip top coat so my nails were stained with makeup immediately. They also were not shiny. Not worth $70. read more

Went here for the first time after trying a few salons in the area. I made a appointment with them and they got me in the same day for a dip mani and regular pedi. I had not such a great mani at the previous place I went to so I told them exactly what I wanted and both the owner and the nail technician listened to me. As the nail technician was doing my nails she made sure to check with me at every step to make sure it was what I wanted. The owner also came by and checked them out every so often. So glad I found this place! I got a pedicure and dip manicure and both were 10/10. The dip manicure in particular was done so well! Betsy was so precise and my nails are literally perfect. Dip powder is the way to go y'all! I made an appointment through Yelp and they were able to see me within a few hours, but not because they weren't busy! When I first walked in it looked super pretty and chic! But I was confused as to what to do when I go there. A woman asked if I had an appointment and told me to wash my hands and pick a color. Now I really don't get my nails often or done ever so this was a lot because I was looking at all these colors but I knew I wanted dip powder. That's when the women came up to me and asked which color I picked I asked if the painted ones/sample are dip powder colors and she said no and handed me another ring of colors. So this took more time since it seemed a limited in colors were only available. I didn't catch this women's name but she told me to sit and she can start. It was fine until I asked if could get a pattern or design on the dip since on the Yelp page it shows pictures that say dip design so I figured it could be done. She then said no only on no chip. I didn't question it, but felt mislead about being able to since I saw it online. It is what it is I guess. I left and when I looked at my nails as I got in my car I saw there was residue left from the dip powder, but I don't think I'll come back. The bright side I guess is knowing there's an early bird special for dip powder mani and I was able to get it so that's a plus. read more

Almost as important, the dip removal process is super gentle and my nails look great and feel strong. This used to be one of my favorite nail salons! They were so wonderful, polite, and treated you with care, I loved going there. They must have switched ownership at some point within the last year because they have done a complete 180. They were so rude to me on two occasions, rushing my manicures and pedicures. They raised their prices quite a bit and then were completely cutting corners, not even giving me the full service pedicure they typically do. I also asked them kindly if they could soak off my no chip nails (for an additional charge of course) while they did my pedicure and they rolled their eyes and said "that's not what I signed up for". Additionally, they used to take Venmo but had just made the change and their machine wasn't working properly. After trying three of my credit cards, they were arguing me saying they couldn't take Venmo (although it was their machine that wasn't working, not my cards!). I told them I literally had no other way to pay other than those or Venmo, and they finally called a manager and allowed me to Venmo, but they were EXTREMELY rude throughout the process. I honestly thought I was being a bit harsh and just had a couple of bad experiences but then I mistakingly sent my mother-in-law there while she was in town. She came back saying how rude they were, they botched her manicure and brushed her off when she asked them to fix it. I was so embarrassed that I sent her there. It's very unfortunate that this place has gone down hill because they used to be great. I hope they can turn it back around or they are going to lose a lot of clientele! Clean, nice place. I am not sure if I got the wrong person to do my nails, but I would not go back. I had to actually file and shape my own nails because my person left jagged edges and strange uneven shapes. Also, the massage which was included was non-existent. The top coat was put on haphazardly and just 1 day after my mani/pedi, they are chipped and look horrible. She also did a horrible job with my cuticles. Not worth the money. read more

Recently moved into the neighborhood and was hesitant to get my nails done during COVID. I got a regular manicure and booked my appointment using Yelp. They responded in less than 24 hours. They had plexiglass-like dividers between the customer and technician. They wiped down counters and tables frequently. I question how sanitary all their tools were but I think this is the risk you have to consider when getting this service during COVID. Other than that, pricing was more than reasonable and will likely return during less busy times. read more

Went here for a pedicure and to fix a toenail since it had a small crack in it and the nail tech spent more time taking off my no chip nail polish then providing any spa pedi service. Jenny and Betsy are amazing! My partner and I have started coming regularly again since Shelter in Place has lifted. They are very detail-oriented and I haven't been so happy with a set of nails in a very long time! My nails are painted so evenly, and I love how they literally last for over two weeks without any chips (even my toe nails, which are non-gel). They are also very clean. COVID 19 procedures are wonderful, they have partitions in between all customers and everyone must wash their hands before entering the salon. That may not seem like much, but washing hands is literally how mothers were saved back in the day from dying due to post-partum infections. So I'm glad they have implemented that policy! read more
