I'm going to TRY and be as professional as possible but I have to say I am BLOWN AWAY by all these amazing reviews. Our community (Cienega) has had nothing but problems since they took over. And, unfortunately, I'm the one who referred our HOA to them in the first place based upon a chance encounter with one of their senior level people. I've tried to be empathetic since they took over from another company that wasn't exactly on the ball. I'm not going to throw anyone under the bus, or get into the myriad of specifics, but am writing this review to hopefully catch the attention of the CEO since he seems to respond to all the accolades here. Brad - Your team is failing you and sending a very bad image/message to our community. I realize that the HOA has a big part in how things happen but there are MANY instances of your staff not responding to requests in a timely manner, if at all. (A number of safety/security issues not being addressed or resolved. Lack of transparency for financials and other important information that members should have, and more). I personally have encountered at least half a dozen homeowners that have said this. I'd highly encourage you to dig deeper into how our specific community is being handled as opposed to these folks that seem to be thrilled with the level of service they're receiving. I am 75 years-old and except for a 12-year period from 01 to 13, I have lived in communities with an HOA and an HOA management team. Without question, Joy Wei is the best association manager I have ever encountered. She is kind, responsive, knowledgeable and can get things done. I'm writing this email specifically to shout out George Caragea, who is the concierge at our building in Pasadena. Our building, while beautiful, is also busy and perpetually has a lot going on. Since he joined us, George has brought order to the chaos and has allowed us to have a smoother-operating building and a lot more peace of mind. On a personal note, recently (due to an issue unrelated to PMP), our carbon monoxide meter went off and my wife had to evacuate our unit along with our cat. George helped them get set up in the HOA room so that my wife could continue to work (and so that my cat could calm down), and helped my wife navigate the stressful phone calls it took in order to get help from the city. Candidly speaking, he took care of my wife and cat like they were family. It was way above and beyond, and it meant an awful, awful lot to both of us. I can only speak for the Three Sixty complex in Hawthorne, which PMP manages, but the place is great. The area is really nice, with great landscaping and greenery. The pools and hot tub are large, new, and clean, and the furniture around the deck is always in great shape. It's a great place to bring the kids. And Joy Wei, who manages the place, is super responsive and helpful, and makes the whole thing run super smoothly. read more

In addition to his wealth of knowledge about rules and regulations, he goes above and beyond by connecting us to people and vendors when he doesn't know something. His spirit and service to the community are astounding and are the reason why we enjoy being a member of the Hollywood Regis community. - When issues in our home arose, he contacted us within minutes and found a slot in his schedule to visit and assess the problems we were having. Though some issues were beyond his wide-ranging expertise, he went out of his way to contact vendors, send them videos, and get their estimates and opinions. - His patience and flexibility are profound. On a separate occasion, though we could not provide the requested 72-hour notice, he graciously accommodated us and walked us through the requisite procedure.
