I'm going to TRY and be as professional as possible but I have to say I am BLOWN AWAY by all these amazing reviews. Our community (Cienega) has had nothing but problems since they took over. And, unfortunately, I'm the one who referred our HOA to them in the first place based upon a chance encounter with one of their senior level people. I've tried to be empathetic since they took over from another company that wasn't exactly on the ball. I'm not going to throw anyone under the bus, or get into the myriad of specifics, but am writing this review to hopefully catch the attention of the CEO since he seems to respond to all the accolades here. Brad - Your team is failing you and sending a very bad image/message to our community. I realize that the HOA has a big part in how things happen but there are MANY instances of your staff not responding to requests in a timely manner, if at all. (A number of safety/security issues not being addressed or resolved. Lack of transparency for financials and other important information that members should have, and more). I personally have encountered at least half a dozen homeowners that have said this. I'd highly encourage you to dig deeper into how our specific community is being handled as opposed to these folks that seem to be thrilled with the level of service they're receiving.
